Hello House, I am applying online for student visa and my three young kids will be accompanying me,though we all have multiple visitor entry visa,and somewhere in the form requires me to pay for application fee of CAD150, now my question is am I suppose to pay CAD150 for each of them as indicated on the application,or mine covers theirs? since they are minor, they do not require study permit to study in Canada.

Your statement of purpose must be coherent, transparent and decisive. There's no perfect way to convince them.. Just be plane and transparent but one big advantage is that you or your parents' business registration doc. will give the VO assurance that you are likely to come back.. Good luck Bro

What about advanced diploma for one year?

the fact is that if u want to specialize in a particular area that has a kind of connection with ur first degree then advanced diploma won't be a red flag when applying for visa... My opinion

Advance dip is 3years just like bsc

some advanced diploma runs for 2yrs if u apply with ur first degree.

Please guys I need to further my education in USA. I studied pure and applied physics. I graduated with 2.96/5.0. What are my chances of getting admitted for a PGD program in a related course.

if you have B.Eng already and going for advanced diploma i can't guarantee your chances for TRV. why not pgc/pgd so you wouldn't have stories that touch the heart

To all PGD/PGC,please note this,if one is rejected ,or no mail as per your application don't ever believe is because you are going for PGD/PGC,a friend that is not on this forum got his approval yesterday, and he is going for a PGc,is an assumption by many pple here.....

pls is advanced diploma also known as PGD.

Does cic so much believe in sponsor's commitment if the sponsor can transfer money into an applicant account prior to trv application...lets say the sponsor transfer 3 million into the applicant bank account. Won't the Vo see it as money lodgement....note. the bank account has monthly salary in it.

why didn't she use you as sponsor? Her employer has to provide convincing documents to show intent of sponsorship and probably pay part of her fees through their own account.

what if the applicant wants to change sponsor to his employer how will it be possible to pay through the company's account taking into consideration that his tuition fees has already been paid through another account.

I wouldn't say it is "compulsory" but I would say it is very highly recommended. If for some reason the company can't access it, then I hope they have lots of proof of their income & solvency (e.g. proof of contracts with different clients over a long period of time [like a year] proof of income from these contracts, etc).

Basically think like a VO. A VO needs credible proof that the company can afford to sponsor you, and s/he needs to know that 1) it is a legal company 2) it has a history of sufficient funds 3) it has credible sources of income. A tax clearance answers these three questions in one fell swoop!

I would highly recommend the tax clearance, if possible. But if not, then provide documents that address the points I raised in the previous paragraph.

the company is a logistics firm that works directly with lafarge...it has a monthly income of 50million from lafarge....all other docs are available.

Pls is tax clearance compulsory for those that want to be sponsored by their company because I saw on this post sometimes ago where someone was given Trv without putting tax clearance......
