If you like yourself, don't go at all. I was there for an interview last year. They wasted my time. The woman does not know what she wants. They hire and fire. Be certain not to have a complete salary. If you are in a doubt, go. I'm sure you will share your testimony in a few months. Their pay is around 100k.

My dear, schools cannot pay what they don't have. Young and struggling schools will collapse if they have to pay the kind of salaries you people are quoting here. True there may be some established schools who are underpaying their staff but they are in the minority. Most times applicants are deceived by the imposing structures they see in schools not knowing that the proprietor has taken Loans at huge interest rates to put up such structures. Besides, schools with very good pay will not in most cases employ fresh graduates with no teaching experience. The young and upcoming schools employ this class of graduates. If anything, such school proprietors deserve commendation not vilification. If you are a fresh graduate, my suggestion is take the job even if the pay is not too good, do your job well to help the school grow. If thereafter you are not appreciated with a pay increase, seek employment in schools that pay higher salaries.

There is no salary structure. You pay what you can afford for the school to stay afloat. Salary should never exceed 30-40 percent of your gross income. If it does, the school will collapse and your teachers will move on. All your investment will be gone.

then NCE or SSCE holders should be given such meargre salary such as 25-30k + accommodation and feeding as you do put it...smh..... those degree holders wont stay more than 6 months with such salary package
