My builder gave me this estimate just for decking of a four (4) flat/three bedroom(3bdroom). Two (2up)/two (2down) and I believe it is too much for just the decking. I have done the lintel already. Advice is appreciated.

Hi all. Please i would like to know how much a 16 rooms self contain hotel in abeokuta will cost to build from start to finish. I have a feeling the quote i was given by my younger brother is inflated because i am overseas. Sadly, this are the challenges we face when live overseas. Professional advice is needed for the price quotes in stages from foundation till finishing. Thanks and God bless.

The Middle space can serve as a parking space and a sit out.
Every room has its own terrace.

Please I am a young guy of 24 and I want to have my own little house next year by the grace of God.

Though my dad offered me a room % parlor BQ in our compound but I want to stay away from my family so that I can get my respect since I am the first.

I bought a cheap 1 and half plot of land in a local area in Ibadan two days ago and I want to build a room self contain or a small room and parlor for myself alone till God provide for me.

Cross bonding blocks @ 240/10= 24 pillars x 10 block Do= 240 blocks
240+ 1600= 1,840 blocks + 40( breakage allowance)

60 bags of cement
10 tons of gravel/granite
