PoliticsWhy OBJ Remains D Best Leader Ever &why Soludo Shld B President 2019. by Ade3000yrs(op): 4:38pm On Aug 03, 2016
Obasanjo will always remain one of the Best Nigerian leaders in history and the 2nd Awolowo for the greater interest of Nigeria and not just for the interest of the Yoruba tribe alone but we Nigerians are blind to see it. A few other seemingly notorious Nigerian leaders were instrumental in the progress of Nigeria till date but they skipped the notice of Nigeria. We instead prefer to drag the names of our good leaders in the mud and in turn allow others to do the same. Nigeria have always had problem with followership with and not leadership. A people in totatal disarray among the rivalry tribes men needs a leader with a iron fist to bring everybody together. That's why I always say that General Sanni Abacha has been one of Nigerian best leader of all time.
A child who does not acknowledge the office and grey hair of an old man will surely die young. if you Dont see the good in others except evil, you may never amount to anything good in life. Most of the projects obasanjo executed are not in yoruba land but more in the East, North and South and yet these people to include the yorubas could open their mouth with which they use to pray to their Gods in Churches, Mosque and Shrine and say they never benefited from him.
Most Yorubas hate Obasanjo today because he stood firm against corruption with a iron hand and because he was not into Charity like Awolowo and General Ibrahim Bangida who were sparingly nice and generous.
We need a new phase of mentality and cultural restructuring. Haven dug well into the history of these Nigerian leaders, The leaders I so much respect in Nigeria today are the likes of Obafemi Awolowo, General Olusegun Obasanjo, General Muhammed Buharri, General Sanni Abacha the all time greatest and most revered and fearsome leader, General Ibrahim Babangida, General Abdusalami Abubakar, Yakubu Gowon, Nnamdi Azikiwe, Ahmadu Bello and the likes. we need to come out of our obscurity and being to appreciate the effort of our leaders. Till date I appreciate the effort of Obasanjo the most. Jonathan was a good man but he was too weak and too liberal with is office. I admire the courage of a few men among the PDP party just like you have some good persons in the APC. lets stop playing politics nor tribalism with the future of Nigeria.
Nigeria needs the likes of firm and iron hand leaders like Charles Soludo and Dr Obiangeli Ezekwezili come 2019. I voted Muhammed Buharri 2019 and till date am not regretting I did. The problem with we Nigerians as followers is that we like sweet and smooth talkers. God bless Nigeria. Right now, the Yorubas, Southerners and Igbos are all divided among itself, thats why the Northerners will always be one and will remain in top political offices in Nigeria. Jesus was killed by his own people just like the Israelites corrupted Moses relationship with God from making the promise land.

WebmastersThe 6 Types Of Nairalanders And Online Users. Which Do You Belong? by Ade3000yrs(op):
Here are the 6 types of Nairalanders and Online Users. By the time your through reading this piece, you will know where you belong. This is meant for character reflection and self assessment.
1. The Copy and Paste.
2. The Keen Observers & Prudent with words, moderators and who burn the night candle to earn their credits.
3. The owl, King makers, Watchers & Architect of trends and Vogue, and most burn the knight candles to make things work. In most cases, such fellow distance themselves from online contributions. They are the Solo Submarines and Torpedo loaded and always the captain behind the wheel and what we see everyday in the real world. They are the movers and shakers.
4. The lousy mouth and the Irrationals with obscure and archaic ideology who only talk before they think. They believe they know everything and also believe they have arrived. but in the real world, they are inflated empty vessels. They will go any length to nail and maime you for fear of intimidation and nurses high degree of insecurity complex. In most cases, these people are scammers and only want your money and to Suck u dry at every opportunity. AgricultureCost Analysis For a 10 Hectares of Cocoa, Watermelon and Plantain Plantation by Ade3000yrs(op):
Cost Analysis For a 10 hectares of Cocoa, Watermelon, and Plantain Mixed Cropping Plantation in Nigeria.

No doubt the cocoa market is $ 3 trillion dollars worth with Africa producing 70% of the market product but in return get a total of $3 billion dollars annually from this cash crops while the advance countries that buys this farm produce makes a kill of this non oil foreign exchange earner product because we dont have the initiative to be more engaging in the processing of this cash crop.

The purpose of this is to make money employing a more innovative means of farming cocoa for a possible returns in a 3 different farming ventures with the ultimate and primary product as the cocoa production. This is more like using a stone to kill 3 birds or alternatively called mixed cropping. While one serves as a canopy to the primary and intended crop, the other serves as fertilizer fixing agent and an humidifier. The combination of this 3 products as follows are cucumber meant to be harvested withing 3 months, plantain meant to be harvested within 8 to 12 months and cocoa meant to fetch you money after a successive 24 months or between 2 to 5years depending on the cultivar or varieties farmed. As we have the Armelonado, Forastero, Criollo, the trinitario, CCN-51.

Considering an ideal spacing capacity of between 1,200 suckers to 2,000 Suckers of plantain / hectare. This cost analysis is focused on 10 Hectares.
Given: An hectare to be = 2½ Acres,
and an Acre to be = 6 plots of standard 60ft X 120ft or 50ft by 100ft; an hectare = 15 plots or 100meters or 328ft on each of the 4 sides. Therefore 15 plots X 10 Hectares = 150 plots.
therefore, 10 Hectares = 25 Acres = 150 plots.
Here is the total expenditure and cost breakdown.

1. Land: #1.5 million naira at #150,000 Naira per hectare.
2. Land Preparation: #250,000 Naira
3. Hybrid Suckers of IITA standard (20,000) for 10 hectares: #2,000,000 Naira at #100 per sucker.
4. cocoa and watermelon seedlings for 10 hectares at : #300,000
4. Planting: farm labourers on farm #300,000 Naira.
5. Herbicides & Fungicides: ##250,000 Naira.
6. Employment of farm hands: #300,000 Naira,
7. Procurement of
fertilizers if 50kg per bag and 150kg is needed per hectare, at #7,000 per bag, #210,000+40,000 as T fair Naira & Farmyard Manure =#250,000
8. Miscellaneous Expenses, T fare, farm tools, shed or cabin & Wheel barrow: #350,000 Naira
9. Pre investment expenses: #200,000 Naira
10. Borehole or Irrigation, scaffolding and reservoir installations with water pump and hoes: #500,000 Naira.
11. Consultational fees: #500,000 negotiable
Total expenses if the Land were bought= # 6,700,000 Naira

RETURN ON INVESTMENT:
WATERMELON:

An hectare of watermelon needs just 3kg to 4kg of seedlings to yield a 20 to 30 tonnes of watermelon after 80 days to 100days, which d proceeds of 30 tones per hectare could possibly yield you 12,000 watermelon with each sold at 300 naira as some could weigh from between 5kg to 15kg respectively. that means an hectare of watermelon could yield you #3.6 million naira in d space of 3 months. therefore on 10 hectares your bound to get #36,000,000 or less at the end of 3 months.

PLANTAIN:
with a spacing of 5ft by 5ft or 1.5m by 2m, Considering that plantain fruits at the end of 8 to 12 months months, after which the tree is cut down to allow the cocoa tree to flourish for the rest of its 3 to 5years growth. if a stick is sold at #800 Naira, then 20,000 x 800= #16,000,000 = #16,000,000 Naira.
Therefore, Return on investment on plantain alone is = #16,000,000 - #6,400,000 = #9,600,000 on Plantain alone and if sold at #1,000 naira a stick, the return on investment would be #20,000,000 - #6,400,000 #13,600,000 naira.

COCOA:
A bag of cocoa in the international market right now is pegged at around $200 and that's currently at #62,000 naira a bag. using the jute bag, it is 65kg a bag and you need 16 bags of cocoa to make a tonne. Long trailers carry 30 tonnes and an hectare of cocoa will yield you btwn 1.5 tonnes or 2 tonnes. your cocoa can continue bro fruit for 3 decades that's why its considered a real green gold and foreign exchange.

Note!!! that your cocoa seed is sourced from a reliable dealer with quality disease resistant seeds and its well treated and quoted with fungicides before ever planted. An Hectare will take between 1,200 to 2,000 seedlings and must be 5ft by 5ft or 2m by 3m planting spacing. There are a lot of inventive integrated means of planting cocoa which is already been harnessed in Ghana, Ivory coast, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Philippines and Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, USA California, which a lot of Nigerians are yet to be updated with but I very much believe we have other similar experts in cocoa and I implore you to find their experts advice useful. Almost all south east, south west, south south and a few places in the north such as Adamawa and Taraba are durable for cocoa farming. Ondo state is ranked top in cocoa production in Nigeria, followed by Osun, Cross River, Oyo, Edo, Ekiti, Akwaibom, Ogun, Delta, Abia, Ebonyi, Rivers, Taraba and Adamawa. Be sure to consult the opinion of 3 to 4 experts before you embark on this innovative kind of venture.

Managing The Business.
This may well be the most compelling information about business you’ll ever receive!
Training Course Details
Market Research:
We will look at how to carry out or commission market research that will inform your planning of the business.
Developing a Business Plan:
Then we will consider the development and preparation of a business plan. Not only is this a good discipline in itself, it is a key document for presentation to potential investors and financiers who will want to see evidence that you are clear on “why start a business” and “how do I start a business”. When financial institutions are considering applications, they look for a sound business plan, good cash flow management, a strong balance sheet, and a well-balanced management team. A business plan is a key first step.
Company Structure:
We will consider the different types of company structure that are available, and the advantages of each, so that you can select the most suitable for your business. This is an important decision because the legal structure of the company influences the personal liability for the directors and the ability to raise funding for the business. It also impacts the liability for tax and the paperwork your business has to complete.
Directors Duties:
Directors are personally subject to statutory duties in their capacity as directors of a company. They are personally liable, both civilly and criminally, for their actions or omissions when directing the company, and can be disqualified from acting as a director of a company. They can, in certain circumstances be made personally liable for the company’s debts. Director’s responsibilities include ensuring that the company trades lawfully and complies with all legislation and regulation, as they are responsible for the management of the company within the relevant legal system and the Articles of Association.
How to Raise Finance for your Business
Our lesson on raising finance reviews the traditional funding routes and looks at Angel Investors and the popular Crowd Funding approach. Potential investors need to ensure that their money will be well invested, and will expect you to be able to demonstrate that you have thoroughly researched the proposed business and are able to “pitch” your product or service to them. They will want to establish the potential risks and returns involved in doing business with you.
Managing your Cash Flow
And then a few words on cash flow, which is a crucial process. The most common reason for business failure is still the lack of funds to pay salaries, rent and other bills. Running out of cash is the reason for the majority of companies being forced into liquidation. Although profitability is important in the long run for a company, in the short run, cash flow has to be very carefully managed.
We offer some tips to help you take a proactive approach to managing debtors and keep credit management near the top of your list.

