SCRIPTURE: Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Malachi 3:10.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Tithing is the most basic thing every dedicated child of God should do as far as covenant practices are concerned.

Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2023 MESSAGE:

The Scripture makes it clear that the tithe is critical to the blessing. The tithe is the doorway to financial abundance in life. The tithe opens the heaven upon a man’s life (Malachi 3:10). So, to neglect the tithe is to be under a closed heaven.

Now, one reason why many people don’t experience open heaven is their negative mind-set towards the tithe.

In the New Testament, we understand that the tithe is a basic minimum thing a child of God should do. As New Testament Christians, our realm is the realm of sacrifice.

So, anyone struggling with tithing either does not know God or has never encountered Him. Anyone who argues about the tithe and condemns it does not really know the essence of the tithe.

You see, we cannot claim to have given our lives to God (Romans 12:1-2) if we still struggle with paying tithe. Tithing is the most basic thing every dedicated child of God should do as far as covenant practices are concerned.

People who doubt the reality of the tithe do not know God. You cannot give yourself to God and be struggling with giving Him a penny.

The question is, between yourself and your money, which is greater and more valuable?
I can tell you that even the devil in hell is aware that I have given myself to the Lord many years ago. To confirm this, I have emptied my accounts in millions of Naira several times for God and my life has never remained the same.

Beloved, the giving of your resources to God is an expression of the total donation of your life to Him. When you withhold your resources from God, it only shows you have not totally dedicated yourself to Him.

Remember this: Tithing is the most basic thing every dedicated child of God should do as far as covenant practices are concerned.

ASSIGNMENT:

Refuse to be swayed by prevalent negative teachings about the tithe, especially on social media.
Tithe with the revelation of what you are doing.

PRAYER: Lord, I ask for fresh revelation about the tithe and also the grace to release my tithe promptly, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

DAILY READING: Exodus 16-20.

AMAZING FACT: Male and female eagles build the nest together. Both eagles will bring sticks to add to the nest structure and arrange them within the nest. The nest building activity is part of their pair bonding.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: The Lord open the windows of heaven upon your life as you obey the law of giving and sacrifice in Jesus Name.

SCRIPTURE: I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. Habakkuk 2:1

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: God is always saying something but we are not always prepared to hear Him.

Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2023 MESSAGE:

It has been established that Divine Direction is critical for maximizing a new season of life. God’s Voice is critical to maximizing new seasons in life.

God is always speaking; the problem is that we do not always hear or understand what God is saying per time.

For example, in the city of Abuja, Nigeria, there are many radio stations like Cool FM, Hot FM, Aso Radio, Ray Power FM, etc. These radio stations are broadcasting all the time, even at the moment but you cannot hear their broadcast because you are not tuned in to their frequencies.

In the same way, God is always saying something but we are not always prepared to hear Him.

So, you need to make up your mind to hear God before you make any move this year.
When you take time to listen to God, He may tell you something like: “This year, pay closer attention to your last child and make sure he is not influenced by peer pressure.” He may tell you: “Pull out your money from that investment because it is going to crash.”

God is always saying something. Try to know what God is saying per time.

Sometime ago, some people introduced some stocks to us to invest in. So, we gave them some money to help us invest. Suddenly, one day, the Holy Spirit said to me, “Move that money out now!” So, we pulled out the money from the investment that very day. Everything crashed the following day, and many people lost billions of Naira.

You see, it is not possible to suffer drastic losses when you listen to God. So, I counsel you to prioritize the Voice and Direction of God this year.

Remember this: God is always saying something but we are not always prepared to hear Him.

ASSIGNMENTS:

Make up your mind to prioritize Divine Direction this year.
Refuse to make a move this year until you hear from God.
PRAYER: Lord, I ask for the grace and perseverance to inquire and listen to You. Open my ears to hear You, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

QUOTE: When a person is living his life without asking God questions and asking for His direction, it is not wise. Culled from “21 FOOLISH THINGS PEOPLE DO” by Dr Paul Enenche.

DAILY READING: Exodus 11-15.

AMAZING FACT: Eagles do not need to eat every day. They have a special digestive organ known as the crop, which stores food until there is room for it in the stomach. This allows them to store a large meal until it is later needed, and prevents the eagle from growing weak if food is scarce for several days or weeks.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: May the Voice of God be crystal clear to you this year in Jesus Name.

This is some of the reason some people don't help others because they were previously fooled.

Always get concrete evidence before donating to a cause

SCRIPTURE: Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. – Philippians 3:13-14.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: No matter how high your level in life, there is a higher level you still need to reach.

Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2023

As a church, when we were two years old in ministry, some journalists came to interview us. They said, “This ministry has succeeded so fast. Can you tell us the secret of your success?”

In my mind, I said to myself, “How could you ask a child of two years how he succeeded? He succeeded in doing what?”

So, I told them, “We have not yet started. When we start, I will let you people know”.
So, from there, we continued doing what we were doing that brought us to the level that attracted the journalists.

You see, don’t let anyone convince you that you have started. I want this revelation to kill every spirit of complacency and early arrival mentality.

God’s servant, Pastor E. A. Adeboye once told a story about one of his teachers while in school. He said when they were writing the C-grade point in Mathematics, this teacher would always tell them, “Your mates are getting B but you are here writing C in Mathematics.”

He said he went on to put extra effort in studies and began to get the B-grade. The same teacher told him again, “Your mates are getting A-grade, and you are here getting B-grade.”

Then he decided to work harder and got the A-grade. Yet, the teacher went on to say, “Your mates are getting A-plus grade, here you are getting an ordinary A”
Eventually when he struggled and got the A-plus grade, the teacher said, “Your mates are already in the university, and you are here talking of A-plus grade in secondary school.

There is an important lesson from the story above, and the lesson is: No matter how high your level in life, there is a higher level you still need to reach. Always make extra effort to go further in life.

Remember this: No matter how high your level in life, there is a higher level you still need to reach.

ASSIGNMENT:

Make up your mind to keep going higher and higher in life.
Always make an extra effort to attain a higher height per time.
PRAYER: Lord, I receive the vision to always see new heights.
Help me with the grace to attain greater heights in life, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

QUOTE: As long as you can reach back to your root and affect them, God will take you higher. It is a foolish thing to forget your root. Avoid it!
