Banky is an amazing singer no doubt. And right now i want to use this platform to apologize for all the wrong words I said about him. It's just a game,we say/do things for specific reasons + i was emotional unstable cos i was up for possible eviction.

Last month, controversial OAP, Freeze took to his Instagram to call out a lady, Kiibati Bankole, host of Merrybet Celebrity Fans Challenge, for owing him money and ignoring his calls.

Well, she just broke her silence after he called her out again yesterday.

"Dear Mr. Freeze,
I have tried to steer clear of your endless attempts at cyber bullying and casting aspersions at my image, but your most recent rants have left me no choice but to respond to your allegations.
My friends know that unlike you, I do not engage in attention seeking stunts online or laundering my linen in public.
I am a very private person, with a very small but closely knit circle of friends.
I find your decision to take to social media to spout your allegations highly disappointing, considering your age (I assume you are close to 50 and are considered an 'egbon'), and that you have both my phone numbers, know where my studio/office is and are in touch with many of our mutual colleagues in the broadcast industry.
Now, you made some allegations that are ridiculous and blatantly false:
The first was that I BEGGED you to 'help me out' by participating at my event- Celebrity FC on the 3rd of December.
Now that claim is ridiculous.
First of all, at the event, we had superstars like Olamide, Tuface Idibia, Awilo Longomba, Falz TheBahdGuy, Burna Boy, Peter of P Square, Humblesmith, just to name a few.
The event had over 30 of Nigeria's most beloved celebrities come together in the name of the beautiful game- football, and no disrespect intended Sir, but you do not match up to any of those guys in name or stature.
I contacted you to ask you to help me invite your friend DJ Exclusive to the event, who we know is a staunch Manchester United fan and loved by many.
While bargaining with you on his appearance fee, you gave me the condition that I must invite you as well. We had no plans to invite you because you did not fit the profile of the calibre of celebrities we invite.
You however insisted and charged me the sum of N900,000 for you and DJ Exclusive to split. I found that odd, but felt I had no choice, since I really wanted Exclusive at the event.
You asked me to send you a text message with the offer for you to show DJ Exclusive which I did.
To spice up the deal, you offered to promote the event for two weeks on your show on Cool FM and asked me to send you a media partnership proposal which I did.

Following our conversation on phone, I presented our discussion to my team, who expressed dissatisfaction and said they did not want you at the show, but Exclusive alone. They said you do not match up to the celebrities coming for the show and said we should instead invite your colleague Dotun who will attract the hip, young urban crowd in Lagos to the event.
I did not know how to tell you this as I did not want to hurt your feelings.
I told them about your offer to promote the event for free, which softened their stance a little, but did not totally convince them.
FYI, all the celebrities that came for the event were given official invitation letters/MOUs either physically or by email and were paid at least 2 or 3 months to the event, except for last minute additions.
You eventually told me that the management of Cool FM denied your request to run the promo of the event on your show, which left my team with no choice but to decide to dis-invite you, as they saw no justification for paying you to attend the event without getting any value from you.
According to them, no one will purchase a ticket to a concert to watch Freeze.
I thought this was harsh, and couldn't figure out how to break the news to you, so I kept coming up with ways to buy time, hoping you would take the hint by my refusal to pick your calls atimes. But you eventually helped me out when you told my people a week to the show that DJ Exclusive was pulling out.
This came as a bit of relief to us and my team told you not to bother to come anymore as Exclusive was supposed to be your partner at the show.
After my team asked you not to come, you began to harrass and stalk my phone, calling me endlessly, but I couldn't pick your calls and asked my managers to speak with you. I couldn't pick your calls because I was the host of the show and had to focus on rehearsing for the event with my co-host Seyi Law. I was losing my voice and my team insisted that I stay off the phone to save my voice and energy.
So, you were told not to come for the show, but imagine my shock when on the day of the event, I came down to the celebrity lounge backstage and saw you.

