I will put two points to you

1. From your link, it says, one of the conditions was to manage the company for 2 years, what were the other conditions

2. From your link it says "adopted as terms of settlement in suit number FHC/ABJ/CS/714/2012" Since when did court judgment be adopted as settlement?

From the above, they settled out of court and one of the condition was for AMCON to manage the company, not ownership for two years.
