Coming after Pastor Chris Okotie blasted Prophet T.B Joshua, for his proposed move to relocate his church to Israel, alleging that T.B Joshua has a malevolent misanthropic spirit, Cool FM OAP, Daddy Freeze has slammed the Household of God General Overseer.

According to Daddy Freeze, Chris Okotie is in no position to condemn T.B Joshua, and his choice of word is grossly inappropriate and serve to bescumber his image.

"In my opinion, Chris Okotie is in no position to condemn prophet Joshua! Also, his choice of words when addressing prophet Joshua are, by my standards, grossly inappropriate and serve to bescumber his image.

I dont have a problem with TB Joshua relocating or staying, as the choice is his to make. My problem is the fact that it was at the verge of becoming a federal government issue, amidst all our other unresolved problems.

Kano State Governor, Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje who has been caught several times on camera sleeping at functions, has replied his critics.

The Governor who replied his critics during the interactive session with labour unions, as part of May Day celebration at the Government House, Kano, disclosed that his political opponents could not differentiate between sleeping and pretending.‎

“My opponents always complain that I sleep at public functions but I want them to try and differentiate between the two.

Political blackmail is not an issue to me because I am used to it and will continue to work for the good people of the state,” he said.‎

Three insiders in the Presidency have told SaharaReporters that Pres. Buhari is being fed intravenously, as he has had severe difficulty eating and drinking fluids for several days.

The sources also disclosed that, although President Buhari's health had held up for a while after his return from an extended medical vacation in the U.K, his condition has deteriorated in the last several weeks.

They pointed to Mr. Buhari's eating and drinking problems that have left him too frail to leave his official residence at Aso Rock Villa to attend any official functions.
Mr. Buhari has been unable to attend the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting three weeks in a row. Last week, he also failed to attend the Friday Juma'at prayers because he had to undergo urgent medical treatment that had him confined to a medical room secretly set up inside the residential area of the villa.

SR learned that Mr. Buhari's British doctors had sent a medical team to the Villa to attend to him. However, sources revealed that the medical team advised that the president should immediately return to the U.K to begin what they described as a slow, complex and long-term treatment that could prolong his life.

S.R's sources named Chief of Staff Abba Kyari as the anchor of the cabal which also includes Mamman Daura, a businessman and Buhari's kinsman.

Do you remember Mrs Taiwo Titilayo Momoh, who was saved by officers of the Lagos State Police Command, after she attempted to commit suicide by jumping off the Third Mainland Bridge, she has been arraigned before Magistrate T. A. Elias, of Ebute Metta Magistrate Court in Lagos today, by the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (CIID), Yaba, on a one-count charge of attempted suicide.

Her charge reads;

"That you Titilayo Momoh ‘f’ on the 24th day of March, 2017 at about 10:00 hours at Third Mainland Bridge, Lagos did attempt to commit suicide by jumping into the lagoon and thereby committed an offence under Section 235 Cap C17, Volume 3 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015."

The 51-year-old textile trader, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge of attempted suicide, and was granted N500, 000 bail. The presiding Magistrate, further ordered that the defendant be made to undergo psychiatric evaluation, before her next court appearance.

A lot has been happening at the ongoing burial ceremony of Davido's Uncle, late Senator Isiaka Adeleke, at his hometown in Ede, Osun State. According to reports and photos made available, it has been gathered that Ms Idiat Babalola, an ex-aide to the Governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola, was saved by the Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun.

She was saved from being lynched by a restive crowd of sympathisers at the Ede, Osun State country home of late Senator. It was gathered that the crowd of sympathisers, became restive when Babalola came in for the Islamic prayers, ahead of the internment of the two-time Senator and first elected governor of Osun State.

Angry sympathisers demanded that Babalola be made to leave the premises. Babalola who was seated among the dignitaries including the younger brother of the deceased, Deji Adeleke, was chased out by the youths who alleged that the former governor was poisoned by some APC leaders. .

The irate youths said Babalola was being touted to become the running mate of the anointed candidate of the APC. Despite pleas from family members of the deceased , the youths insisted and started shouting and raining curses on her. .

The youths started shaking the canopy where Governors Ibikunle Amosun, Rotimi Akeredolu, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola and Deji Adeleke were seated to chase out Babalola who they described as a betrayer.

Babalola was escorted outside the house by Amosun and his security aides as the youths threw sticks and mango fruits at her.

The General-Overseer of the Christian Praying Assembly, Chukwuemeka Ezeugo, a.k.a Rev. King, who was sentenced to death by hanging, by the appeal court, and whose death sentence was upheld the Supreme court had on 27 February 2016, will soon be executed by the Lagos State Government.

