Sorry these should be more readable format

I have been following various posts on building construction here and I always think when I get to this stage I would ask for inputs from experience guys like u here.
Below is the quote I have just been given by the engineer and I want your comments on how reasonable it is. I wasn’t expecting it to be this high but dem say price of everything has gone up which is true really but….

Also if you are into building materials and you think you can beat any of the items, please shout!. Thanks

btw, The project is in Sagamu, GRA area. And it is a 4 flats of 3 beds each

I am at the decking stage of a 4-flats of 3-bed house like yours and it seems the quote I got is on the high side.

Some guys in Nigeria needs some exposure and info.

She is the CEO for that matter and the N170m is just a bit over 1/2 of a million sterling and over the years I have read that people who are not even close to the top dog in the banking industry in UK/US earn bonus of up to £1 million with the top guys raking home between 3 -10m.

Is that all her take home or that's just her salary.....go ask from your sources!

There is no doubt that SAF is a living legend when it comes to football management as he is up there with the greats.

I thought what a stupid questions when I first saw it but reading people's responses, I realised it's not stupid afterall.

Under an "ideal" scenario we should go home after work I reckon and that's what I do anyway except I have to buy stuffs or have an appointment etc.
You can't bet against seeing your wife & kids if you have any, after being away for some time even hours!

Both are greats and so it all depends on who's style you prefer really which can depend on things like which of them you were introduced to by your family (as in my came), your up-bringing, your origin, even religion etc

It's a hard nut to crack for me but I would say I prefer the Sunny style just!

maasoap: It only becomes problem if he is using it to eat or take things to his mouth. It will surely become a stigma in later life because he won't be able to eat outside home and he won't be able to eat with or among his colleagues. I had a roommate that uses left hand to eat and he just stopped going to restaurants because people used stare at him whenever he was eating. Then another kid in my area is facing the same problem because his elder brothers are refusing to eat wt him because he also uses left to eat.

Hello, what you are saying here will probably only apply in Nigeria. I use both hands but primarily a lefty and I used my left outside in restaurants to do things mostly including using a fork to eat and picking chips etc with it!

Few of American presidents and even British PMs were lefty.......make God save Nigeria from this type of backwardness!!!

I reckon all those thinking their left is inferior to the right hand should ask for it to be amputated and tell us how far. God Almighty has given us the 2 on equal basis

That's it for me also and I reckon it makes sense because meat is sweeter and once you finish the sweet stuff then the less-sweet stuffs i.e the main food is meant to waste/suffer.

But now I try to eat meats between meals and ultimately finish with piece of meat

What is the point of draw and keep?

I am planning to start a building project and want an idea of how much it costs and what approvals are involved.

This is for anyone who has had a plan drawn for them recently or someone/architect etc who draws one. Please only reply if you have an idea only :-O

Can someone please tell me how much it will cost for an architect to draw a building plan for a twin-duplex of 4 bedroom each?

What will/should be involved in the cost...e.g approvals, stamping etc?

I will appreciate your response if you have any ideas on this.

Hey, how can one conclude that their reign as the best team in the world is over? There is not a team who has not gone through similar patch in the last few years i.e W-L-W-L.
Mind you those that think you can learn to play a team like Barcelona saying Inter showed others how to do it under Mourhino. If that is the case, Barcelona should never beat his team again but records show they have beaten Real Madrid under him not less than 4-5 times in all competition. That tells you footy is not mathematics.
The element of luck can be so huge also