CelebritiesRe: Ani Iyoho Burnt In Fire Stunt Gone Wrong While On Set (Graphic Pics, Video) by Ade3000yrs(m):
Welcome to Nigeria, a country where researched and scientific effort is been relegated to the shadow and behind d curtains of time. Our ideas & Opinion is a Sum total of our facsimile parody. Which side of our brain we use at problem solving tells more about us.
We have over 160 million Nigerians who will create exactly this kind of scene everyday. From everybody here on Nairaland, to the youths out there, the couples and singles, employers and employees, customers, retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers, Politicians, Civil service men, President and Governors, don't u think our everyday life is exactly like thishuh Everyday we take risk, we play with fire and will live in fear. Open your eyes and look at the whole story, settings and reconstruct, good story, good association and good business gone bad for all of us.
I believe this was never the intent of the guy on the sick bed nor that of the producer. As usual we will always meant well but inability
to use the left side of our brain will always posit us at vulnerable ends. Though we cannot assume the office of God with eyes every where, but everyday,
We are all surrounded by risk. Happy endings in most cases exist in the movies, Bible, Quran and your literature text materials. In risk management, there is what is called "calculated risk" which is the missing puzzle in every one of us.
"Our life measure is not realy by how far we have come but how well because a crooked end don't always justify the means" quote me 100%.
Many of us experience this fire stunt scene everyday on a lighter mood but it takes time to fully blow us up someday and eventually land us in hospital bed. THIS IS REALITY!!!
Let anyone here who is not with the same sin of these culprit cast the first stone of castigations... These is why I say the country is not moving and we need to upgrade with research effort.
Most of the times, 90% of us who start our life well don't always end well and do u know whyhuh? Read the rest on my blog.

Agriculture11 Reasons Why We Must All Embark On Mass Vegetable & Ugwu Farming by Ade3000yrs(op):
Here are 11 reasons why we must all go into mass vegetable and Pumpkin Leaves (Ugwu) farming And How Pumpkin leaves can save your life.
Do your suffer from waist pain or lower back problems, acne, excema, stretch marks, Diabetes, liver cirosis, osteoporosis, oedema, kidney problem, weak erection, quick ejaculation, infertility in men and women or low sperm count in menhuh
Yes, lots of Nigerians ‘think’ consuming Pumpkin leaves is beneficial but a large percent of us do not really know the exact benefits it has.
Freshly plucked Ugwu leaves
Popularly called ‘Ugwu’ in Nigeria, pumpkin leaves have various species but the one we will be talking about is the commonest one that Nigerians are used to, which is called ‘telfaira occidentalis’. While many people prefer to cook it as a vegetable with all the condiments that help wet the appetite, some just boil and eat it plain like that or blend it into a shake. What ever the case may be, there are guaranteed level of various nutrients with any style.

Pumpkin leaves has a healthy amount of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, and Iron, while still staying very low on the calorie front. Aside from the vision benefits in Vitamin A that the leaves provides, there are also numerous skin benefits. Vitamin C helps to heal wounds and form scar tissue, and maintain healthy bones, skin, and teeth. However since the body cannot produce this vitamin on its own or even store it, you should be consistently getting enough vitamin C in your diet.
As for calcium, your mother probably already told you growing up that you need a healthy dose of calcium for your bones and teeth as a child. However, if you are a female, it is important to consume enough calcium to help prevent osteoporosis and keep your bones strong. There have also been studies showing that calcium may help reduce the risk of cardiovascular failure.

Iron helps our muscles store and use oxygen, and helps carry oxygen from our lungs to other parts of our bodies as part of hemoglobin. If you’ve ever heard the term “anemia”, this can be caused by iron deficiency. Women and children in particular need a healthy dose of iron consistently, and these leaves help provide that nutrient naturally. According to science research here are top 10 unbelievable health benefits of consuming Pumpkin leaves.

1. Prevention of convulsion: The young leaves sliced and mixed with coconut water and salt are stored in a bottle and used for the treatment of convulsion in ethno medicine. 2 Lowers cholesterol: leaves has hypolipdemic effect and may be a useful therapy in hypercholestolemia.
3 Boost fertility : A particular study showed that pumpkin has the potential to regenerate testicular damage and also increase spermatogenesis. 4. It has a liver protecting effects. 5. It has antibacterial effects 6 .The leaves are rich in iron and play a key role in the cure of anaemia, (my mother used to mix the leaf extract with milk) 7. They are also noted for lactating properties and are in high demand for nursing mothers. 8.It has an hypoglycaemic (sugar reducing) effect. It is good for diabetics 9. Increases Blood Volume and Boost Immune System 10. The high protein content in leaves of plants such as pumpkin could have supplementary effect for the daily protein requirement of the body. 11. Poor sex performance, watery sperm, low sperm count and weak erection, Waist pain and lower back problems: Insufficient Calcium is the main reason alot of men cannot satisfactorily perform or out perform with their partner or spouse in bed for hours and its the reason alot of men can't go 3 to 5 hours. Just 2 min of Sex in bed and a man will tell you that's all he has to offer. At most some will go 20min to 30min under the influence of alcohol and some will even experiment with all sort of steroids and Viagra causing their health more harm. This is as a result of excess fat or unsaturated fat, accumulation of cells damaging chemicals in the body, alcohol in the body and a sure sign of diabetes on the rise and rampage. Pumpkin leave vegetable combined with legumes, beans, soya milk, poultry eggs, cashew nuts, groundnuts, Bambara nuts (Okpa in Igbo), avocado, melon seed (Egusi) and sesame seeds are enough to handle or remedy all this. It also works for women who are having infertility problems as this I have listed are called hormone regulators or hormone stabilizers and are all rich in Calcium, potassium, Vitamin B complex, phosphorus and Iron. The phosphorus and B complex vitamins in this mention food items is what gives your skin that polished skin look.
Among all of these trace elements, Calcium is one of the most essential as its bridges the body cells, and bone cells mechanism together for perfect metabolism that's why you are often given calcium to accompany almost any drugs you are given in the hospitals for quick recovery.
The main reason for waist pain or lower back problem is often as a result of Calcium deficiency or disc rupture or slip disc in the central nervous system: For back pain, waist pain or slip disc problems and nervous systems and cells rejuvenation, the use of pumpkin leave is never a pushed aside as it worked for me within one (1) week of waist and lower back pain that I have carried for many years experimenting with all kinds of drugs. Consistent eating of vegetables especially pumpkin leave will serve this purpose. Or better still, soak or wash a clutch of pumpkin leave in salt water to sterilize it from bacteria for 5 min, then rinse out the salt properly after soaking for 5 min, put in blender and grind it to get a fine vegetable shake, pour in cup and drink, do this for 2 weeks and after that all your problems on waist pain, back pain would be solved. If it doesn't, call me up or buzz me on watsapp and call me a liar. My watsapp number: 09099176956.
Economic Importance: We have all sorts of joints and hang out in Nigeria selling all sorts of chemicals in the disguise health business as some manages to secure NAFDAC number endorsement seal. We have an endless list of all this health damaging alcoholic and high spirits drinks which are not good for our health in almost every stalls and wine or herbal shelf in Nigeria today unregulated. What happens to the idea of opening shops with machines to instantly give u ice cream shakes, chocolates, coffee shops, milk and egg shakes, freshly juiced orange, freshly juiced tomatoes, watermelon, vegetables or better still having such in packs to replace our regular alcoholic and highly spirited bitter drinks as most of them causes more harm than good to our health. We can cultivate an industrial sense to have them better packaged to extend or preserve their shelf life as these industrial machines are readily available and quite affordable but its just that we lack that industrial sense and the right information. There are 5 to 10 main types of vegetable that you can farm consistently all year round and you can start with as little as 20k on 2½ Acres or 1 Hectares of land to make 120k in 2 to 3 months of harvest; that means more input, more out put as 60k invested on 7 to 10 Acres will fetch you 250 to 300k on harvest at the end of 2 to 3 months. The crops and vegetables that can be planted are and harvested in 2 to 3 months are as follows:
1. Fluted Pumpkin leave (Ugwu)
2. Tete
3. Ewedu
4. Shoko
5. Okro
6. Maize
7. Cucumber
8. Tomatoes
9. Egusi, (Melon Seed)
10. Red & Green Pepper
Cost of tractor rent to plough and Harrow per Acre is between 3k to 5k (that is between #3,000 to #5,000) per acre and cost of land rent per Acre per annum is as low as between #1,500 naira to #5,000 naira per Acre depending on your farming location and availability of lands.
to buy an Acre of land in an agriculture enabling state is as low as between #100,000 to #150,000 naira while in some places it is up to #400,000 or #700,000 or more. that is why renting of land is encouraged.
Once you have planted you have to set aside money to fumigate with antinematodal or insecticides and pest that hampers productivity and high yield and fumigation must be done every 2 weeks to avoid loss.
On harvest you sell more in dry season than in rainy season cos a vegetable of #50 from the farm is sold #150 in dry season due to weather and irrigation challenges.
Where ever you have market settlements, you will get buyers for your farm produce.
The major problem in farming in Nigeria is preservation, we have affordable drying and processing machines you can buy for that to dry your vegetables and grand it into powder to be packaged and branded and sold as Chlorophyll supplement for human consumption for both local and export market, tomatoes and pepper can be packaged and processed into tin and bottled tomatoes and satchet tomatoes and you can supply eataries and restaurants.
Most of the agrobased products in Nigeria are imported to our tomatoes and fruits from Benin, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast and Kenya. Alot of natural and herbal based drugs and products are also imported just like dried pumpkin leave sold in Nigeria for as high as #5,000 naira because they are from China, USA, Ghana, South Africa, Germany and Canada and some of us will foolishly and stupidly buy even at #20,000 or #150,000 all because we are sick of fibroid, cancer and also sick in the head to know that with just #50 Naira Ugwu leave and #100 Coconut in your backyard, you can get the same cure and result if you consume over time and in a short while.
It is for these reasons, I believe We can all go enmassed in vegetable farming and make enough money for both the local market and the export market. All the Forever products, Bell products, Baby Okwu, Samsung Gin, Chelsea gin, Ashetu, Allomo, Swedish bitter most of this things that are not Nigerian brand are leakages and drains on the part of our National economy and health. I believe we can all do better. Those who eat well, will think well and do well. Not just eating junks like alot of us can shove down a bottle of Coke or beer without giving thought to analysing the contents of what we eat. We leave everything to government and NAFDAC believing that when you die, NAFDAC and the government will bury you and give you a befitting funeral with tax payers money. Youth should USE their heads, their is no charity government anywhere in this world. Not in Europe, Asia, Australia, USA or Canada. Stop leaving in your lofty dreams that you have a Bsc or MSC does not mean u must work in the office with knotted tie around your neck. with your PhD, you may do well to teach in the Nursery or Primary school. Anything Extra is a privilege.
Most of us have the poor mentality that Agriculture is for the retirees, Super rich or the extremely poor at a subsistence level, that's why the Country economy is upside down and yet we hang the blame on President Buharri just as we all used to blame Former President Jonathan, If we all don't standard up to do something tangible and reasonable, believe me, the worst economic hit is yet to come that even someone making as much as #250,000 as profit or income per month will not be able to cope financially.

