I get what you mean but I think world class should be based on the services it provides rather than look but if you talk about state of the art lol ... eheee! Then it is down to the architects, it doesn't need to have a space frame roof or large curtain wall windows to be state of the art but rather something simple and aesthetic with an interesting concept ... they should have made it reflect African/ Lagos instead of trying to make it look like a terminal in Europe. But it's design everybody has his own view and taste ... but it's not bad and can still be tagged as world class.

Ordinary people, tenants are going to suffer this tax. Did they increase minimum wage? How much is the average salary in Lagos? Which infrastructure are they going to enjoying? Enjoy infrastructure on empty stomach?

When the landlords increase rent, tenants will pay few times but when there is no reasonable income, to pay becomes a problem so they will move out. In turn landlords won't be able to meet up with payments, this will contribute to so much problems in the state.
