If I had any bad intentions, I would have gone further.

Hello, it appears the MSXML dll on your system is not up to date. Forgive me if the file is not MSXML. You can get the name of the file when the error comes up.

Search google with the name as the query but suffix it with download. Download the file and install. Your wampserver should work.

Alternatively, you can download it from Wampserver site.

There are plug and play platforms you can use to get started immediately. WordPress is a popular content management system which allows installation of themes and plugins to customize the UX of your website. It is also intuitive.

Joomla is another one. While I've tried to understand WordPress several times, I've never got to understand how joomla operate. Joomla is powerful and it can be used to build virtually anything. Most education websites in Nigeria use Joomla for the management of their web presence.

Some online print media uses Wordpress. Vanguard, Punch are the ones I can mention.

If you are thinking of getting started quickly, I will recommend WordPress.

How to get started:

All websites have a web host and domain name. Just as I always explain to my students, a webhost is like a piece of land while a domain name is like a house number. Structures on the land are the web pages. A house number points to a particular land/house. So also is a domain name, it points to your website on the internet. While the piece of land houses the structures, so also does a webhost houses web pages.

There are handful of domain name registrar on the net and web hosting service provider. If you have one you use, you can proceed to registering your domain name with them and buying a host space. If not, let me know so I can recommend the one I use.

There are some things to consider when buying a host space; bandwidth, disk space, server uptime, customer support, money back guarantee, intuitiveness, are among them. Do not consider a web host of N5,000 with 100gb bandwidth and 10gb disk space to be cheap. That's very expensive. You can get unlimited bandwidth and 100gb disk space at the same price. All for a year.

Register your domain and link your domain name to your web host. Some platforms does this automatically, while some takes 30 minutes for the DNS to propagate when done manually.

Download the latest WordPress version from www.wordpress.org if your web host does not have the latest version of WordPress on their server.

There are two ways of doing this, which I will take the pains to explain.

You can install WordPress directly from your web host using the script installer.

Login to your cpanel via www.yourdomain.com/cpanel, look for the script installer tab and click on Wordpress. The next processes are concise.

Or

You can alternatively upload a version of WordPress you have on your computer through file manager or ftp. This is important if you've worked on it locally. I will recommend file manager. If you want to use ftp, connecting your Adobe Dreamweaver to your web host will be the best option.

I will explain how to use file manager.

Zip your WordPress file, this is easier to upload than uploading one file at a time.

Click on file manager from your cpanel, you will be taken[img][/img] to your site root directory; public_html, htdocs, or www depending on your web host.

By default, you should have some files in your root directory if you bought a new web host. Delete these files as they are not important. Also, it can cause a clash when you have index.html and index.php in the same directory.

Click on upload, a new tab will be opened. Click on the browse button and select the zipped WordPress file. Your upload should start immediately. Depending on your network speed, it should take a moment to upload.

After the file has been uploaded, go back to your root directory and refresh the page. You should see the uploaded WordPress file there. Click on it and click on Uncompress link at the menu tab. The uncompress will take few seconds to finish.

Once that's done, you can access your website and WordPress will take you through the installation process.

There are still more to it, but wherever you get stuck, let me know and I will start from there.

Getting a good theme and customizing it to fit your brand is the next thing.

I'm a not CMS developer, I will advice you get the service of a good WordPress developer to help you.

From an Information Technology Personnel perspective,

Getting the persons details via true caller app is not sufficient alone. I can register my sim with another name or open a social media account in another name aside my real name.

Getting the true identity of an internet user is not efficient as a user can have multiple identity.

But...

The Nigeria force, be it army, police, navy or whoever is responsible to do so, can write Twitter and/or any other social media site ChimaOkoro is/was found to be a member.

The NG force can request for the user's activity, ip address and probably his/her posts.

A profiling on the ip addresses obtained can lead the respective force(s) somewhere.

Also, the phone number that is been spread around on social media has multiple identity.

While true caller gave the owner's name as Sodiq Hono, someone added it on 2go,, and it gave another name. That confirms my first assertion that profiling him via an app may not be efficient.

I hope this gets to the respective quarters and be looked into.

The mistake u made is pputting . which means concatenation in php between the sql query will only cause problem if u dont break it will double quote like u statted with. If u started with single quote then wen u concatenate. U end each string with single also.

What you want is to spool out all the records in a table, say user_activity, holding a user's activity on your website.

Having columns:

ID - table ID for user_activity
user_id - for the user who initiated the activity.
date (datetime type) - when the activity was made.
title - subject for the activity.

Old threw but my contribution maybe useful to other people who want to solve a problem like this.

It's not advisable to store an image as a blob type in a db, performance wise.

To go about the question OP asked, the following steps should guide you right:

1. You need to know that images will not be saved in a db, so you will need a storage to store your files. That means l, you will need to upload the image on your sever.

2. Once the image has been uploaded, you will need to store the image location or url in the database against the user who uploaded. You can have a table for the uploaded images with ID (auto increment and primary key), user_id, img_url. The user_id will be joined on the user table to get other information relating to the user. This is called a relational database. You can read up more of this on WIKI.

Basically, from the layman understanding, those are the two things that needs to be done but programmatically, you will still write thousands lines of codes.

3. Go to uninstall programs, check softwares that weren't installed by you. Uninstall them, then reload tour system.

You have an adware on your system which is interfering with your system.

To fx this, you will need to scan your system with a good adware scanner or antivirus. I will recommend 360 Total Security. But note, don't use it while browsing the net because 360 is powerful and it will quarantine any system files that is virus infected. You may not understand until you experience it. On different occasions, it eats up my logon.exe. But don't be afraid, it will only do that if your system files are corrupt.

360TS will also boost your system load time and speed up your system. You can google search for a link to download it. Be sure to download the latest version.

Adware may also come from downloaded software that has it built in. To remove that, go to uninstall programs, and check for softwares that were not installed by you. Uninstall them and restart your system.

These two methods should solve your problem.

Once they've designed the interface, the BE developers will be the one to put all that.

Take for instance a blog list page. The FE developers will create an interface for the blog list. After which the BE developers will edit it and put a loop where necessary.

There are lot of stuffs you can add to codeigniter to make it intuitive to use.

HMVC is one of them. It allows you to create independent modules of a MVC. That is, you can have a login module and make it usuable in other applications you will build. The module will have its own model,view, and controller.

Also, you can add theming to your application just like wordpress. Codeigniter allows that.

Another great one is a templating system. Smarty is a great one. and talking of caching web pages, it allows that.

While smarty may not be of essence to you, just think of having all your views in one folder. That is theming.

Also think of having independent modules for your MVC.