AgricultureList of Top Promising Businesses In Nigeria Costing & Business Plan by Ade3000yrs(op):
List of Top Promising Businesses Perfect For The Nigerian Economy, Costing and Business Plan

As alot of people complain incessantly about the bad taste of economy in Nigeria, a glimpse or exposure to life in the USA or Europe with the possibility of doing business in Nigeria is never the same at all. you can make up to between #35,000 naira to #70,000 naira a day in the USA as and immigrant working 16 to 18hours shift but believe me, the money you make in such promising and extravagant society has a way of going back into the system. It is the reason why most in the USA and Europe return to Africa 20 to 40yrs later only to discover that their childhood friend and old colleague in Nigeria are by far better achieved and fulfilled than they claim after a long self expedition as an immigrant working for the dollar scrap, pounds, and euro currency that fuels their ambrosia and exuberance over the years for alot of hidden reasons unknown to them.

It is known fact that what works in another country is most likely not to work in the Nigerian economy due to inconsistency in government policies due to scrapping of out going government policies and initiating of new, disruptive and overriding new policies. It is for this reasons I have taken out rigorous time from my busy schedule to pen this to paper to help both local and foreign investors make succinct economic judgement or discretion and to get value for your capital. I believe we are all familiar with proverbs of been penny wise and pounds foolish or a fool and his money are soon parted. Here are a quick run of businesses you can run in Nigeria along with its budget starting with the ventures requiring the least capital.

1. Beverages; Purple hibiscus or Hibiscus Sabdariffa (Zobo or Roselle leaves), Ginger Tea, Lemon tea, Cereal beverage e.g Kunu, or Soya milk. Provided you have your refrigerator as chiller for preservation. You can start this business with just #3,000 to #7,000 naira as least requirement and believe me, you will be amazed with your feat in this venture in matter of just one month. An idle mind is the devil's Play station. Remember that a better branding will also take you far in such business too. Feel free to call in for more info

2. Fruits and Vegetable Selling or greengrocer: Be it mango, watermelon, banana, oranges, pineapple or pawpaw, tomatoes or pepper, dont ever be ashamed to try it. believe me, you won't regret it. with #7,000 naira, believe me, you will go far in this kind of humble venture provided you know your market and good at branding. We have locals in the USA, Sweden, Norway, Canada, Australia and the entire Europe into this same kind of profession and almost in the same kind of fashion therefore dont ever be ashamed doing this kind of venture. farming is not for low life people as majority of we African passive it to be. As long as you pay your bills and dont beg for alms to meet your financial obligations. Be proud doing it. For more info, and fresh vegetables from farm, feel free to call in.

3. Poultry. From Broiler to cockerel, layers, quails, Turkey and guinea fowl, feel free doing it be it on a medium or industrial scale, believe me a budget of #20,000 to #150,000 naira will fetch you a reasonable return on investment in Nigeria provided you are not living in the metropolis because of the poultry waste disposal that could constitute an environmental nuisance.

4. Poultry Egg distribution. This is an extension of poultry venture, provided you have a good vehicle to convey the product on motorable road network and you are prompt enough and not the lackadaisical type at work nor at discharging your distribution duties. you will surely find a niche for yourself in this venture. With #300,000 naira. You are good to go without fear of intimidation.

5. Dough, Pastry, Bakery and Ice cream shops or parlours: An orientation or correspondence course will equip you with all you need to start this lucrative business in Nigeria at once even if you dont have a background knowledge of it. with #800,000 naira to #25 million naira you can start a medium or mega scale project in this direction with your mobile ice cream and promo vans or bus, you can also go ahead with your chain of franchise parlours across the nation. From chocolate milk, chocolate shakes, milk shakes, ice cream cones, banana almond butter toast, cherry chocolate chip shake, date shakes, Truffle Portobello, wheat gluten to vegan sandwiches, pizzas, shawarma, tartines, tacos, barbeque, pork belly & fried eggs sandwich, grilled cheese with bacon sandwich, lettuce, goat, cheese, bacon and tomatoes sandwich, pork meat ball, broccoli rage with bacon, beacon burger, classic French plates, hot chicken skin, pork and bourbon balls, potato with vanilla leeks, beoeuf bourguignon, roasted chicken, rilletes de canard, French toast, bread bakery, flaky croissant, varieties of Nigerian dishes, Italian, American and Nigerian locally brewed beer, wine & cocktails served in a clean, standard, spectacularly pretty atmosphere, friendly and clean, well lit, fresh interior. Let's not forget to incorporate Nigerian locally sourced product to showcase the diversity and beauty of our local food items and resources in a creative way to add value and economic credit to our home sourced dishes and resources. with less than #500,000 naira?? yes believe me, you can start something in this dimension, its all a question of branding and the market entrant scale.

6. Tax services: Death and Tax is certain. Yes a tax consultancy venture at resolving and providing tax and accounting solutions is another good venture if you are chartered in this field and can leverage on your past years of diligence in the corporate world you will do fine because there is a big gap and disconnect between the government and remittance from business entrepreneurs. We are now in an age where things are fast changing from the regular brick and mortar approach.

7. Death Services: Hmmm, Nobody wishes anyone dead but however, it is a common destiny of us all; the hour or the time, how, when and where, no one else knows. yes this is another crawling venture in Nigeria and Africa that seems almost cynical in this our part of the world but believe me, our medical colleague will tell you that it is a service informed out of necessity. somebody must be there to take care of the dead however boring, sadistic and morbid it might seem.

8. Booz: Beer, Wine and Spirits. However the rise and fall of the economy, hooked addicts will always find a way to catch in on this indulgence. They will always have the money to spend for such satisfaction. going into this business must be fuelled by passion and a deep sense of rationality for the business and your prospective customers. And that you dont indulge in such consumption should not encroach on other people's opinion of what they believe is right in a saner society and circumstances. going further to open a beer parlour with cinema with good music, foot ball shows, special lounge or relaxation centres, barbeque with rabbits, bush meat as such Grasscutter, cat fish, goat meat, suya and pepper soup joint and eatery. with a budget of between #350,000 to #35 million naira, you can do wonders with this kind of venture.

9. Cosmetics: with the increasing need of this sector dominated by the female patronage, it is an ever increasing sector with the beauty of women generally in focus, from Loreal, to Revlon, Gucci, Coco channel, Versace, Dolce & Gabana, Mary Kay, face powder, cologne or body spray, cleansing cream, toning cream, anti aging or rejuvenating cream, multi protection day and night cream, regenerating facial scrub, skin tonic, Hydrating cream mask, purifying cream mask, peel off facial mask, beauty soaps and wash shampoo, antiseptic, hair relaxer, hair virgin oils, body lotion, baby cream, super firming gel, tensing and regenerating cream, soothing after sun gel, sun care hydrating milk, anti aging protective sun cream, with a budget #800,000 naira to #3 million naira, you can fully stock your store or shop outlet also with a budget of less than #200,000 naira you can start a distribution from home business. And if you want to take a big leap and go into production a full production line of such venture. For more info and interested persons in this area of cosmetic production, feel free to call in.
18. Education: As far as am concerned, the tentacles and functions of the current educational system has so far at large under performed which reflects the poor level of individual rationality, to include the poor stock and quality of life of the people in our circular society with low moral values.

