SoNature:Let me explain. Arabic is a language understood by a substantial number of Nigerians, mainly in the north. We erroneously regard this category of Nigerians as illiterates because majority of them cannot speak english language and do not have western education, like us. English is not the only language used in teaching throughout the world, we came in contact with it through our colonial past. Therefore, other categories of Nigerians, who do not understand english deserve to be informed too. |

Happy birthday my dear President, I wish you many happy returns of the day , in good health and longevity. |
christejames:Tinubu needs to intervene urgently to nip the crisis in the bud. I think the APC won the 2023 elections in Benue state due largely to the popularity of Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia, other factors include Samuel Ortom’s very poor performance, George Akume’s support, Federal power of incumbency and big war chest. George Akume was aware of all these factors but he probably wanted to wait until the elections were over. A stitch in time saves nine. |
StOla:The seeds that Peter Obi is sowing now would be reaped by another Igbo man, in future. As it happened in the case of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, it was the seeds sowed by Chief Obafemi Awolowo and Chief Moshood Abiola, at different times, that was reaped by Tinubu. |
Sheuns:No be only Omoboriowo, na Michael Ajasin. |
Treadway:Thank God, you have finally conceded defeat and admitted that Tinubu actually won the election. No more wailing over imaginary and non-existent stolen mandate again. Reality has finally dawned on you. |
Ilide:Chief Obafemi Awolowo said “After rain comes sunshine; after darkness comes the glorious dawn. There is no sorrow without its alloy of joy, there is no joy without its admixture of sorrow . Behind the ugly terrible mask of misfortune lies the beautiful soothing countenance of prosperity . So, tear the mask.” Surely but steadily, Tinubu is taking Nigeria to the promised land. |
IsraelSongz:Why else them for block the road? When the lion roars in the jungle, all other animals scamper for safety. Baba Folashade, Baba Oluwaseyi, Baba Olayinka, Baba Deji is firmly in control of the affairs of our highly esteemed mother land and we shall honour our date with destiny of greatness. Insha Allah. |
FREE ENTERPRISE CAPITALIST ECONOMY- It’s the best antidote to Nigeria’s age long inefficient and ineffective allocation of resources. Initially,It’s bound to elicit negative reactions as it presently does, but in end , we shall all have course to praise Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Adun lo ma gbeyin ewuro. |

seanfer:I totally agree with you because of the following reasons: 1. If the strike was in the interest of the masses, how come the Governor won in all the 27 LGs of Imo state? 2. Was Imo the only state owning workers salaries? 3. Why did labour’s decide to strike when the election was very close? 4. Why was Ajaero flown abroad for medical treatment, when labour is opposed to government officials traveling abroad for medical purpose? |
Galaxydon1:The Yorubas are the most successful and the most respected tribe in Africa, this can be traced to their respect and honour for their parents. I have never seen a race that respects parents like the Yorubas. |
Catapault:If Nigeria’s flag was not there, it doesn’t matter. But if Nigeria no dey for that meeting, matter no go settle, because na we get the largest population, largest market and the largest economy for Africa. Above all, na we be the largest black nation for the world. Chikena. |
stuffs2002:It may Interest you to know that I’m not Ibo, but I don’t have anything against our brothers and sisters who are Ibos . Now to my point, Ganduje is a very strong integral foundation member of the APC. Kano and Lagos were the two states that gave Tinubu the widest margins against Atiku (although APC lost in both states). Above all, Ganduje is not only the National Chairman of APC, he is a staunch Tinubu buddy. Wike on the other hand, is already an outcast in the PDP and the only source of relevance he has politically is his control of Rivers state ,which may slip off his hands, if he fails to mend fences with Fubara. |
stuffs2002:Once Wike loses his influence in Rivers state, he would be of no relevance to Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027 and the Jagaban that I know will join forces with Fubara to retain Rivers state. It means that Wike’s days are numbered in Tinubu’s administration, except he reconciles with Fubara. |
Dannynaijatunes:This is an interesting name, it sounds familiar. |
If you have followed the testimony of the CSU Registrar with open mind, you’ll discover that he said that Tinubu’s diploma was legitimately issued by a third-party vendor, which is as authentic and valid as those gotten directly from the CSU. But he couldn’t defend it because it was a replacement diploma which was not issued by the institution he was representing in the court. He did not say that it was fake. |
Ikaeniyan0:I second your motion for disagreement, a professor that spends much more time on social media and street activism than inside the classroom , does not deserve serious attention. A professor who cannot think outside the box for tangible solutions to Nigeria’s problems beyond agitation for dismemberment of the nation is not worthy of any serious attention than an ordinary scallywag . |
iSense247:President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is not a hardened criminal, as he was never convicted of any criminal offence , anywhere in the world. But if you insist, then only iron can cut iron. It means Nigeria needs a pragmatic leader like Tinubu. He takes decisions sensibly and realistically . |
garfield1:Let me break it down. After APC’s Uba Sani was declared as the winner of the Kaduna Governorship election, the PDP approached the Tribunal and filed their petition within the stipulated 21 days, but they failed to file the pre-hearing notice within the required 14 days, The Tribunal dismissed the PDP petition, on technical ground but still went ahead to hear the main case for formality sake and declared the election inconclusive , assuming the Court of Appeal would set aside the dismissal of the case. Therefore, the Tribunal has ruled in favour of the APC by dismissing the petition but has also given a substitute judgment in favour of the PDP, if the Court of Appeal disagrees with the dismissal of the petition, because of time factor. As it stands now, the PDP petition is dismissed in favour of the APC. |

