They knew/know what they signed up for, and are being compensated appropriately, so there's technically nothing altruistic about them. It's just a job, maybe a little bit more dangerous than others, but a job nonetheless.

When these people say the situation is not peculiar to nigeria, do they mean that because others are suffering we should suffer as well?

How is it our business if other nations are suffering. Do we live there? Did we elect their leaders?

This is just the height of insensitivity. if they want to compare nigeria with other nations, they should also compare the standard of living in Nigeria with those nations, as well as the resources abundant in those nations relative to ours.

In all my years living in this country,I've never seen a good Nigerian police officer. They're no better than a pack of hyenas, disgusting, brutal and uncouth criminals. That is why most of them don't have good ends. They behave as though, they do not live in the same society they torment.

An agbero will do the work of Police.

Police will do the work of FRSC.

FRSC will do the work of VIO

VIO will do the work of Police and FRSC.

Police will still come back and do the work of EFCC.

EFCC will now do the work of DSS.

DSS will do the work of Police.

Police will still come back again and start doing the work of armed robbers.

Army will just wake in the morning, leave their barracks, leave insecurity they ought to be fighting and start doing the work of Police, EFCC, DSS, Immigration, Armed Robbers, Boys Brigade, Man 'O' War, Agbero etc.
