The man has not been acquitted,declared innocent or discharged of the charges against him.... he was just granted bail based on his health issues but must still appear in court on the days of his hearing..

if eventually found guilty, he would be sent to Prison to serve his terms or otherwise as the judge pronounce..

Some are blessed with good health, some are not so lucky and when it starts it will keep moving from one part of the body to the other. He needs to go and rest and let his family enjoy him. It is not compulsory to "serve" your country if you cannot make any meaningful impact in office.