You came along to the event with an actor we hadn't invited. You were drinking all kinds of Spirits began harrasing the stage manager to let you go on stage and play.
The stage manager concluded by your harassment that you were just being a passionate football fan and eventually let you go on stage to play with the celebrity friend you brought to the event.
At no point did I 'contract' you to be at the show as you have widely claimed, unless the word 'contract' has taken on a different meaning.
The second false claim you made was that you tried to call me for a month and I wasn't picking your calls.
This Sir is a blatant lie (or 'alternative fact' as Kellyanne Conway would say), as I travelled out of the country soon after the event and was away in Dubai for the Christmas and New year holidays and my phones were unreachable. My instagram posts in this period confirm this.
I took the break to recuperate after the event and regain my mental and physical strength.
I was away for over 3 weeks, so you couldn't have been calling me all this while, as you claim.
As soon as I landed after my trip, you began to call my phone. You called me two or three times, and I didn't pick your calls because I was still settling down, following my trip; but imagine my surprise when two days later you took to instagram to attack me.
You did not send me a single text, email, direct message on Twitter or Instagram or reach out to me via members of my team but instead chose the cowardly way out with your subtle blackmail and cyber bullying.
I understand that there is a recession in Nigeria at the moment and you may have been broke and desperate for some cash, but as a friend, I would have helped you with some cash if you had just done the decent thing by reaching out to me via text or by being patient for me to return your calls, which I would have after I settled down from my trip.
This, as you know, was not my first time dealing with you. I have paid you a lot of cash in the past for different promos on Cool FM. You can recall that I paid you N300,000 regularly sometime in 2015 to promote some kid artists on your show. I can tender my account statements as proof of this.
Your social media antics however, are a declaration of war and put an end to any attempt at friendship with you.
Please Sir, stop your cowardly attempts at cyber bullying me or harrassing my clients Merrybet- the most reputable sports betting firm in Nigeria and address your alleged grievances via the appropriate legal channels.
I don't want to believe that you cannot afford a lawyer Sir.
Please stop your cowardly attacks and take up whatever issues you believe you have against me in court or with the appropriate authorities and desist from your public attacks.

It was just 7.am on a beautiful monday morning after a busy weekend as i prepared for the day activities, i heard a beep on my phone, obviously from the sound i knew it was a whatapps message and i quickly took a glance and thus the message read.

Dear Sir, i have read about your counseling and advices to people and how you motivate them to be their very best, you are doing a great work. Pls can i share my story and experience about life with me? I want to ease the thought of an ugly past each time i go down memory lane.

After some seconds i replied provided it is convenient to you, i will be glad to be at your service but you have to send through my mail so i can easily read through. I drop my mail and bid whoever it was a happy day and left for the day hustling.

Approximately in about three hours time i discovered i have a message but this time around the icon displaying on my phone is for a mail. I opened it and began to read.

Dear Sir, my name is ************ the second child from a family of five and the second by birth. I happened to be the first daughter, it was a big and one happy family growing up. We may not have been wealthy but were contented as dad always provided for our basic need with the support of mom. Things were going fine until that fateful day.

Vividly, it still seems like yesterday but is over twenty something years now. On that afternoon, mom has visited dad in his shop to get some money probably for the days meal but on getting there, she caught dad and his mistress cuddling and kissing inside the shop. It was a great shock for mom for a man she had been married to over fifteen years right in front of her making out time with another woman.

With raged in anger and betrayal of their matrimonial vow, mom went into fight with the mistress and dad as well but for the timely intervrntion of the neighbor alot of damages would have been recorded and maybe one of them may have died that day. This wasn't the first time mom and dad are engaging on a fight. Angrily, mom left with the words in her mouth you will surely come home and meet me as i was made to understand by the neighbor days later.

I didn't know how it happened but what i saw when i rushed home was dad lying motionless on the floor and all i could hear was call the police, it was then it dawn on me that mom has killed dad.

I saw neighbor holding her and all she was saying and shouting in tears is "i didn't know what came over me, it is the devil oh, i didn't mean to kill him oh". That was the day a part in me died as well.

Even though infidelity was a sin to God, was that a justifiable reason for mom to engaged dad on a fight to the point of hitting him so hard with an object to take away his life? was all i could muttered in my heart. Not quite long the police arrived and dad corpse was carried away along side with mom handcuff and taken to the station. It was a day i cried as never before and only wish it never happened.

