the number of delegates is 3680 according to SARAKI yesterday and so far, 1689 votes has been counted with the void votes. we now left with 1991 votes. Though out of 3680 delegates on the list, we can't say how many of them voted.. Just waiting...

Good one. I'm not so much a fan of Saraki and as a matter of fact, I have never been a fan of him. But looking at the situation of things on ground and his wealth of experience in politics,his age and achievements,i think he might just be a sell-able candidate to battle that lifeless,demented thing in aso rock that has divided this country so badly and plunged a vast majority of the populace into unprecedented poverty. A man that never knows when anything goes wrong in the country but is always so quick to claim the achievements of others,as his own. In 2019,it would be a sacrilege for Africa's largest country and economy,to be ruled by a next to walking dead corpse as president. Saraki as of today doesn't have that moral bagage of not being able to travel out of the country due to allegations of corruption like Atiku.

As for this appointment we are crying about, president has all the power to appoint who ever he deems fit for this job but the man in question(SSS DG) has no power to recruit only the applicants from his community without following the due process during recruitment exercise or appointing them through back window, but this man can still commit this offense and no one to rise against him and say NO to his eyes.!

What am I saying in excess, we should learn to hold our political appointees and the elected offic holders to follow the due process in carrying out their official duties. But as for this issue we are bragging about, president has not committed any offense by appointing the new SSS DG from any place of his choice...
