The first thing you need to understand is there is a difference between desire and mental disorders.

Furthermore, If u have already given them the impression that u are still married, & perhaps ur husband also gave consent by letter for the kids to travel, u have further shot urself in the leg and destroyed all the available loop holes u can use to get the kid's visas approved....