Month later dad was buried and mom still facing prosecution in prison, life became unbearable for us, for everyone abandoned us to our fate and we were left at the mercy of God and some good people. But again another tragedy struck......

Mom was rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed with high blood pressure with fever, few days later she died. I think mom died because of the guilt she felt about dad's death and also been afraid of imprisonment and leaving behind the children. Face with this realities i became a shadow of myself and hated life so much to the point i almost commit suicide.

Life became so tough and difficult for us that i had no option than to survive, this is how i got into prostitution. I remember those cold night in the city of port harcourt how i stood on the road with a friend who introduced me into this life style though she later died as we heard. I did many despicable things with men not because i was happy or choose to but was left with no choice and more also i needed the money.

Ordinarily, most of the men who went through me wouldn't have and i wouldn't have dreamth of it happening if things didn't turned this bad. For over four years i became a runs girls and was taking care of the family who didn't know the nature of my job but was happy. Yet in all this there was no genuine happiness in me.

Today, big bros is a graduate and my immediate younger sister is in her finals all thanks to my effort but it was all to my own detriment. Now i understand that in life everything comes with a price. Everything i did inorder to survived has adversely turned against me. With tears i write to you not because i am afraid to die for i know we must all die someday. I cry because this wasn't the purpose of God for his children.

The doctor said to me to be strong that with God all things are possible and there is nothing difficult for Him to do after series of test and diagnoses has proven that i am suffering from leukemia (cancer of the white blood cell).

This is how my life has turn out to be, at mid 30's no husband, no child, no investment. It is a world full of sorrow and pains. I know i may not have longer years to live again as the Doc said unless if there is a miracle. Pls help me and pass this message so others can learn from the mistake we found ourselves in life, there is no justification for going into crime or unholy act no matter the circumstances in life.

Always cherish your home and never give the devil the chance to manipulate your actions. I pray as i end this memo that i found peace and favor in Gods eyes. Thanks for your patience in reading through.

Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh in a reply to a concerned fan's open letter has revealed she and her husband, Churchill Olakunle are no longer together and he has not called to check up on her and their son since she left.

She also said she blocked his access to her for the sake of her emotional stability. She wrote;

Hoodlums on Saturday attacked officials of Seven Up Bottling Company, the official provider of refreshments for the 2nd Access Bank Lagos Marathon and some volunteers, carting away table water packs and refreshments for the marathoners.



The officials were defenceless at the Palmgroove end of the race along Ikorodu road, where they were stationed to hand over drinks to the marathoners.

The hoodlums from the area overpowered the officials on duty and forced them to part with all the drinks on the stand at the point close to the Plamgroove Bus Rapid Transport station.

The Head of the Seven Up Bottling Company team, who identified herself as Kike, said the hoodlums carted away about 500 cartons of drinks meant for the marathoners, while the police refused to help them. NAN reports she said:

“The hoodlums took all our products packs, about 500, meant for the marathoners.
“I asked for help from the policemen around when the hoodlums were approaching but they said that we should share the products.
“So, when I could not succeed in persuading them, we stepped back.
“The hoodlums were coming to carry the products in packs, so I said that we should be giving them only one since the policemen said that they won’t be able to chase anybody away.
“Before I knew it, my colleague stationed at the Teslim Balogun Stadium came with the same report that the hoodlums had attacked them.
“We don’t have an idea that the police won’t protect us; they just told us that they are not here for Seven Up.
“So, instead of allowing the hoodlums to steal our tents and destroy everything, we allowed them to go away with the products while we secure our assets.’’
Kike said that the situation would have been brought under control if the policemen had chased away the hoodlums, adding that instead the policemen encouraged them to besiege us.

She said,
“It was even the policemen on ground that asked me to settle the hoodlums that they are about to leave the point.
“I told them to give me some minutes so that we sort our things out and also call for vehicle to move us away from the trouble spot, but instead, this is what we got.’’
The Policemen on duty, however, debunked the claims of the Seven Up officials, saying that no officer could have given such order to share the drinks.