The decision taken on his case by the Lagos State Government, was disclosed to PM News by the State's Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Adeniji Kazeem. During the ministerial press conference held in Lagos today, Kazeem disclosed that the state government was reviewing the matter, with a view to taking a crucial decision very soon.

He further disclosed that he visited the Lagos state prisons recently, and discovered that those on death row were acting as though they had certain rights, which excluded them from being executed. He revealed that the prison officials complained about this attitude of theirs, and called on the Government to act and remedy the situation.

“Very soon, you will see the action of this government on that issues, we are reviewing the case on Rev. King and others on death row.

Lots of people are on death row, Rev. King is not the only one on death row, it is on the instruction of Ambode that I visited the prisons recently and I discuss the issue with the prison officials and they expressed their concerns.

We are moving in that direction of signing. The prison officials said we need to look at that seriously. Those on death row are beginning to think they have some rights. We are going to move in that direction, you will hear from me, but I will not tell you the exact date.”

Kazeem said the previous administration had not deemed it fit to sign documents, for the execution of convicts on death row. He however, vowed that the Ambode administration was moving towards, signing necessary document to ensure those on death row are executed.

He further revealed that the case of Major Hamzat Al-Mustapha, the Chief Security Officer of General Sani Abacha accused of killing the late Kudirat Abiola, has been re-opened the case. According to him, the government was putting machinery in motion to ensure that justice was done on the matter.

Famed Nigerian cleric T.B. Joshua has made yet another controversial statement, admitting that he is afraid to collect money from congregants in the form of offerings.



“People like me are scared when it comes to collecting thanksgiving because I don't know where you are coming from with your money,” Joshua candidly stated in a sermon on Sunday 9th April 2017, subsequently released on his popular YouTube channel Emmanuel TV.



“Many can come with blood-money,” he acknowledged. “They will just enter church and when it is time for offering, they will raise their offering whereas it's blood-money. What can a man of God use that kind of blood-money for? Are they going to bless the man?”

According to Joshua, this issue has been the bane of many ministries. “What we
receive from our members as offering and thanksgiving is killing us,” he warned fellow pastors.



The cleric went further to proffer a way out, suggesting that ministers of God are also to blame for the way they praise and give attention to those who drop the largest offerings.



“Wicked people like the pastor to ask. If the pastor does not ask, praise and recognise them, they cannot give. They like praise and recognition,” he explained.

“If you want to avoid these people and stop them from putting money - don't praise them. Let them know it's God they give to, not you.”


Revealing another clue, Joshua called on pastors to stop receiving offerings ‘directly’ from congregants.

“If you don't receive something directly from a killer, he will not give you - because he wants to be recognised. They like praise; that is their reward because they have no reward from God.”



Joshua stressed that offerings in the church are between the worshipper and God. “What comes from God goes to God. If what you have is from God, it will go to God - you don't need to have any recognition from the pastor. Whatever you want to give God, you give it,” he surmised.




The pastor then impressed on people the need to consider the force behind any action, not merely the action itself.

"The force behind your action determines where the action comes from... It's not what you see but the force behind what you see that matters,” he stated.



This is not the first time T.B. Joshua’s statements about tithes and offerings have come to the fore. Last year, news surfaced of an elderly woman whom Joshua returned a tithe of N500,000 to, adding that God would not approve of him collecting a tithe from such an elderly person in need of his support.

A housewife has been left severely battered, after she refused swearing before a Juju Priest to prove her fidelity, after being dragged down there by her husband. Human Rights Activist/Lawyer, Emeka Ugwuonye, who shared the story, wrote;

"Recently, I posted here on DPA that a woman should not be forced to swear any oath before any juju doctor or babalawo to show she has been faithful. I made
that post because I have come to understand the predicament women face under such unconstitutional and evil practice.

True to my fears, we have a woman who was so badly beaten by her husband tonight because the woman refused to swear after she read my post yesterday.

You can see the picture of the woman in her battered and brutalized state. And you can compare her badly injured face with pictures she took before the beating. You will see how a beautiful and bubbling lady was dehumanizing by her own husband and almost killed just because she did not swear before a juju altar.

About 100 Deeper Life members who were passengers of a LAGBUS, conveying members of the church from the church's camp back to Lagos, escaped death, as the bus caught fire.

It was gathered that the incident happened on Sunday, on Otedola Bridge, Berger area of Lagos, Southwest Nigeria, after the bus took off from the Deeper Life Conference Centre, DLCC, Km 42, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway after the end of the four-day retreat.


The Officials of the Lagos State Fire Services and the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA arrived the scene on time to rescue members, before the LAGBUS was burnt in the inferno.

