Using my mom as my sponsor but 4.1million was transfer from her account to her business partner's account which was transferred back to her account that same day by the same person... 4.2million... My question now is that won't that be considered to be money lodging

i applied with my year one transcript 'studied petroleum and gas engineering in China' plus waec and all the necessary docs

No but in your sponsor account must be school fees + CAD 13,000 + enough money for other dependants. Now if you are sponsoring yourself, the same applies to you. Good luck.

so happy to back on this thread, I want ask one vital question may be anybody in such before case can bail me out, my acceptance letter to university of Winnipeg will expire this may, I mailed the admission office pertaining to deferral of admission and I got the message go thus,

Considering using a company account but the issue is that the owner of the company does not have a tax clearance...... Can I use it without presenting tax clearance....

You see the thing with these guys above all is God's favour but by logic, it wouldn't work that way. If you were sponsoring yourself, you should be fine but being sponsored with 4m is a red flag....the question may arise in the mind of the VO...is your sponsor using all his savings on you? So I'll say like 8-10m if using sponsor.