Just look at the drama that's happening right now on Instagram over Ubi Franklin's birthday.. This lady named Ada blasted Ubi Franklin's wife, Lilan Esoro for 'disrespecting' him by calling him "Who Be'.

It didn't occur to her that 'Who be' is a play on 'Ubi' and the name could mean something special to Lilian and her husband.

Well, Ada didn't even stop here. What she did next is more mind blowing.

This young girl, 3 year old Oluwasemilore Adebiyi was kidnapped last Saturday 28th of january, 2017 by one Miss Grace John from Benue State, who is an apprentice with her mum at No 1 James Oyedele St, Mosalasi Alagbado at around 3pm.

Apprentice Grace had resumed work at Oluwasemilore's mother, Tobiloba Adebiyi's bead and hat making shop last week, Monday, January 23rd. She was asked to provide a guarantor as well as a passport for documentation but the apprentice kept giving excuses.

According to the baby's father:

"On that Saturday January 28th, she told my wife that she wanted to go and buy gala and my daughter pleaded with her mum that she wanted to follow Aunty Grace. The mother permitted her to go.

Minutes after Grace and the little girl failed to return, my wife started looking for her. She saw them on the road with one guy who she thought was Grace's brother/guarantor and that they were coming to her shop to fill her guarantors form. When they did not return, she went back to the place where she had earlier seen them but couldn't find them again. She started calling Grace's number who would pick up and drop immediately until she switched off her phone"

The little girls mother, Tobilola, said she had previously taken a photo of Grace with her phone but after the incident, she couldn't find the photo again. Apparently, Grace had deleted the photo as she planned to kidnap the little girl.

A Kenyan gospel artiste, Eunice Njeri, dropped a bombshell on her fans yesterday when she announced her marriage to husband, rapper Isaac Bukasa ended hours after the wedding.

Ms Njeri and rapper Isaac Bukasa aka Izzo got married on the 27th of November, 2016 in the United States and photos of the ceremony were shared online by their family and friends.

The couple dated for two years before walking down the aisle and announced their engagement on September 19 via Instagram. They later had a pre-wedding in the US where Izzo’s family lives before their grand wedding on the 27th of November, still in the US.

However, according to the gospel songstress, at the end of the wedding day, she realized her heart was somewhere else and so never signed her wedding papers.

She broke the news on her social media accounts, yesterday Wednesday, February 1, 2017, two months after she walked out of the marriage saying:

“On the 27th Nov 2016, Isaac and I did go to the altar to get married, but at the end of that day I realized one thing, I couldn't do it my heart was somewhere else.

“Probably in Africa doing what I do best, am still trying to figure that out. I immediately left for Kenya and have been serving God the best way I know how.
“To all who supported Isaac and i am grateful may God bless you immensely. To all who were hurt in the process I apologize. The marriage was annulled (like it never happened). No papers were signed.
“Afterwards and we both made a decision to go our separate ways. I hope for your support and help as we move on. Like every other relationship we hit a rock, maybe a little too early but have since overcome.
“Consequently, we have decided to go our separate ways and hope for the very best. God bless you.”

Her husband Isaac Bukasa hasn’t officially reacted to the announcement yet but a week after their wedding in November, he had sent his estranged wife a lovely message on Instagram showing his love for the singer.

“Only God knows how much this woman means to me.
“The best thing that happened to me this year. Oh, please don't tell her.”

Njeri on the other hand has deleted all posts about him on her Instagram page. Izzo still has several posts about her on his page.

A woman who was desperate to save her marriage and stop her husband from falling into the arms of younger women employed an unfamiliar way to achieve this.

The woman who was only identified as Wanjiru Kamami or Shiro, published an advertisement on a Kenyan newspaper complete with her husband's image, his phone number and his National Identification number. The translated ad above reads:

"This is to inform the general public that the person whose photograph appears above is the husband to Wanjiru Kamami (Shiro) since 1982, (sic) therefore if you see him getting lied to with school girls or young women at the market, tell him to go home or call my number 0751993571."

Many Kenyans expressed shock on the woman's desperate move while others found the whole situation hilarious.
