Politics › Re: Sowore's Highest Qualification Is WAEC According To INEC List by adeadeyera(m): 5:30pm On Jan 19, 2019 |
seunmsg: WAEC cannot be his highest qualification except he’s lying. He lectures in a foreign university and I don’t want to believe he’s lecturing with just WAEC. He probably skipped NYSC like so many others. He never skipped NYSC. He was duly discharged. He's a Lecturer (Adjunct Professor) at Columbia University. INEC only publishes what a particular candidate supplies. Sowore only supplied his WAEC Certificate because his other documents, required by the Commission, were not immediately available before deadline. |
Politics › Re: Sowore's Highest Qualification Is WAEC According To INEC List by adeadeyera(m): 5:24pm On Jan 19, 2019 |
JomoGbomo2: That is TRUE. Although Sowore attended UNILAG and was even the student union president at a time; he had issues with the authorities that led them to rusticate him from the school. He tried resolving these issues back then (Gani Fawehinmi chamber was involved ) but I guess it was unsuccessful. He later moved to the US and continued his activivism cum journalism with SR. You could have been excused if you'd looked away without passing a comment. Ordinary fact check on Google and Wikipedia would have saved you from this shameful exhibition of foolishness. Sowore GRADUATED FROM UNILAG. HE HOLDS A MASTERS' DEGREE FROM COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY. INEC only released WAEC because that's the only Certificate the candidate supplied. In any case, the matter is simple. Candidates are required to provide copies of certificates obtained. But in the event where the required documents are beyond reach before deadline, you supply what's immediately available. That was what happened to me. And Sowore too. |

Perhaps, Benin, Sapele, Warri and Port Harcourt, because of the strong presence of Scrabble in these places. E-formats are online, depending on the gadget you want to get it on. Hoping this helps. |

Marotzke: There is no further question to ask you ,when you even failed the one that you asked yourself and answered yourself. Hounded into prison? For what offence? You could not even name one. In prison, was he a detainee awaiting trial or a convict? You don't even know. Wardens take him out at night to go to parties and brothels? Are you just daft or giving daft people bad names? I suppose the warders will also change to mufti and use private cars to ferry him? What of arms and weapons? They just assumed that he was harmless? Or they free him at night and expect him to find his way back to prison at dawn? Okay even the jaw breaking fraud of $250 millions was don while behind bars? Were his accomplicies behind bars too? Some points for you. 1) Fred Ajuduah is from Ibusa. Ogwashi Uku does not feature. 2) he was detained and underwent trials but was granted bail on health grounds. He jumped bail and did not attend trials for up to ten years, until he was recently rearrested. Till date ,he has not been convicted of any crime. 3)No one sprang him from any jail for any purpose. Warders are not that daft. You can't bring out a suspected criminal and put him in an unsecured place or vehicle. A political prisoner will make a run for it. A criminal can kill to be free. Sorry to burst your bubble, the $250million fraud was carried out by 1) Ikechukwu Anajemba. 2) Amaka Anajemba. 3) Emmanuel Nwude Odinigwe. B Ajudua did not feature. Not as free man,not as a prisoner. And you wrote a book? Chai! I'd wished to serve you proportionately but got pacified by another who understands how moronic you can be. No sweat. I'll indulge you this time. |

Pacesetter123: Really?Tell me something,i am learning here! He's from Ibusa or Ogwashi-Uku or so. I'm not sure. But he was reportedly a "good man" to his kinsmen. He made life easy for his people. Built schools, hospitals, roads, gave them portable water and electricity. Ask any Anioma person and you'll hear tales. Fred, after he was hounded in prison, still attended parties and visited brothels. It was alleged that prison wardens were always running head over heels for him. They took him out every night to have fun. He still managed to do fraud right from the prison walls. The most notorious one was when he scammed some Brazilian consortiums of over $250 million. His own brand was out of this world. He featured in my book on "My Nigerian Life from 1983 to 1995". You can ask any more questions. |

Pacesetter123: Really?Tell me something,i am learning here! It's good to learn. You know back then, fraud wasn't so popular. We called them "gbajue" until these guys started to "innovate". They played on the gullibility of people, especially oyinbos and corrupt government officials. Ajudua was senior to all of them, including Ade Bendel. Ajudua scammed the Military government under Babangida and almost got away with it. He was later jailed though. Ajudua also sold Lagos International Airport to some oyinbo businessmen. They travelled down to take possession and realised they'd been jobbed. So many stories jare |

The same Ajudua whose notoriety in advance fee fraud (419) was second to none in the 80s and 90s? Dude and Ade Bendel are what Professor Wole Soyinka is to Literature in Nigeria, the father of "419". As in, they popularized it.

I'm sorry for your situation Saudiboy. Lemme start by saying you're a real man. And I'm proud of your guts.
Truth is, your wife is under some forms of illusion. Maybe self-induced or other forms. But make no mistake, she's being manipulated. Two things quickly. One, if she wants, the situation can be remedied. She has to make some decisions and take some drastic measures. Measures like, cutting some ties and stop seeing and talking to some people (with your help and understanding). Two, if she's not willing, are you ready for the eventualities? Because you may have to consider her out of your life for good. For it to really work, she has to be willing. Howbeit, your role cannot be overemphasized.
I've sent you a mail. Let's talk some more. Better still, 08172619515 (WhatsApp). God will sort your case and you shall be happy again. Cheers! |