AgricultureSkeletal & Comparative Analysis Of Poultry To Fishery & Why Poultry Farmers Cry by Ade3000yrs(op):
Here is a skeletal analysis and difference between poultry and fishery for an informed judgement.
It depends on d capital at hand and the kind of result you want. For u to run an average standard poultry, u need at least 8 to 10 units of poultry cage of 70k/cage to  house 120 birds/ unit cage x 10 units = 1,200 birds at #200 per a week or 2 weeks old broiler, total= #200x1,200 birds= #240,000 worth of birds + (#70,000 per cage ×10)=#700,000+ 200 birds feeds on a bag per day at #3,500 per bag thats= 6 bags × #3,500=#21,000 per day for the next 6 months= #3.8 million alone on feed or at least u half it and feed 400 chicken wt 1 bag per day, then u get #1.9 million naira on feed for 6 months. Plus d cost of pen set up of 400k to 800k all together + 150k for electrical wiring and lightening, gen 60k to #2 million naira Lister gen+ 250k to 500k for borehole +  management and security staff of 80k per month to pay just 3   to 4 staffs + deworming and antibiotics drugs and vaccination every 2 to 3 weeks. So do the maths and add up d maths for urslf and tell me if u hv 5 to 7 million naira to spend for 6 months on poultry only to sell at #2,500 per live broiler chicken while u sell the layers at #1,200 per one. Pls do your add up maths with your calculator.
All these calculations are excluding Debeaker at 35k, + automatic poultry vacinator at 25k + Electric broader to keep your chicken warm at #35k and big size at 120k, manure scraper at 350k + egg incubator at 350k + feed additive of #10k per bag + weather temperature regulator at 7 k + Defeathering machine at 450k + gut removal 400k + an industrial cold room plant of #10 million naira to #15 million naira + 2 industrial John Holt or MIKANO lister gen of #2 million naira each plus your day to day cost of diesel = whathuh?? This is why the big boys cry cos most of this business establishments run on loan worth of #100 million naira to #200 million naira  and aside that, you have to pray your chief accountant, general manager or ethically impaired staffs and management don't conive to run your business aground with improper records and poor inventories, documentation and poor or overblown or window dressed auditing. The sweeps usually comes like the plagues of Egypt and Pharaoh.
Hmmm I blv u see why most farmers loose badly, commit suicide or run mad in poultry business and while poultry importers and  Dangote, and Politicians doing d business in Nigeria goes home with the biggest share of poultry profit and smiles because they hv d money for d business. Imagine a poultry with a 300,000 to 400,000 stocks of birds and d set up and running cost and d anticipated profit.huh
Yes poultry business is big business but not for d amateur or small boys in pocket size. But in fishery, with just 80k to 250k apart from your borehole cost of 250k to 500k, or with just a budget of #1 or #2 million naira, u will smile at the end of your 6 months harvest time as you can cut corners with fish feed innovatively, but for chicken, u dear not try it cos u could either fall sick, run mad or commit suicide in d outcome of d long anticipated result. In fishery, I always advise people to start small with a budget less than a million naira or possibly 80k to 250k, u can get optimum result and its ideal as a backyard business and yet you will make huge profit using flex, tarpuline, plastics or polygon tank as against the regular earthen pond or concrete ponds that could cost u more or extra. With just 800k, u can set up a standard deep littre Broilers based poultry system with a bird capacity of 1,500 birds. The problem with most poultry investment aspirants is that people want to out shoot their returns with little cash that's why they often run into chaos and sometimes loose all.
Poultry business is only ok if u either have a big or mini feed mill, by so doing u can get alot out of your resources or u moderate d quantity of your poultry farm birds.
At least 70% of the revenue burden that goes down into purchase of feed would be lifted off your shoulder.
However, This is not to discourage anybody at all who loves the poultry venture as somebody must bear the risk for us all to at least afford Poultry meat in our meal or else the  country will continue to be at the mercy of importers and smugglers of poultry products. Using the best, most innovative and research mechanism for poultry, u can still get the best of little resources. Poultry business is a fantastic venture only if you can have a concerted or corporative effort when you form a small group of 20 to 40 persons and pull resources of a minimum of 100k contribution per person together to raise between #2 million naira to #4 million naira to start a reasonable poultry business with less and shared risk and yet have less cause to worry provided there is trust among the group, operating directors and management team. The problem with we Nigeria is that we all enjoy and practice the idea of "One Man Business," because alot of us have problem with trusting ourselves let alone a potential business partner. lack of trust and concerted effort kills business faster than the lack of fund to wheel a business through. This is not to discourage anybody from going into poultry business to run it alone provided u can provide your means and resources without an itch but in an overall great deal of sense, poultry business is not a business alot of Nigerians can run into with insufficient to avoid liquidation, bankruptcy and haphazard results. But in group or with corporative effort, poultry business is the biggest of livestock business anybody can imagine. I believe in the French phrase which says, "Unity is strength". "United we stand, divided, we fall"
For your poultry and fish farm feasibility and business proposal, poultry and fish  farm set up, u can as well reach me via my lines or on watsapp. Poultry cages of 120 birds/unit are available for sell at 80k with all accessories and installation charges inclusive. 40 units of d cage are available for sales.
Its ok to do business without an incorporated name provided u don't have a problem with trusting and ineptitude, but to be on the safer side of the law and to have good business presence and representation, u just have to have your company name incorporated and employ the service of a forensic accountant and external auditor to check the State of your business from time to time so as to know where you have the drain pipes sucking the life out of your business if you have an investment with asset base that runs into millions of naira.
With a budget of 50k and 120k, u can have your company name incorporated. For enquiry, watsapp: 09099176956. Like d rain dews heavily, wen our night lamp lights heavenly, our clock hands chimes d path of destiny. Under d gasping breath beneath our chest we poke d suckling fingers and eyes of time wt our hrt. As d grandeures are unbiquously undulating like the Clarks and Starks of a ribbon ring in a coffee box secretly sleeps in musked envelope for half a century 100 million Chinese won. U look young wt a great deal of good life ahead of u. Don't blow it in a jiffy. Ur ripples drift too far and too fast for my reach. Dnt forget to always love ur parents and family 1st in everything. In d early morning hours, someone waits for u. Among d clusters of d flowers he will find u. As sm1 saw u today back then wen u ran into d blues. For days and moons and leap years i wander. So Go my little one. As i'll sing a song of a floating lullaby for u. Go as all I knw d Lord will kp an eye on u. D sky and stars will light up ur way. Wen i close my eyes i think of u.

When you run with the devil and the deviously asocial, consider it a pact without recompense. Don't wait till your bag of bones is the last baggaged billed for Golgoltha from the fortress of Jericho ( The City with walls & glass).
Your mediocrity makes a mockery of my priestly collar soaked in black dye, black ash and sordid wine. It is biting to ignore the woes of a erring brother that edges at the shades of glory at the devils holy shrine on a Sabbath morning.
I shall spare you a feather from my hailing arch wings. Just has a Goatee or the Centaurus of an horned man is heretic at the podium of disobedience, the heat of hell is doubled for repression sake everyday because some of us enjoy the red vibe and the rhythm stains of been the roasted meat at Judas belfry like that sacred girl laying innocently in a shaded corner. I believe your ears are not as thick as the vagueness of the leaves of the thick forest. The wave follows the clock at our heels, waiting in vain for exodus, the holy belfry comes, here we are thousand times quicksanding in the poor oaring of wooden arms.

EducationThe School & The Real World By Prof. Abletor Sedofia Of University Of Ghana by Ade3000yrs(op):
Prof. Abletor Sedofia from University of Ghana has this to say:
*"Academic excellence is overrated! I said it. Being top of your class does not necessarily guarantee that you will be at the top of life. You could graduate as the best student in Finance but*
*it doesn't mean you will make more money than everybody else. The best graduating Law student does not necessarily become the best lawyer. The fact is life requires more than the ability to understand a concept,* *memorise it and reproduce it in an exam. School rewards people for their memory. Life rewards people for their imagination.*
*School rewards caution, life rewards daring. School hails those who live by the rules. Life exalts those who break the rules and set new ones. So do I mean people shouldn't study hard in school? Oh, no, you should.* *But don't sacrifice every other thing on the altar of First Class.*
*Don't limit yourself to the classroom. Do something practical. Take a leadership position. Start a business and fail.* *That's a better Entrepreneurship 101.Join or start a club. Contest an election and lose. It will teach you something Political Science 101 will not teach you.* *Attend a seminar. Read books outside the scope of your course.* *Go on*
*missions and win a soul for eternal rewards... Do something you believe in! Think less of* *becoming an excellent student but think more of becoming an excellent person. Make the world your classroom."
Schools only produces class room scholars and technicians that fits in the conventions of an industrial work chain to meet industrial figures requirements with limitations, while the world out side your class room is a load down of things you wish things that were in d class room and wish your Prof had helped u to be better equipped and inform. A school is suppose to be the window to the world and not the other way round. When the structure of the country wealth flow is malformed and infested, the school system is the culprit and should be subject to the prognosis and diagnosis of a theater audience for a comprehensive surgical processing devoid of a malfaecism.
Education started in Africa and the Middle East with Thales and Socrates as the foremost set of scholars, If you wonder why Africans now shores the boarders of Europe and the USA as the Neo Zion of conventions, its because education has evolved amorphously or subliminally from an epistemological phase to a more prosaic state. Alice in the wonderland is the making of Alice. Its up to Alice to remain a child with box of dreams for ever of wake up to accept the terms of a bedevling reality. Our African educational system is like a convention and a device set up to gored the energy and life essence in us. its the reason why 80% of us lost that glitter and sparkle of an entrepreneur before graduation which creates room for the job job hunting mentality. The foundation on which our urbanization and civilization is built festers too many cracks that could cave us all in one swoop.

AgricultureSnail Farming Challenges: Intensive Versus Extensive Farming by Ade3000yrs(op):
So let's dwell more on dis extensive and intensive snail talk to include d semi intensive and its challenges, peculiarities and comparative advantage.
I tink i should take d time to say that d word intensive means enclosed confinement and extensive means exposed confinement wt alot more freedom to create more of a natural atmosphere feel for livestock as in free range while semi intensive is a combination of both. Intensive gives u more control of ur animal farm to range from diets, food to body mass ratio measures, health and well being of over all livestock, and it will require ur routine commitment as dis is called d garbage in garbage out method. U select d feed marsh and formular frm time to time to achieve a desired body mass but d other bn extensive is like set up ur snail farm and go on vacation only to comeback on harvest possibly in months or years as long as d environment is pest and theft safe and under lock and key.
D 2 main types of farming hv their peculiar challenges, and comparative advantages and disadvantages. In Europe, USA, Canada and Australia, dis 2 methods is at large put to use for commercial snail production.
Loss and safety of snails is inherent in both method or practised employed. Everything in life has procedures and we must b sure not to miss it as we may pay bitterly for lack of experience.
I hv had a case of sm1 saying he lost all his 10,000 snail stocks, another lost 2,000 and another started wt just 800 on free range and encountered no troubles at all. D difference for desired result is d measure of qualitative information put to use
Hv u ever wonder why snails enjoy climbing?? Its because they are afraid of bn attacked by soldier ants, thefts or hands or predatory animals easily reaching for them and also for fear of drowning if their pen or environment is water logged. This gives a clue to d problem and what's d best solution to be employed.
Except if wooden suspension or material is to be used, For a large intensive farm, German floor must be built, afterwards, to pour or not to pour in sand after is an option for u to decide. While for extensive after d land is cleared, and crops and vegetables are planted to fallow for like a month, before introducing ur snails to such environment, it must be 1st treated wt insecticides as such as d following: Attacks, Actforce gold, perfect killer, Cyperforce, DDT force or this set of very powerful nematode repellants to include the buried ant eggs, mother ants and colony already layed and burrowed in the soil waiting for u to put any life organisms. The powerful: nematodal repellants are: Benefitial nematodal Tripple threat combo, Granular insecticides, Talstar PL Granules, Talstar Extra Granules, Merit Insecticides Granules, Deltagard G granules, Maxforce Complete Granular Bait, Demand G granules, Invict Xpress Granular Bait, Premise Granules, Arena 25 Granules, American Brand Pamethrin Grannules, Advion Insect Granule Bait, OHP Marathon 1% granular, Talstar N Nursery Granular, Caravan G insecticides fungicides, Zenith 5 G Insecticide, Grubs away insecticides, Elemental Sulfur, Ivermectin, Borax or Boric Acid ehivh includes ( Boron, Sodium & Oxygen), Isazophos, Carbofuran, Ethoprophos, Phenamiphos, HCH, Isofenphos, Aldicarbe, Chlordecone, also for fungus prevention that may hamper the over all growth of snails in d free range or wide, use any of d following antifungal: Chlorothalonils, di thiocarbimide, fluzilazoles, imazaliles, imidazoles, methylthiophanates, Nuarimols, Prochloraz, Triazols, Propiconazoles. Pls ensure to use or apply 2 different types of dis recommendations alternatively every 2 to 3 months so as not to allow, fungi, nematodes and insects to develope resistance and so as not to deter d growth of ur snails Wch could discourage ur and affect your out put in d long run. U can also use d Boerdox mixtures and your farm crops and snails will thrive side by side together. I hv bn to University snail farms on Nigeria and hv shared research info in d course of interaction and expedition, some get it right and some don't. Just as humans all livestock and humans needs deworming and antibiotics to reduce bacteria and worm infestations, same goes for ur snails wt d use of antifungal and Nematodal repellants: Note: on inception, u should only introduce your snails to your free range farm after 2 weeks of dis chemical application so as to allow d chemicals take effects. But do remember to apply this every 2, 3 to 4 months. Insects raids and fester in rainy season while nematodes and grubs raids and fester in dry season and if u Dnt head dis advice, if u Dnt loose ur free range Snails to insects in rainy season, u may lose them in dry season to nematodes. It should be noted that in the intensive farming method may not have to go this extra mile to use chemicals, while in the extensive and free range method, its a must or else u may lose a considerable lots or all of your snails to pest.

