How could Awo offer PM position to Zik when he came dead last? Balewa was the the most beautiful bride waiting for a suitor and Zik had the first right of refusal. The question should have been why didnt Balewa court Awo?? A few answers: Awo already battled Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Adeniran Adeyemi over party superemacy in Oyo Divisional Council. Bode Thomas died mysteriously and it further deepened rift, rancor and animosity among core AG founders.. There were violent attacks carried out by AG members against AG members. So AG was in turmoil sitting on a keg of gun powder.. Awo and Akintola rift proved Balewa and Zik right. |

The Realisticman: Apart from this, compare the population of Kano state to a State like Bayelsa. The North suffers more injustice in the true composition of Nigeria today. Imagine a state like Kano have the same senators as Bayelsa! Kwankwaso got over 700k votes to get elected as senator. That is even more than the entire voters strenght of some states in Nigeria. So if kwankwaso is given the same amount of constituency allowance as a senator from those small zones, what can he really do with it compared to his counterpart? The problem of the North is either illiteracy which makes them to be silent on the injustice mated to them Or it is their nature to be silent in the face of serious provocation. Take for example also; the last NDA recruitment under Jonathan has 50 candidates each from all the states of the federation. So even a tiny state as Egbony has the same candidates as Lagos, Kaduna and Kano respectively. Is this not injustice if your consider the population of these states. Another stupid rant. Kano has 44 LGAs with 3 senators and 15 fed house of reps while Bayelsa has 3 senators and five house members. Kano gets the largest monthly allocation even though Bayelsa generates a lot more for FG than Kano. |

simpleseyi: Keep watching till all the positions are filled because you wont get any. You voted for Goatluck Jonascam, so go and meet him for appointment. You cannot work in First Bank and go to GTBank for salary. Kano gave Buhari 1.9 million votes even the sign language interpreter did the sign of the cross when Kano vote was announced, Katsina gave Buhari 1.7 million votes, Kaduna gave Buhari 1.3 million votes while the whole of South East and South South states minus Edo gave Buhari less than what a local government gave him in Kano. Now you expect same appointment with Kano. Capital NO. That will be robbing Abubakar to pay Ekaete. Just Kano state alone will get more appointments than the whole South East and South South minus Edo. If you doubt me, check the list of Buhari's kitchen cabinet. How many votes did SW give OBJ in 1999 and how many apointments did offer to them?? How many northernerss were marginalised by OBJ and GEJ for voting Buhari Stupidity is inked on ur encephalon |

StOla: Do you understand that it is set up for the sole purpose of unifying nigerian teenage students and it is heavily subsidised for that purpose?
Do you understand that no state is cheated by ensuring each state fills up its quota only?
Do you understand that the scores from the individual state's candidates determine what score is set as the cut off to fill only that state's quota?
Why the cry about how the Yobe or Zamfara state fill up its quota? What is your business with their state quota and how it is filled up, which is already guaranteed?
Are there no non-subsidised private schools to apply to, who have no business with quota, but only rely on best scores? Only willfully ignorant would believe that a student with 2 points and another with 139 points are at par intellectually.. Student with 2 points turns out to be a banker, lawyer, doctor and engineer- she/he is going to screw things up while the student with 139 pts is going to likely be an exceptional student/worker with less supervision.. Maybe that's why Naija is a jungle. |

Illusion of unity.. Facade of unity when they have millions of their youths unempowered by not providing education and employmeng opportunities.. They have over 10m kids not going to school! They have kids lining up to join BH in order to kill them.. Look at Osibanjo as VP without any political dynasty in his lineage, it's not possible in the north. Compare GMB vs GEJ political lineage. Former CBN governor Soludo, came from no political dynasty and was made economic adviser and later CBN governor while Sanusi born as a Kano prince, met Queen Elizabeth and PM of UK when he was a boy, had privileged education and access to power was later made CBN governor |

The result presented by this omelu scientist is horrible, because if football can cause that to you, then so can boxing, or rugby etc, but they failed to allow us understand that the main cause is the sudden shock caused by the force from the blow of the football, fist or head-butt respectively. Unfortunately, the clueless man couldn't do anything about it despite having Havard schooled ministers in his cabinet.
What am I even saying? Did GEJ's govt not borrow to pay salaries in March and April 2015? Stupidity inked on ur encephalon.. You should have been mad at ur governors for collecting monthly allocations and using them for personal use and elections.. We are making double payment on debt that should never been incurred if governors were prudent as FG and a few other states. Mind you that states collected about N48 out of every N100 shared with FG. Also, this borrowed money could have gone into a badly needed infrastructural development like highway, dam, school, hospital.. Finally this is a borrowed money and must be repayed and u have to factor in the time value of money and opportunity cost. |

Oshiomole only commended Jonathan for allowing a free and fair election in Edo state. That commendation had nothing to do with Jonathan's overall performance as President, especially with respect to how Nigeria's resources were managed under him. Reno would do well to show us where Oshiomole commended Jonathan for steering Nigeria's ship to economic prosperity. Until then, Oshiomole's commendation should not be mistaken. It's sheer willful and sophisticated idiocy for Oshiomole to keep talking that his state's financial woes were caused by PDP. He got all the monthly allocations and misappropriated those funds! How come he never sued FG like Tinubu did against OBJ?? This is a sinking man who performed abysmally and wants to blame FG. So FG made owe workers?? Former NLC chairman owing workers?? |
