My experience with konga was bitter too, it was my first time of using them and I swore it will be the last.

I placed an order and was waiting for the item delivered. After the estimated period passed, I called their customer care, they gave me the vendors number but to my surprise the number does not exist. I called again to let them know and they apologied to return my money after wasting my precious time waiting too long when I could have gotten it elsewhere.

I was like, don't they verify vendors that post items?

Both of you could have renegotiate on the percentage of the part payment.

(1) Wwwtortoise you never said you are not comfortable with healthserve initial mode of payment when he proposed it.
(2) Wwwtortoise you reduced the initially agreed number of projects which contribute a lot to pricing, because the more the lesser the price
(3) Wwwtortoise do you remember you later requested he put the logo in a circle so that it wont stand alone, this was not part of your initial sketch (your so called simple logo).

In my opinion Wwwtortoise, u deserve to send him part payment before he could proceed because you are bringing demands that were not part of your initial agreement. Like i said earlier, it might not be the agreed 75%, maybe lesser.

Why is your signature covering the newspaper text and your drawing is not.

In my opinion i think you sketched the drawing on a plain paper, you also took a picture of a newspaper, sent to photoshop and then blend the newspaper(ontop) with the sketch (down) with multiply blending mode.