I would realy want you to hook me up or buzz me on watsapp: 09099176956, I blv we can work out something together
Music/RadioWhy The Contemporary Nigerian Music & Entertainment Industry Is A Scam! by Ade3000yrs(op):
Why The Nigerian Contemporary Music and Entertainment Industry is a Scam!! I must ascertain truly that 96% of the Contemporary Nigerian music is a scam on every sides. It is true that we have rag tags celebrity parading themselves everywhere in the media and claiming to fly the Nigerian flag, but believe me, even the assumed Locals and Natives such as Pasuma, K1 d ultimate, Flavour, Asha, Tu Face and the likes from other tribes got Credibility and Pedigree far more exceeding than these said to be self acclaimed Celebrities.
I am putting this question out to alot of key players in the Nigerian music and entertainment industries, what is d standards and parameter available to music in the Nigerian markethuh believe it or not, The Nigeria music industry is already phasing out. These music lacks philosophical depth, moral, consoling and reflective lyrics.
You can hardly turn on your TV and Radio these days expecting to get a social and psychological relief. Turn your Radio and TV on and what you have in your face and ear is a pile of Junk music and video reconstructions that doesn't strike a cord.
As a country with teaming challenges and responsibilities, our overall psychological composure has a considerable significance at determining our inputs and output efforts and in relative results. The kind of music we listen to, the kind of videos we watch, and the kind of book we read matters alot at helping to remodel or restructure our mindset and to making an informed judgement. Sure alot of Nigeria artist have robbed or scam the unsuspecting gullible public to be where they are today at selling elusive fantasy. Believe me, life for these artist and their peddlers can be as ugly as the case of a warren that ditch in a hole to escape a fox only to discover its entered the Tiger's Lair.
A lot of Nigerians and Africans are bursting with energy and potentials but lacks the right channels and resource persons for pruning. This is why the entire Entertainment industry has remained a scam because there is a big bridge and disconnect between the products and the end users.
lack of style, lack of brand, lack of class and vogue overrides our audience. Our youths, media house, governments, and entertainment industries have a lot to do in making the stitch in time. To save our economy from undue economic and resource leakages to business establishments and persons overseas fleecing the kill from our deficiency, ineptitude and incompetency. Who ever says there is no job to be done in Nigeria and Africa is a liar and worse blind than the Blind Bathemeous. For me, Dagreen was a big loss to the Nigerian music industry, while Asha remains d leading star to fly the Nigerian flag in all measures. Entertaining such atmosphere of social insecurity to fester is like leaving our youths and future in the hands of morally impaired and ill informed characters which in turn affects the social rave, overall mood and culture in a defective and obscured dimension.
If our recklessness at managing the entertainment industry Without caution, the once popular Yoruba Apalla genre, the Fela Kuti Afro music, the highlife genre of Emeka Morocco Maduka, Chief Steven Osita Osadebe, Cardinal Rex Lawson, Osaro Nomayo, Faboma, Dr Victor Uwaifo, Orlando Owo, Chief Ebenezer One, King Sunny Ade, Dele Abiodun, Haruna Ishola, Ayinla Gbade Omowura, Onyeka Owenu, Dr Sunshine Super Stars, Omwengho, Daddy Lumna, Kojo Antwi, Ofori, Amponsah, Dassebre Gyamenah, Ashenafi, Kebede Aar Maanta, Ohenhen, Prince Ndubuisi, Ibemesi, Dr Sir Foreigner, Sir Warrior & His Oriental brothers, Sunny Bobo, The City Stars, Bright Chimeze, Oliver De Conque, Sir Victor Olaiya, Afro funk, , the oldies 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s will ever continue to be an Enigma locked away in some old secret box. Entertainment and Music is a window to self and other people's culture and reflective solace; a school of thought and one of a kind. For me, I have a taste of exotic mix that's spans from Irish Music, British, R & B, Souls & Jazz, Arian, Berber Music, Guinean, Malians, Ghanians, Cameroonians, Techno, Afro Cuban, Mbira, Pop, Afro Arabian, Mediterranean folklore, American Rock & Country side, Algerians, Hip Hop, Afro funk & Afro pop, Afro Caribean, Latino, German, Vuban, Latin, Andean, Punjab, Chinese Zhen, Afro Highlife, Russian Classical, Nordic & Celtic, Arabian and Ethiopian genre. 3 things inspires my sum totality in every stance in this relative other and which I believe is ideal for every man: 1. Music, 2. Book, 3. Agriculture. These 3 Fundamental dictates the lives of Every man. A resent research confirms that Children who listen to good music, do far better than their peers who don't at school. kids who are introduced to music at early inception in life tend to have better developed brain cells and tends to learn and assimilate faster. This has nothing to do with food and dietary measures. That's why Lullaby and Montessori are the 1st line of Education and exposure children are exposed to in life. For the Nigerian Entertainment industry, am sorry to rate you a near belated Zero (0) because we lack deep lyrical, literal and philosophical content. If your a Nigerian living in Nigeria, its either your been musically under fed, musically malnourished, or you have been ingesting crappy music or you don't listen to music at all. Psychologically, Total denial of access to good music increases the chances and tendencies of erratic, aggressive and asocial behavior in Us as humans. Medically, The brain, the human body hormones, the ears and the music we listen to synergistically works hand in hand together for the total well being of an hailing individual. that's why people who attend churches, yoga classes and religious gatherings with positive professions, assertive speeches or pronouncements, praise and worship miraculously get healed. Good Music and quality Entertainment is the 1st line of Education for all. Music is the 1st line of Religion! Great Music, Great minds, great life!

AgricultureComparative Economic Importance Of Crop & Fishery To Snailery by Ade3000yrs(op):
Once u get ur farm plan and land in place, If u must relocate or do on farm site off and on, be sure ur ready to live their or settle down their so as to maximise your time to diversify into more gainful agricultural ventures
Put ur money where ur mind is so it doesn't take to flight by day.
U hv to resolve ur location of resident 1st
So that u dnt endear in ventures of conflict on grounds of career and location and vulnerability to theft eluding ur hard earned money and frustrating your.
For me, I will recommend fishery
For freshers as d return on investment is higher compare to a few other livestock ventures, piggery pays better than fishery if u are extra good at marketing your farm produce at harvest. U can start wt fishery on a commercial scale wt a budget of 120k. in a Good environment wt water, fence and steady light, 3 mini pool geepee tank wt ur start up capital. If u hv land space, u can go into crop and vegetable production as well and employ daily pay labourers.
Pepper is 6 months for harvest, hybrid 4 months, tomatoes 3 months, vegetables 2 to 3 months, maize 3 months, yam and cassava wt potatoes 6 months, plantain 8 to 12 months. Note: Poultry is a dangerous zone and no go area for starters or agriculture freshers. Piggery and rabbit are also viable venture and u must hv a strong marketing and branding structures or models in place. Snailery, harvest time is 8 months to 2 yrs provided u hv d right stock.
All u need for a start as regards d fishery is a fenced apartment wt light and water facility. Wt 80k to 120k, u can start something big wt 2 big mini pool gee pee tank
80k for Everything
To include d running of pipes but excluding your cost of borehole provissions.
In some cases, u can get 3 to 4 GP thank wt d budget of 80k to include d procurement of 2 months feed. U can spawn ur fingerlings urself wt 2 female fishes and 1 male Fish each fish can spawn 60,000 and that's 120,000 all together fingerlings or frys within 24 to 30hrs. With 10 to 20% mortality rate, u can sell off d excess fingerlings. All u need per mini pool GP thank receptacle is maximum of 7,000 fishes per tank as some may die out wt time due to in adequacy of feed and morphological weakness or exposure to stress.
In 4 to 6 months depending on the intensity of feeding, ur fishes are ready and up for sale at a table size
Some could weigh less or above 1kg depending on how well they feed, antifungal administered, deworming and antibiotics given them and feed formular quality
Note: When it comes to aspiration and drive for an all inclusive animal farm especialy on say a plot of land meant for say, fishery, poultry, piggery, ruminants, Snailery, rabbits and grass cutter, Always remember that u must be resolute about a single livestock as your start out choice as a rolling stone gathers no morse. Small scale is called homestead or subsistence and as such u should not expect to make profit except u focus on just a single venture in life stock farming on say a plot of land putting to use d free space in your compound. If ur doing rabbit and grass cutter, face it headlong, if its fishery or poultry, face it squarely. If its snailery, face it headlong and dont mix it given little space cos all u want is to make profit at most. But i must say that if u want an all encompassing farm. U will need a minimum of 3 to 10 Acres of farm land for an all inclusive live stock farming as it may most likely require u incorporate livestock feed mill on your lives stock farm land wt proper lay out structures except ur ready to run at a loss in d cos of feeding. That's where most farmers do feel d heat and get frustrated in d long run which ends up burning out d zest and enthusiasm for farming. In every venture, all u want is to make profit. Count ur cost and be sure ur feasibility is somewhat near 80% translational and pragmatic before u start and put in place safety and buffer measures to cushion your possible financial shocks wt time and ur business plan must be flexible and pliant and not just a Professor 100% "Horse in a Book" unbendable accuracy clean sheet. Aim for d sky so that u may end up on d roof top. But if u aim for d roof top, u may not end up past d floor or d place where u stand. For Pple wu like to compare d comparative economic importance of snail farming, u can only make profit if u start out ur farm on an free range or curtain farm of a minimum of 30ft by 60ft dimension with a minimum start up breeding stock of 500 to 1,000 and above stocks if u must make profit in snail farming and to make your effort worth while. Provided u get a mix breed of d AA, AF and the AM in d proportion 50:30:20. Everything boils down to marketing as there are times u may have to create an unforeseen market out of nothing to get the market for your produce. it depends on how versatile and innovative u are at marketing. If u say for local market, fishery makes more money next to poultry compare to Snailery. Snailery is big money if its mnt for export market or if branded and sold in branded grams and Kg in Stores. Poultry rakes in d biggest money if only millions is pumped into d business cos its highly capital intensive with the biggest risk. Its always advisable as a no go area for freshers in Agriculture, unlike fishery, piggery, and snailery. like I said in d ranking of livestock venture comparative viability, Snailery still remains top, followed by piggery and the others follow suit but d major challenge is that Nigeria is yet to step up production in this top 2 livestock ventures such as Piggery and Snailery to compete with, Spain, Germany, Brazil, Sweden, Austria, China, France, Netherlands, India, Australia, Philippines, Uzbekistan, Mexico, Russia, Liechtenstein, USA, and the UK in terms of livestock farming. Egypt, Kenya, South Africa, Benin Republic, Uganda and Liberia are doing great in this light in Africa as regards the Agricultural export market as most of the influx of imported food in Nigeria are from these far and near African countries. Nigeria livestock market needs to step up from the local and stereo type market approach to a global and acceptable standards. If u can afford to plough 80k into fishery constructively, blv me in d next 4 to 6 months your sure to make 250k on harvest as interest or your return on investment. What else can u ask for as this is a good reward for your money and effort. No greed, grandiloquos nor outrageous expectations but good reward for deligency. Spawning or hatchery and feeding is a major challenge in fishery for most starters. Once u scale this bridge at less cost using some known inventive and alternative options, d sky is surely your limit. Apart from all this aforementioned alternative in agronomy, cassava, plantain, pepper, legumes, tomatoes, sweet potatoes and vegetables are great options in farming employing d use of improved seedlings and a mix of both organic and in organic method for maximum yield at less cost and in less time. For more infos, U can reach me on my blog or watsapp me on 09099176956.

