What type of foundation was done?

Factors that determines the amount to be spent are:
1. The size of the land.
2. The location of the land.

You can maintain a 5.5m by 6.0m for the sitting room, Master bedroom sizes varies depending on your preference 4.6m by 4.6m should be spaciously okay, maintain corridor at width 1.5m.
W/C and Bath space is okay at 1.8m by 2.4m.

Calculation of blocks can be very easy with this logic : 6 inch hollow block is 18 inches at length and 2 (18inch X 2= 32inch i.e 3ft) hollow blocks makes 3feet when bonded.

If the length of the proposed building is 80 ft , 80ft divided by 3ft = 26.667 X 2 blocks = 53.3334 approx 54 Blocks ( for a side)
Mathematically you can accurately calculate the number of blocks needed for load bearing and non loading bearing walls.

Calculation/Estimation of materials are accurately done with the availability of a building plan for the proposed project.

It's all a matter of choice, this car happens to be my 1st automatic drive, Neva had issues with it. V6 accelerates faster than 4 plug.

Got an Honda Babyboy with leather seat interior, v6, auto , neat and clean, car is my personal used car.u ve got to up your offer for it slightly .

3. Any long term plan that may lead to partial demolition of the fence in future.

Secondly, from your calculation of moulding blocks versus buying, does it mean it's more costly to mould

It's cheaper to mould block.
Buying saves stress of waiting for a moulded block to cure( harden).

It's all a matter of choice.

Sir, what about the cost of sharp sand to mould the blocks. U only calculated the cost of cement n workmanship. About 60 tonnes of sand will be needed.

What part of the country do you cover?

in order to specify if iron bars and pillars will be needed you need to specify the location of the proposed project and soil condition of the site.
