This is good but the police is not doing a complete job.
Why? This cultists have rival called the DownTown
boys. The Down Town boys are never arrested, why?
Are the police biased? Before this boys burnt the said
house, the DownTown boys who are based around
Abule Oja and Abule Ijesha orchestrated a stealth kill of
two members of these arrested boys on Friday 22-2016.
The reason why the house was razed down is what I
don’t know but the police should do a complete job by
arresting both sides. All of them are evil and deadly.

There are still many of them inside ebute Ilaje and their
activities is disturbing the sand business in ebute Ilaje.
Anytime any Tipper is driving along Abule Oja or Abule
Ijesha and the DownTown boys accost them on the
road, it means trouble for the tipper driver and its
passengers, as money and other valuables would be
forcefully extorted by these evil DownTown boys

To me, these boys are easy to arrest because mere
looking at them, one would know them. And they most
times carry small bag across their shoulder. The bag
they carry is what they use to carry gun up and down.


My pain is that these boys would be released once the
police see money. Five of these boys were arrested last
year by the Eleweran police command in Ogun state for
stealing a car. Now the five people arrested are now
walking free in Ebute Ilaje Bariga Lagos. What
happened? Has the case been swept under the carpet?
Or the court of law of competent jurisdiction discharged
and acquitted them? I guess not.
Just yesterday, 24-01-2016, the police patrol van
stationed in Ebute Ilaje Bariga to patrol the area left the
place and immediately, the cultists started
their usual Sunday meeting. And just immediately the
cultists finished their meeting, the police van returned to its normal parking place. Was that a coincidence? Or planned? The police is doing nothing! Absolutely nothing! They wine and dine with evil boys they are supposed to
arrest! Who does that?! I’ve seen with my eyes where
some top shots of this boys in Ebute Ilaje
Bariga buy drinks and give money to the policemen that
are supposed to arrest these boys. It is an eyesore! Very
backward! A breach of trust! Aiding and abetting
criminals! There are many things I've seen and heard. I can't say it all. Only God can save us

This is going to go into a section of my existing lot that has the foundation already constructed for my future courtyard bungalow.

The ground floor is 24 feet by 24 feet (a somewhat oversized two car garage). The second floor is slightly less than 25 feet by 25 feet, supported by nine pillars with a sloping flat roof and a balcony.

I need help in calculating what I should pay artisans for work on the foundation, bricklayer, carpenter and welder. I source the materials and get it delivered onsite so that cost doesn't matter as it's what it is. I'm hoping artisans cannot remove materials like rebar from sites

What should I pay a bricklayer for:

Pegging and setting out
Digging foundation
Setting of foundation blocks (I calculated approx. 60 blocks per course and 4 courses)
Casting of pillar

What should I pay an iron bender for:
Setting up nine short pillars

What should I pay a carpenter for:
Framing the 9 pillars

I quoted 3.96m with specific prices
And I projected over 5.5m to complete the project so other items listed below the grand total has been factored.

A floor plan isn't even enough to make an estimate..

We have to see a structural drawing. But this is Naija where anybody will just go and impose load on a building without fore knowledge of position of columns or the nature of land.

I would like to stick to my original design but im just wondering if truly a little over 3m will finish a 16 room self contain like you say from foundation to finish. Note that foundation hasent even started yet

@adebaxton. Are you giving me a guarantee that it will cost me 3.2 to raise a 16 room self contain in Abeokuta to lintel level? My mind is blown.