AgricultureA Comprehensive description of an intensive snail farm and snails fattening feed by Ade3000yrs(op):
Here is a comprehensive description of a snail farm and fattening feed. About the snail feed, I must say I am not an inventor so no need to claim patency. People use all sort of feed, some use poultry feed, while some use powdery form of fish feed, some hv their own specially formulated feed as it is already the trend in snail farming in Australia, France, Germany, Canada, USA and even our revered Obasanjo farm in Nigeria.
But it must be NOTED that u cannot use the feed for free range snail farming as ur snails in d open mainly feed on plants and partly subject to uncontrolled limits of nature but it must be emphasized that free range has its own unique peculiarities.
It depends on ur pen mode, type and structure.
If its free range u can't use d feed but if its intensive and indoor like d fish concrete dissected mode or boxed pen, u can use it. and its sure of result in 3 to 6 months reaching 500g wt d improved feed. Others use poultry feed, others alternatively use powdered fish feed, others have their own improved feed but base on careful and painstaking research and consultations with feed mill operatives, I equally hv a high formula for wt also careful consideration to d health of end users and for commercial and economic value for farmers to give results in d shortest while. A bag of 25kg is sold at #6,000 Naira and will feed 1,500 snails for a month if heavily fed but. But ur sure of results in 3 to 6 months to get ur desired 500g. Super Extra supplements are included in d snail feed. And distributors are needed nation wide and am open to other feed mill operatives. I believe in a healthy business environment, there should not be monopoly of market and no strife cos that seems to be d culture of we Nigerians. If d white man has hoarded information from us, i don't believe we will be privilege to be online today.

Just as 30ft x 100ft dissected concrete pen like that of the fish pen or piggery pen but with walk ways in between the pens in rows and columns form with a barricading or covering net on top will house a minimum of 10,000 snails. D pen block couches from the ground must be 4 blocks high away from the ground and d over all pen area shaded away from sunlight and the interior floor must be concrete and the pen all round plastered and finely finish. U can fumigate the pen exterior areas or environment with DD force or Cyperforce every 2 weeks to keep away insects and termite and be sure u hv proper fencing and adequate security measures around your snail farm. Cos thieves could be looming waiting for the farmer to leave so that they can be king at night. If u have at least an Acre which is 6plots of standard 60ft by 120ft x6 or more of the acres, u can have other animal farm project on the farm site like poultry, fishery and piggery so as to engage enough activities on d farm site to keep d farm almost 24 hours busy and keep away thieves (external thieves). I recommend d use of guard dogs on farm site at night.
NOTE!!!! Note that in Construction of your snail pen as illustrated, u must improvise a drain outlet or piped out opening with a stopper at d basement to allow easy washing or cleaning of d pen wt water from time to time and also for d benefit of converting your snail pen to a fish pond or from fish pond back to a snail pen so that the pen can conveniently serve dual purpose depending on d economic climate and demand. Your Snail feed and and water in d pen will be supplied in to maximise resources and avoid wastage as wetting d feed in a floored pen can easily develop fungi and bacteria build up. But if u are doing dry feeding, its ok to floor d pen with feed but be sure to supply your water in flat trays. Depending or d height and temperature of d pen, humidity will definitely take its natural course. D essence of flat trays for water supply in d pen that can be built or supplied by welder is to curb d case of snail drowning in d course of trying to drink water. Also your management cost and monitoring will be reduced at large

Science/TechnologyRe: Ayokunle Adeniran Invents Gas-powered Iron by Ade3000yrs(m): 1:12pm On Jul 02, 2016
embarassed lipsrsealed huh cryI am 100% dead sure the prototype and commercial production of this was done and developed in China by the Chinese. We Nigerians can be freaking funny wt the way we jump at anything new and invention branded With Nigerian Name. Most of the glory we steal and attempt to steal are for Chinese primary school project. what a pity... cryI am 100% dead sure the prototype and commercial production of this was done and developed in China by the Chinese. We Nigerians can be freaking funny wt the way we jump at anything new and invention branded With Nigerian Name. Most of the glory we steal and attempt to steal are for Chinese primary school project. what a pity... blv me, we are 100years far from technology evolution. where in Nigeria do we produce ordinary keyboard of a desktop computerhuh u all better look b4 u comment on any post as such this. in research, exposure, intensive, practical and quality studies, we are zero. like my Igbo brother Ezedon already said. Try to travel far and wide outside Nigeria. Gas is highly volatile and an explosive with lethal hazards. What Nigeria realy need is light in every home to use d much safer electric Iron. For your gas Iron, its ok to market your shipped in consignment for those trivial Nigerians who will buy this useful Chinese made products branded Nigeria to ridicule our epileptic power supply. wish u success in your enterprise. for u who think this Nigerian guy invented this, go and do ur personal research and u will discover dis product was invented 50yrs ago by a man from another country!!!! Commercial electrical products like this arrive at the Nigerian Ports almost everyday. blv me this is nothing new but one man's business wtout u and i profiting from it in anyway except if u want to be a marketer of dis explosive device. A miseducated Child is a child lost!! Big up to u my brother for ur big business feat from China Mr Inventor!!
AgricultureList Of The 11 Most Lucrative Agricultural Ventures In Order of Importance by Ade3000yrs(op):
List Of The 11 Most Lucrative farming venture in Nigeria in their significant orders: Be you a Medical Doctor, Professor, Lecturer, Civil and Electrical Engineer, Chartered Accountant, Senior Banker, Politician, Architect, Business man, Clergy, or a Teacher, for a fulfilling career and long life, you will always have to embrace nature and end up a farmer as the most revered calling and profession in life. That is to say the most expensive in life surely comes freely in Nature.
The most expensive things in life comes freely in Nature. Talk about the air you breath, land, sand, trees, vegetables, food and water, little do we know that these seemingly little things which typifies everything green and graceful should be the most expensive in life but believe me they are not. People say money don't grow on trees but believe me, paradoxically it does. The sand and earth you walk on everyday is an invaluable assets but little do we know that.
Let's say you were giving an option to chose between an acre of land in the rural area with adequate power supply provisions to keep up with the world and for media and info and also to be given another 1 million dollar to settle in the city, which will you chose, am sure alot of us will jump at the offer and option of the 1 million dollar to spend the rest of our life in the city engaging in productive venture. Believe me, the option of life in the Rural is a ticket to longer life span while the other is unnecessarily a set up for a quick funeral. The city life is the same in almost all the developed part of the world except in places like Germany, Poland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Finland and some part of Canada that's why the economic activities is far quite different from the rest of the world.
Without any offence meant and apology, I must assert that the office of a farmer is far valuable and dignified than that of a medical doctor. Both deal with with life but the farmer provides and rejuvenate life with food provision but the medical doctor employ mechanized procedures and complex skills to preserve life. Why is d sand invaluable and equitable to wealth and life?? without sand and fresh air, possibility of life is zero. A seed sowed to the ground has the potential to bring forth more unlike the diagnosis and prognosis of a medical doctor.
Irregardless of lack of access to sufficient medical facilities and provisions, believe me, 85% of people with longer life span are people from the Rural areas with access to the tender arms of Nature. The fresh fruits and vegetables and industrial with chemical free products are far life saving compare to whats obtainable in the Cities and Urban centers.
Continue neglect for agriculture will continue to translate financial bankruptcy, economic sabotage, hampered salary payments, hampered salary mercy and favouritism, strives, mortgages, joblessness and unemployment, food shortages, soft loans applications, grants and aides anticipations, commodity price hike, State bankruptcy and bail out from the Federal government, foreign aides and world bank that will never come and when it does, it comes with neck cutting strings attached. That God blessed Abraham in the Bible with the value of the sands of the sea is not a coincident. Believe me, there is more money in the things 95% of us least expect especially in the area of Agriculture.
Alot of us knows Brazil as a football Country but do you know that 92% of its revenue is from its export and local Agricultural ventureshuh? Today Brazil is one of the top 5 Countries dominating the Agricultural export market; from plantain to banana, fruits, vegetables, oil palm production, soybean and livestock export products, Brazil get its fair share of the worlds market. Brazil export and prospect market are the European Countries, Asia and the Northern American countries to include the USA and Canada.
A miseducated child is a child lost. I believe there exist a natural synergy between Music, Entertainment, Sports, Education and Agriculture which we for a tangible wealth creation for the teeming populace. Believe me, in Nigeria, I look at people in the Mega Cities and I am perplexed about the rave culture and trends as I only see lost and people primitive in thinking in an age of machine where everything should be flying and not crawling. Sometimes I wander if people ever go to school but believe me as I discovered that we Nigerians go to school more than the Europeans, Australians, Asians and the Americans as the education trend is 100% quantitative and 0.04% quantitative and if I must recommend, the regular Nigerian institution is unfit to produce youths with shimmering future.
This harsh reality is the reasons the rich won't allow their kids to school in Nigeria but rather opt to pay through their nose for their kids to have a foreign education, its as if the feasible government policies and the real determinant and hands of change for an effective change go for an all year round vacation.
My concern is for the up coming youths still dreaming of an elusive life in the city. I have seen it all and the blue print of the structures of the Nigeria mega cities and I discovered its nothing but a tempting and a rebranded emptiness. I was born and brought up in Lagos, and having been a resident of Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island and Surulere Axis and also had considerable time in some other mega cities and I discovered its all buried in bricks of lies. Almost Every industrialist don't pray for steep competition that will phase them out of business ,and I believe Dangote don't want you wake up from your sleep. A time will come you will be forced to throw away your neck tie and roll up your sleeves and be ready to get your hands on dirts with the sand and facals of livestock and possibly relocate from the city when the economic heat and endeared health hazards and implications are about to topple and raise the roof. I pray it doesn't hit you and I like a train unexpectedly.
That the American dollar bill is green is not a coincidence but it is connected to Agriculture which depicts strengths, youthfulness, abundance and Agricultural strength. Same goes for the Nigerian flag and as such Nigeria as a country should be one of the worlds richest if we had followed duly the Legacy of the British modelled for Agriculture. Just as every lands appreciate in value with time just every tree and plants on earth has its economic and medicinal significance; permits me to say that truly money grow on trees and the sand you thread on everyday is money.
I was a teacher in Lagos for good 16 years before I received the light for farming which suggested my diversification in times of compressing changes. When changes and challenges stakes are way too high, its either we innovate or we die! perhaps a quick or slow financial emotional death. The only Challenge in farming in Nigeria is the problem of theft inadequacy of ample information. Even when you cannot afford the service of the Nigerian police patrol, you can employ the service of foreign breed dogs to ward off unwanted persons on your farm lands and trespassers. Dogs don't negotiate with intruders unlike security men who could be tip off agents working hand in hand with thieves. 4 to 6 dogs patrol at night on your acres of farmland is enough to make you go to bed with your 2 eyes closed.