An eye witness alleged that the bus was filled to capacity with members when it caught fire, but that no life was lost. He further said the bus might have caught fire as a result of over heating.

According to him, several members abandoned their luggage so as to escape, to avoid being burnt in the inferno, saying that there was frantic scampering for safety by the passengers.

PM News reports that the source added that officials of the fire servicemen arrived on time, to assist in evacuating the passengers from the burning bus.

He said when church's members suspected that a fire was about to be ignited, they asked the driver to stop and that when he did, they found every available means of escape before the fire fully engulfed the bus.


Members were said to have gathered at one side of the road singing praises to God, for saving them from being burnt to death after they just left an inspiring retreat, where Pastor Williams Kumuyi of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry prayed for the for God’s blessings and that they would not die untimely.

Director, Lagos State Fire Service, Rasak Fadipe said his men arrived the scene on time and were able to rescue members and confirmed that life was lost.

A LASEMA official who craved anonymity also confirmed that no life was lost but that the bus burnt completely.

Emir of Kano and former CBN Governor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, who once said that those who think he's a problem, should wait for his children, has disclosed why he supported his daughter, Shaheeda who represented him at the BBOG movement’s third anniversary lecture for missing Chibok girls in Abuja last Friday, when he slapped a boy.

By her own account at the Transcorp-Hilton Hotel venue of the event, Shaheeda said that she just became the first female in northern Nigeria to represent an Emir at a formal event.

While she appeared to have some inkling about the criticism that was bound to trail the development, and her not so conventional or inadequate use of the veil, her father’s video message that introduced her as a rather strange child took some members of the audience by surprise.

“Let me tell you something about the young lady who is going to read my speech. When she was in Form 3, I remember an incident that is probably relevant for today. Her mother came to me and said: ‘You need to talk to your daughter’ and I asked her: ‘Why?’ “She said: ‘Your daughter slapped a boy in school’.

It is a bit strange so, I called Shaheeda and said: ‘Shaheeda, I heard that you slapped a boy in school. Why did you do it?’ “Then she said: ‘Dad, that boy has no respect for women’.

So, I asked her exactly what she meant by that. It turned out that one day, during prep in the afternoon, in full class, the boy had come to her, and put his finger to her forehead and pushed it backwards, and he was in the habit of doing it to all the girls in the class.
She had said nothing apparently and waited until the next day. She walked into the prep class late, the whole class was full, and she walked up to him, slapped him, and said: ‘That was for yesterday’.

So, long before we started talking about marriage and talking about whether when your husband slaps you, you should slap him back, Shaheeda had decided for herself that she would not take abuse, she would not take insult and she would not be disrespected by any man,” the Emir stated in the video message shortly before his daughter, Shaheeda read a prepared text.

The Kegites club or the palm wine club is the most popular socio-cultural club in the Nigeria. The club originated from the University of Ife ile ife (now known as obafemi awolow university). The club was formally formed in (1962). The club had its 1st chief in the person of PROFESSOR OLUSEGUN ADESHINA. Incidentally, since the formation, the club has undergone various kinds of transformations. For instance, the club had its 1st female member (okpeke) in the person of L.S.F DUKPE AJAY. She was the 1st female to join the club in (1968).

In (1974), the club started spreading to other schools in Nigeria with Ilya Du Tractor (Federal College of Agriculture Akure Ondo State Nigeria) as the first Ilya to get a Keg of Office (accreditation) from the World Headquaters. While the first Ilya to get a Keg of Office in Imo-Abia hemisphere is Ilya du Kokoroko (Fed. University of Agric. Umudike, Abia State).

In 1986, Chief ANTHONY UZODINMA OGIDI became the first and only Igbo man to be made a World Chief, and it was during his one year reign that the name of the Club was changed from Palm Wine Drinkards Club to Kegites Club International. A Nigerian man, Emmanuel Ayoola, has taken to Facebook to mourn his 19-year-old girlfriend, Kika Onyibe, who is also law student of the Birmingham University, U.K. It was gathered that Kika died, after a surgery for a ruptured appendix in Lagos.

According to him, Kika died as a result of complications from the surgery. Here's what he wrote;

Big Brother Naija housemate, Tokunbo Idowu a.k.a TBoss, has disclosed that she doesn't know what she did, that made people hate her so much. The housemate who said this in an interview at Cool FM's studio, revealed that the “hatred” started from the house and also got to viewers at home.


“I had no idea, it was after I came out of the house that I knew how unliked I was. I think that hatred for me started from the house and it spilled from the house outside.

“I felt that some people didn’t like me in the house and I addressed that a few times. I came out and found out that many more people didn’t like me. I don’t seem to know why and care why" she said.
