Hi guys, hope you all had a great weekend.

A friend of mine seeks my opinion on this.

She's planning to move into her own property on her 30th Birthday which is very soon. She said to me, "the house is the birthday gift am giving herself". The thing here is, she's single and would be living in the house alone. Her mum thinks it's not right for her making that move because of the society we are in and couple with the fact that she's still single and might chase potential suitors away. Well, i think she deserves to be happy and if moving into her property on her birthday is what she really wants then why not! I won't want to give my advice if it's not the best for her so, i decided to turn to you guys again for your advices. Thanks y'all.

It's complicated!

I don't mean to be harsh but, it really hurts after reading your post that i just have to express my opinion. Why are you tormenting yourself? I believe you knew from the onset he has this other lady (Miss Priority) in his life before you stepped in and what it's all about. So, why are you complainning now?? It's either you live with the way your relationship is with him and be happy to know you are just wasting your time and emotion cuz to him you are just a passtime OR you back out and save your dignity! You still have some (DIGNITY) left in you, don't you? Women like you give men the audacity to call us crab cuz you are treating yourself like one! Forgive me if it hurts but, u just need to face it.

ok, now i get it. I don't know much about tradition and stuff, maybe he had to stay off but, for me i don't think i will buy that.

If i may ask, if tradition forbids visiting, does it forbids calling too?? That is the least he could have done, right??