Little do alot of us know that, feed mill business, vegetables, tomatoes and pepper production are more lucrative than fishery and poultry business put together to a large extent as most of the imputed are farm by products, waste and readily cheaply sourced. Here are a few list of the most lucrative and cost effective agricultural venture in their relative significant order.

1. Snailery
2. Piggery
3. Rabbit & Grasscutter
4. Vegetables along with spice crop such as pepper, tomatoes, and root crops as such cassava, yam,  potatoes, plantain and Banana
5. Fishery
6. Cash crops: Cowpea, Rice, Bambara but and groundnuts,  Soyabean, Cashew, Cocoa, Wheat, Bitter Cola and Kolanuts, Barley & Flour, Maize, Fruits and Mangoes for industrial plants both for local and the export markets.
7. Farm Supplies, Chemicals, Improved and exotic seedlings, herbicides and pesticides and farm tractor sales and hiring.
8. Poultry products
9. Animal Feed Mill & Processing and Branding Plants for Wheat & Flour Mill with Macaroni and Spaghetti, cash crops polishing, processing and bagging and tomatoes. This group includes Dairy plants for Cheese, Yoghurt, milk factories and fruits processing plants, Household consumable Processing plants for, Can foods,  beverages and baby foods and poultry products and cash crop processing plants. This where the elite falls and throw in their billions and billions for serious commercial agriculture and the brand names are Nestle Foods, Breweries, Guiness, Dangote, Indommie Noodles, Honey well, Gino, Obasanjo and Folawuyo farms, Cargil, Heinz foods, Kellogs, Coca Cola and Pepsi Cola. This are the people who dictate the countries economy and the stock or Capital Market to a large extent due to their blue chip and formidable brands.
10. Ruminant animals such as goats, rams and Cattle, milk and cheese making, branding and processing with yoghurt factories.
11. Fruits: fruit farming should be the last option in Nigeria as we lack the industrial and commercial culture for consumption of fruits and a few vegetables and salads alongside with a bad consumption culture for yoghurt, milk, cheese and dairy product. If you must venture into this last and industrial kind of production you must do your maths and count your cost because its capital intensive and its what makes Nestlé Foods and Unilever the biggest brand in the world today in baby food, beverages, dairies and house hold consumables followed by Pepsi Cola, Coca Cola in its tail today with presence in almost all the countries of the World  just as it is in Nigeria today. Agricultural practise in Nigeria due to lack of the rightful information for maximum results and has 90% of Nigerian farmers produce goes to waste due to lack of strong marketing base line, excessive inputs on chemical and fertilizers, lack of storage and processing provisions due to lack of ample information to employ conventional alternatives as it is practiced in the developed part of the world so as to maximise both the Local and Export Market, farmers suffers huge loss without a tangible return on investment. Amidst all this worries Nigeria looses alot to the tune of #800 Billion Naira to imported food as little as cash crops, rice, beans, plantain, banana, oil palm, processed starch, cassava and Garri,  mushrooms, dairy and poultry products from Benin Republic, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Chad, Kenya, South Africa, Mali, Niger, Ghana and yet Dogote, Nestle foods, Coca Cola and Pepsi, The Nigerian Breweries, Unilever still make their profit and the most of the chaos that has crippled and fested the Nigerian food production and supply system. EducationThe Most Defining Moment Of An Average Nigerian Youth by Ade3000yrs(op):
The most difficult age for any man born in
Nigeria should be between 24 and 29 years, the
pressure to be something, to be someone is so
immense.
When you look around you everyone seems to
be doing something for themselves, people
seem to be living a life you only dream of. You
have applied for jobs and the results have been
more disappointing than Yakubu Aiyegbeni
penalty kick at the world cup.
Sadly this is the age when most guys lose it, the
age when if not careful one is consumed by
alcohol or drugs, because the disappointments
become too much and you find alternative ways
to face reality. Worse is when a few people you
studied with have been lucky enough to land
jobs, soon your circle of friends gets thinner –
mostly they don’t even cut you out but you will
be real with yourself and cut yourself off. I
mean what will you do when you are in a
WhatsApp group of friends and they are
discussing about last week's trip in Dubai and
planning another trip South Africa while you
are not sure of what your next meal would be?
Most times you follow the conversation silently,
all alone like a cross on the grave.
Soon you realize this is no longer your kind of
crowd because the more you keep around the
more the pressure to be something, takes a toll
on you. You know when stories about house
parties come up and you act deaf because you
don’t know where an extra 5 guys would fit in
your house. Have you ever sat in a group of
people discussing the new iPhone on the market
or how British Airways offers poo services and
you can feel your heart whisper to you “boss
this is chest pain hour, can we just go and find a
group that talks about GMAT, SHLn Dragnet,
jobberman or job vacancies sites“.
But you sit there as these people are lost in their
lifestyle conversations, you are like a secretary
taking minutes in meeting. You are totally
forgotten like one of a woman’s breasts during
pre-intimacy. Once in a while one of the friends
will turn and ask if you need another drink and
you wonder if you should just say No and head
home, but head home to do what? So you
grudgingly drop in the comment “I will have
just one last one“ Lie.
But after a few years of job hunting, you are
now ready to take anything even if is to smell a
rich man’s farts as long as it pays , so you end
up as an office messenger in one blue chip
company in town. To imagine that 4-5 years of
studying and getting a degree is now reduced to
picking and dropping off letters and if you are
not doing that, you are being sent for cheap
lunch by the employees when they are broke
and they can’t order with fast food. This is
when conversations about where people
schooled start, you go silent for it’s no longer of
any use to say you also reached University, it
doesn’t matter – you have resorted to surviving.
Once in while you will bump into your now
well to do classmates, they would offer you
lunch, but not even eating the meals at Eko
Hotel or Sheraton will make you feel better
about yourself, because in your mind you wish
instead they would give you the 30k and you
sort your meals for the next 5 weeks. As it is the
norm you will have photos taken, and uploaded
on Facebook, but always it’s your face that
would look the odd one out – not even the best
filters can hide a face which has suffered the
city’s dust and sun but survives on boiled beans.
The worst mistake you can do during this
period is to try and date – there is nothing that a
person going through such times can offer in
terms of love. How are you going to do evening
romantic walks when you are tired from
walking delivering letters in offices around
town? What are you going to tell your lady
when she says she wants to go for relaxation at
the bar, pool or love garden sites that are in
town? That your financial religion doesn’t allow
it or what? This is the age when you sit back
and watch as the ladies you would want to date
are dating or getting married to guys 10 years
older than you. And you can’t blame them – it’s
only that your life seems to be progressing
slower than their goals in life.
Most of the ladies you meet during this period,
if you are lucky will be patient with you till you
hit 28, and if by then your life is still in disarray
like Liverpool’s and Chelsea’s performance in
the EPL then my friend be prepared for a walk
out.
But then this is the age when you learn a lot of
about life, if you can hack through this stage of
life the only hard moment in your life would be
when you lose your parents – that’s if you are
still lucky enough to have them. This stage
teaches you a lot about perseverance, about
appreciating the small wins you have each day,
it teaches you something about friendship, love,
career growth and personal responsibility. This
is always your rise or fall moment depending on
the choices you make.
How you live your life in the 30’s is determined
by how you handled your life in this phase.
please don't read alone ruminate on it.

AgricultureWhat Every Snail Farmer Must Know About The AM, AA & The AF Types Of Snails by Ade3000yrs(op):
90% of the Nigerian snails are the Achatina Marginata Specie. Caution must be employed in selecting your choice of snails for breeding stock. There are 3 major type of Snails in Nigeria and are said to be the largest in the world; The Achatina Marginata (AM), The Achatina Achatina (AA), and The Achatina Fullica (AF). The AM is peculiar to Nigeria Alone and is usually d largest among all the snails on earth and can produce up to 40 eggs in a clutch & will produce such clutches 3 to 4 times a year & it takes between 21 to 40 days for the eggs to hatch, The AA is d 2nd largest also in Nigeria and other countries and can lay up to 200 to 500 eggs in a clutch up to 3 to 5 clutches in a year, it also takes 21 to 28 days for d AA eggs and has an exclusively more whorls with longer and pointed ends which is similar with the Achatina Fulica in features.

The Achatina Marginata breed which are believed to be the largest in the world can be discouraging and unsuitable for a profitable and commercial snail farm business as its only commercial significance is its giant size and nothing more. The AM is only prized for its large size as it is the largest among all snails in comparison to the AA and AF but low in egg production as it produces between 6 to 40 eggs maximum per clutch while the AF and AA produces between 200 to 500 eggs per clutch. The AM is slow in growth, more exhaustive and cost more to manage. It takes the AM between 21 to 40 days to hatch and 8 to 9 months before it starts the laying of eggs while the AF and AA takes less time to grow and to lay it eggs between and reaches maturity within 4 to 6 months and lay far more eggs with more comparative economic advantage. The type of breed employed for snail farming is very important so that your hope of financial freedom is not dashed in the course of a zestful venture encumbered with willful exuberance. Therefore make sure you select the right stock for breeding from snail farmers and seek for proper consultation and be vast in your research and very open minded in your resource and information sharing. please lets not restrain nor hoard information from the reach of aspiring and intending snail farmers.

