You are wrong. Ladies listen to radio stations more than you think they do. In case you don't know, radio stations are more informative than watching tv or reading blog posts. And I am not talking about information on politics or current affairs, I am talking about the kind of information you'd normally find watching E! or reading Linda Ikeji's blog.

Stations like beat fm that appeal to that modern, entertainment lifestyle, draws a lot of followership from ladies, especially university students.

There are even programs where you find 80% of the callers to be ladies.

Besides, it doesn't take much to listen to the radio, all they need to do is plug in their ear phones and that's all.
If they can plug in their ear phones to listen to music on their phones, why do you think they can't they do the same for fms?
