pls i need help ooo....my wife keep having miscarriage for the 3rd time nw... scanning result show empty sac embryo not developing... pls help. thanks

my case is miscarrage... i need help and i dont have much money to spend for diff. types of test but scanning keep saying octopic and empty sac...always the same type of results.