Snails grow faster when there is darkness, ease of movement and enough feeds, fruits, calcium supplement, root crops and vegetables for them to produce high quality and quantity of eggs. Snail farming can be started with a budget of between 20k and 500k to include its pen set up and the required breeding stock supply. If a simple small pen is needed, a basket used on a concrete floor or a large tractor tire will do just best on a concrete floor filled with sand as long as proper ventilation measures is ensured. Snail can die out easily when starved of needed oxygen as they equally breath air during active period and can also die out easily when drowned or submerged in water or when water is retained in its shell at intermittent wetting period. For higher yield and productivity, a free range or extensive snail farming method should be encouraged for a serious commercial or industrial scale production which is the best method employed in Australia, Europe and in the USA.
More so, for ideal breeding stocks, ideal AA specie should be considered more in large quantity than the AM as the AA and AF are more rugged and Adaptive in Nature than the AM.

If your snails die out easily after all careful measures, its probably the AM as its more of the Agric type in Nature as its more meatier than the AA and AF. Ironically, the AM is more in demand if your prospect market is Local and Nigerian market alone as its most preferred; but if your target market is for export market to Europe, USA, Asia, South Africa in deshelled, dried, processed and well package and branded form, then the AA and the AF is your best bet for a more economic sense. the asian countries are best bet for snail export market as its audience population is more than 3 billion of the worlds population. As China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam are major destination. Snail meat is highly priced in the Asian country because of its medicinal value and demand by pharmaceutical industries, its fluid also serves for medicinal value for cosmetics industries for anti aging products and in the cure of epilepsy, nervous remedy and tissue repair. The meat is also highly priced for its 100% cholesterol free value and best to remedy heart problems or people vulnerable or at risk of cardiac arrest. it is an ideal protein for pregnant and nursing mother and also ideal for kids. This is an age where information is faster than the speed of bullet. lets use it wisely.

Agriculture7 Amazing Things You May Never Know About Snail Farming That Must Be Considered by Ade3000yrs(op):
7 Amazing Things You may never know about snails & MAJOR CONSTRAINTS

For a successful snail Production, a few things must be understood about the snailery or heliciculture venture.

1. Aestivation: This is the period of inactivity in which the aperture of the shell is covered with white calcareous substance called epiphragm. This condition is common during the harmattan period. In this condition snail can survive for months without food and water. Under normal or natural condition snails can Aestivate for 3 good years without during and without food. That's why they are livestock with the least mortality rate and record. Aestivation can be prevented by watering the soil both in the morning and at night and other management practices well observed.

2. Feed and Water Scarcity: Feed and water are always scarce during the dry season as a result of the harsh weather conditions. Fruits, vegetables and tuber are scarce during this period. The snails can be fed with soybean residue, maize chaff (Eeri) which can be gotten from people who process pap for sale and household waste. More effort should be concentrated on the use of compounded feed in feeding snails, which is readily available at any time or period of the year. Feed, water scarcity and harsh weather conditions during dry season result in too low productivity characterized by loss in weight and little production of eggs. They need enough protein supply to grow faster and bigger and to achieve this you can feed them with animal blood and grounded bone meal from abattoir, and poultry waste as a readily protein supply in abundance and far affordable. Give them enough calcium and limestone which can be gotten from animal feed meal or feed store for them to produce sufficient eggs and if u cant give them loamy or sandy soil.

3. Soldier Ants, Reptiles and Rodents: The worst enemy or major constraint to snail production is soldier ants’ infestation. Soldier ants can be prevented depending on the type of housing system adopted. Water bath or small gutter should be dug round and water must be made available inside the water bath every time if the housing system in low or high fences pens. When using cage system, the stands of the cages should be put inside container containing water with used engine oil or kerosene. And fumigated the exterior environment regularly with ants repellant chemical such as d DD force. Reptiles and rodents can be prevented by using wire netting with small holes i.e. mosquito net and door should be closed every time.
You have to get rid of ants from inside d pen by cleaning d pen regularly to avoid undue or obscene decomposition. Snails can live up to 15years and can weigh as much as 20Kg at Such age if well fed with the look of a giant turtle or tortoise.

4. Snail Type Identification. There are 3 major type of Snails in Nigeria and are said to be the largest in the world; The Achatina Marginata (AM), The Achatina Achatina (AA), and The Achatina Fullica (AF). The AM is peculiar to Nigeria Alone and is usually d largest among all the snails on earth and can produce up to 40 eggs in a clutch & will produce such clutches 3 to 4 times a year & it takes between 21 to 40 days for the eggs to hatch, The AA is d 2nd largest also in Nigeria and other countries and can lay up to 200 to 500 eggs in a clutch and can lay up to 3 to 5 clutches in a year, it also takes 21 to 28 days for d AA eggs to hatch. The AF is the 3rd largest and can lay up to 200 to 500 eggs in a clutch and can produce up to 3 to 5 clutches a year. As a livestock and snail farmer, you must be able to distinguish the difference between the 3 major type of snails. The AM is sturdy and fatter unlike the rest of the giant snails, the AA has sharp ends and wore whorls than d AM and hv red tapered lids why d AM has White or Yellow tapered lids with sturd ends., The AF has more whorls than the AM and more than d AA and it has d sharpest ends and more conical almost cylindrical.

5. Anti aging agents: In the Asian countries such as China, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Singapore, Indonesia & Myanmar, snails are not only eaten as meal for its protein but used on the affected parts of the body and face to remove wrinkle, spots and stretch mark and to give you that desired young look again.

6. Snails with different opposite whorls can never mate, they must be the same coiling directions to mate. those with coiling or whorls to the right are Dextral and those with coiling to the left are Sinistral.

7. 90% of the large Snails exclusively and readily available in Nigeria are the Achatina Maginata breed which are believed to be the largest in the world can be discouraging and unsuitable for a profitable and commercial snail farm business as its only commercial significance is its giant size and nothing more. The AM is only prized for its large size as it is the largest among all snails in comparison to the AA and AF but low in egg production as it produces between 6 to 40 eggs maximum per clutch while the AF and AA produces between 200 to 500 eggs per clutch. I am trying to educate and encourage existing and prospective snail farmers on the significance of snail farming and to sell high breed exclusively to farmers so as to create alternative to quality and affordable protein supply and to drive down the cost of protein so as to have affordable snails sold to all needy persons. It is sickening that snails today is been sold for as much as #700 per snail. Considering that snails gained breeding relevance in the 1939-1945 2nd World War when high protein supply was needed as alternative to feed the Soldiers. That was why and when d world government resorted to high yield Snail farming as other protein means were more expensive and exhaustive. We have to play our role in helping d economic situation of Nigeria and not to continue to worsen matter for each other. People build Nation and Nations don't Build people.

EducationWords Of A Dieing Old Man To His Children & Grand Children by Ade3000yrs(op):
Words of a dieing Old man to his Children and grand Children. Do u like adventure and dearing new things?? Cos i knw 2 pple of d same temperament polarity can never and will never be compatible together. Its either hot + cold and not hot + hot nor cold + cold as it may result in disaster. We must be friends at love and not enemies at love. We must learn to tollerate our differences and not building tall walls of diffence and Trojans battle ship sailing to Argos, Ittyca and Valhalla. Nations & tongues would rise against u just as some will rise to bless u. There's nothing glorious in death because where you go in the after life, you can never be too sure of what awaits you so dont excite and exalt urslf and strengths. In peace and without having to raise a stick, war is won & more lives are saved. In your height and eyes of furry, be merciful. Don't always pray for your enemy to die but instead appreciate their significance just as you would your friends. Without your enemy, you are nothing and when you dispose of them completely, you can never be strong, you can never knw your limits, strength & weakness and you may never go far in life as they will always be the fire in your behind, giving you reasons to go forwad and to achieve great success. Your enemy can b your greatest asset. Treasure them and bend them to becom your friends & show them the better way to live & in this way u will always conquer. Do this because someday you will be conciously and unconciously become an enemy to someone else and at d receiving ends of a bitter and vengeful taste. To avoid mischieveous familiarity, demonstrate shrewdness in kindness and generousity and if u must, be completely sparring. What ever you do, always give people the benefit of doubt and don't be in a haste to judge them. Invest heavily on education and use it wisely and selflessly for the greater benefit of others. In all, pocket your ego; b patient and humble and you will go far in favour than father Abraham. And my last words for just a few of u or possibly just one of u wu will lead d rest and may take u days and weeks to decode &digest these blessings, "Dont look for broken roses where you will find gold". When your neighbour's house is on fire run out to help put out the fire and never play blind, deaf and dumb to their plight as someday or soonest, you may be next. And who ever amongst you who is not willing 2 work, 2 help himslf, his family&help the ailing& helplss ones in his care and at his reach, let him not feed. Don't expect everyone to be kind to u nor to like your face, dress and status. Rejection is a school, be sure to tame it b4 it makes u a beast or a monster. If all people say about you is evil, then you have lost your honor amongst the living and all your efforts and treasure is vanity. Silence speaks volume.
EducationWhy Nigeria will Be The 3rd Most Populated By year 2050 by Ade3000yrs(op):
As the league of nations in the developed countries are unrelenting in its developmental efforts. Nigeria alarming economy becomes more worrisome to its citizens and also to the league of Nations.
by 2050, it has been projected that the Nigerian population will be above 410 million to beat that off USA. If things eventually unfold has predicted, this may be a remarkable feat as it may further reflect or spell doom or development in the quality of life and in the social status of its people. Whether good or bad, the out come depends solely on the Nigerian people and government at large to work with a collective vision to make hay why the sun shine or to be ready to face the wrath that awaits us has a people. Demographically, Nigeria has one of the most fertile lands in the world for agricultural explorations and its abundant untapped natural resources is almost second to non in the world with untold riches. Could this be the new face of a new found world, a new form of United States or just an Eldorado full with both ordinary and magnificent dreamershuh The ball is in our court to decide. If you ask for my opinion, i will tell you that the way up is the way down, Agriculture is the only Salvation and Valhalla, not 365 days of playing Church, religion, tribe, segregation nor looking forward to a secession. Whether a dog share its meal or not, it still remains a dog without a significant difference. good dog or bad dog, a dog is a dog. Awolowo and the rest of our Premier leaders saw their mistakes and pray we dont repeat the same. For those asking for a secession, go back to your history books and classes, consider the history and current plight of the Post Soviet States, today alot of them are counting their loss and regrets. Such cases in Africa will be far worse. Farmlands are available for sale in Ede in Osun and in Oyo at 80k per Acre, 100k per and at 150k per Acre. call Adewale 09099176956
