You are welcome. Why I mentioned having a job is so you have opportunity to meet people. You need to practice meeting people and INTERACTING with them. You can't do that if you lock yourself in doors all the time.
You must be determined to break out of the extreme introversion. It's not a days job. It took me almost 15 years to get to where I am and I still work on myself every day. Last week, I took a bold step and started a YouTube channel. It's the scariest thing I have ever done but it has also pushed me and made me more confident.
Take it one step at a time. Next time you meet a girl you like smile at her. If she talks to you and you suddenly become dumb like I was with my hubby, be sincere and tell her you don't know what to say. It opens the door to conversation. If she no send you, move to the next girl. Life goes on.
Also forgive yourself for past wrongs. You might just be making a mountain out of a mole hill. Forgive yourself for not speaking up when you should have, for walking away when you should have stood and fought. Forgive yourself and next time, try to be better. Always be better. Don't let all that judging of self go to waste, use it to know where you are lacking and then DO something about it. Sometimes acting like who you want to be also helps. Act bold, talk bold like you no send anybody. Laugh at yourself, loosen up. Aiye ole toyen.
It takes a lot of work to be somebody. Are you ready for the work?

Good day everyone,
I am a terrible useless introvert, I don't have girlfriend and I have never ever had one. My self confidence, self esteem, etc are very low. I can't walk to someone especially the opposite sex to talk, even just saying hi. I can't maintain eye contact, I can't speak well, I can't do anything well.
So please I am begging your guys here to help me. I am dying in loneliness and depression. I know some of you guys are in a relationship, please help me, train me.

Best way to overcome your fears is to face them. You won't die trust me. Ask yourself how much you really want it and put all your effort into it. First, I think you need to get a job, any job. That way you have the opportunity to go out and meet people. Also join groups in church and be active. Make it a point to be as busy as possible pursuing the goals you set for yourself which is to be more sociable and less lonely. You can start a blog where you talk about your challenges and how you are overcoming them. Being an introvert is the best thing. Most great people are in troverts. Read about them and be inspired. There's a whole community of us. You are not alone and you live to discover your own possibilities. Wishing you all the best.

I have been on Nairaland going a very long time and I've witnessed all Contractor - Client fall out, those audio clips are the worst case study to date.

I really felt bad for the client especially when he said

"if you didn't hear from me today, you wait till tomorrow and if you still haven't heard from me, you can start to worry. I replied OK which means I am working on it".

As if the client is a mind reader. Its really sad but am glad the client is mature enough to move on and let go. That kind of decision takes strength o.

Thanks for taking your time to listen to the conversation oo.. I am a professional in my line of business and I meet nothing less than 5 clients daily, I treat my client with much respect no matter the situation, so it's painful for someone to treat me the other way round.

Dennis3D can never refund the 25k for a reason best known to him, and I have also let go. Karma will surely catch up with him for this and he's rude attitude.

I am truly sorry you had to go through all that. Its good you have let go. Sooner or later, he will reap what he has sown. May God continue to bless your hustle.

I contacted him Base on recommendations from Hajj m. For a perfect drawing plan for my bungalow building. I sent him 50k deposits to show how serious I am. He sent me the first drawing which I am not satisfied with, and I sent him a message on what's app (screenshot below) the message is to ginger him to deliver excellent in the review copy. Oga Dennis called me immediately he got the message to lecture, schooled and abuse me ni oo (phone conversation recorded and uploaded on Dropbox link) link will be dropped below.

Dennis3D refund 25k and says he will keep the remaining 25k.

The most part of its is the abusive words on a client u haven't met, he called me a child and blocked me on WhatsApp

To the glory of God, I met another architect that charge 25k for the whole drawing and deliver excellent, my building is already at lintel.

I couldn't help laughing when he said you are talking to him like an employee. Biko what is he supposed to be after collecting money for a job? Mr "I am too busy" but he has time to open school and give lecture. Now he is claiming 25k for his yeye time. Exactly my observation. I wonder how people design/manage homes without a store or even extra space for keeping certain things. To me, I would rather not have a dinning or all these ante rooms but must have a storeroom.

Same here. As a woman I cannot emphasize enough the importance of having a store. It makes the house more organized and the rooms less congested. Eg baby bed, stroller, walker, bath, toys etc can be stored well after use until you need it again. All the big coolers that can't stay in the kitchen even my husband's tools stay in the store.

For a 3bedroom bungalow foundation at 750k is reasonable for a Kobo Kobo project. To avoid cracks there would be a plinth beam.

Here in Lokoja, we buy 9" block for N125 and 6" for N95". A trip of sand is N7500 and filtered gravel is N11000. The ground is so strong that a lot of times, we meet rocks. I hear and understand that 3M may not work in some places but here it will go far.

Students that aren't confident enough leave at the end of SS2 so not many write the final exams in the end. The ones that do can defend their results anywhere. The discipline is like no other.

He's only six months, give him time. Its a gradual process. You have to be patient with him by slowly introducing the new foods. Am sure he will like it as time goes on.

Rice and stew.
Noodles garnished with vegetables and egg or fish.
Jollof macaroni twists.
Moi moi
fried Irish or sweet potato with pap.
Porridge yam with crayfish and ugu or scent leaf.
For snacks: juice, tea, yoghurt, pancakes, biscuits etc

Hello ma, you need to air dry her bombom. No diaper, no pant. Just a long sleeve top and socks if the weather is cold. wipe her clean if she pees or poos. Just make sure her bom is always dry. You can also use baby tribotan. You will notice the difference by the next day. She will be fine.

You are accusing her for not giving you a job and hurling such insults on her person even going as far as calling her a criminal that's very very low.

You just echoed my thoughts on the matter. I may not have met this Dennis guy but I felt so ashamed after reading through. You called someone prostitute and criminal even when no crime was committed against you. What will happen if she signs the papers and God forbid doesn't pay when due? This is misplaced anger and it shows a certain part of you that will not help your brand. It will not be a bad idea to tender an unreserved apology.

I gradually stop breastfeeding at 11 months and slowly replace breast milk with tea, pap and water. By 11.5 months, we are totally off breastfeeding and fully taking pap, tea or water at night. By 13 months we are completely off everything. No more night feeds. She sleeps through the night. She also eats whatever we eat during the day. Tea, juice and pap are now twice a day or sometimes none at all.
modify* I think they sleep better with full tommy. I used to wait till like 10pm to feed her well so she can sleep through.

For me they start to sleep through the night once I stopped breastfeeding and also stopped offering tea or water at night. let's say three days after.
