People fail to debate on the message but attack who sent the massage. On what grand can Biafra be manifested?? Is there provision for it in the constitution?? Is it easy for a president to organize a referendum but if there is no provision for it in the constitution? Can it be realized through hate speech that will lead to war?? If the answer is No ok why can't we come together & find hw we can insert its provision in Nigeria constitution.