trutharena:It’s fake news . Which 2024 ranking? Is it possible to do next year ranking this year or do we have another 2024 ? Is it a prediction of what to expect next year ? Maybe it’s for 2023/2024. |
Revolution2022:Nigerian democracy is not different, as it is almost a copy and paste of the American democracy. Tinubu is well within his right to seek legal restrictions of unbridled access to his academic records, when confirmation of the authenticity and validity of his certificate, by the Chicago State University could suffice. Moreso , the United States of America Privacy law, as well as the USA Family Education Right and Privacy act more than give him the required protection against any intrusive tendencies |
Racoon:READOUT OF PRESIDENT BIDEN’S ENGAGEMENT WITH NIGERIAN PRESIDENT BOLA TINUBU By U.S. MISSION NIGERIA SEPTEMBER 10, 2023 President Joe Biden met with Nigerian President Bola Tinubu today on the sidelines of the G20 in New Delhi, India to reinforce our enduring commitment to the U.S.-Nigeria relationship and to the longstanding friendship between our two countries and peoples. President Biden welcomed the Tinubu Administration’s steps to reform Nigeria’s economy and thanked President Tinubu for his strong leadership as the chair of the Economic Community of West African States to defend and preserve democracy and the rule of law in Niger and the broader region. iammo:The two of them came at different but most auspicious times that Nigerians needed them. At the time Buhari came, Boko Haram had overwhelmed the Nigerian Armed Forces and captured Nigerian territory, the size of Belgium and Abuja was already under siege. He has largely played his part to subdue insurgency, banditry and kidnappings. Tinubu on the other hand, will mainly fix and restructure the economy which is now not too good. He will place Nigeria far and above the Africa’s standard , as the continent’s largest economy, largest market and largest democracy. |
searchng4love:This is indicative of the mindset of people like Laolu Akande, Yemi Osinbajo, etc. They neither supported nor wished that Tinubu won the presidential election . They used Muslim/Muslim ticket as a smokescreen, as if it’s an anathema, to hide their evil intentions. They bite the fingers that feed them. They are the typical example of ingrates, enemies within and bad losers. |
slivertongue:Closing the door of the stable when the horse has bolted, is foolishness. Forum shopping for technicalities is no longer of any use. The Presidential Election Tribunal has passed the stage of hearing for evidence and adjourned for judgement. The train has left the station. Jagaban Capone De Tuti is already home and dry. |
michlins:His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has hit the ground speeding and his current approval rating among Nigerians is 62%. If In doubt, consult google . |
jackcanfield:I’m beginning to doubt if indeed Tinubu is truly a Muslim or just claiming to be a Muslim because of politics . There is no way Sanwoolu or anyone could have drawn up a list of commissioners in Lagos state behind Tinubu. It’s his exclusive preserve. If you study the pattern of Tinubu’s lists of Special Advisers and Special Assistants, you will observe that this list of Lagos state commissioners flows directly from the two. The patterns and similarities are too striking. |
