Hello house, I ordered for assisted services, courier charges, and SMS notification during my application on TLS website. I was debited and given an appointment date and time. So I wanted to use amend option to find a closer date, and it asked me to pay another fees again. I had to pay another assisted service and courier charges this time to get the same appointment date but earlier time. Please will they refund me the first added value services?

U can do MBS for any number of month from 4 months for Canada Visa.I did MBS for 6 months and got ppr.I know someone that did MBS for 4 months and she got Visa.though she had a sponsor .my point is it's not compulsory that ur MBS must be one year.

Truth is I did G.I.C but I had my personal reasons for it which I have explained before .however, GIC is not compulsory, neither is it a requirement for Nigerians but it goes to show more commitment from ur sponsor but if u are able to package us application well,u dont need to go 2ru d hassle of GIC cos it's really a hassle.Avoid lump sum.


for ur question about when should the Money be there to avoid lump sum.Make sure the money is there from at least November cos if u keep it from November this year till April which is 6 months and apply may 2022 for fall .Mind u, ur account should be active.its not enough to just keep mayb #15m in ur account and there is,no reasonable activity .

I’ll prefer the GIC for some personal reasons. Please how do I get to transfer money to my GIC account whenever I want to do that?

In a situation whereby I cannot purchase GIC but I have the money set aside in my sponsor’s account while I pay the first year tuition fees, am I on the good side that way in terms of proof of funds?

Also, I plan to apply against Fall 2022. What month next year should he start to keep the money for living expenses and flight price to avoid lump sum in his acc.

Since you are paying your first year fees and opening GIC account then there will be less scrutiny of the sponsors, you can still add them, present their salary statement of account, pension statement this will show they are gainfully employed covers source of income.

But my only concern is that they are civil servants and I have heard that VO don't honor salary earners. Do I have to refurbish their type of work?

Also, after paying tuition fees and buying GIC, do I need to explain the source where my parents got the money from? Do I need to submit their statement of account too afterwards?

1. When you say you are paying, will the payment be made by you or your parents? If you plan to use your parents as sponsors then you have to show that they have the means to sponsor the programme for you, since you have not started working then it means you have to show that your sponsors have the available funds to sponsor you and take care of themselves in Nigeria
2. Since you are single then your parents can be used as home ties and the properties can be used too, your parents can state in their letter of sponsorship that the properties will be managed by you when you come back after your studies.

Having stated all these, you need to write a good SOP that will be able to explain every thing the VO to understand .

You can also wait for others to chip in their thoughts.

No Ade, There are some questions you need to answer to know if you are good to go.

1. How much is the total cost of the programme and how much have you paid?
2. Are you single or married?
3. Who or what will you be using as home ties?
4. What is your current employment? and when did you graduate?
5. Who will be responsible for tuition payment, you or you have a sponsor?

Provide answers to these questions for the house to help you.

1. The total cost of the programme is $17,670.42CAD. I am paying for the first year tuition which is approximately $12,000CAD. Aside from this, I plan to buy a GIC of $10,000CAD for my living expenses.
