Shame on you Nigerian. You have the mind to open your mouth wide and said "Bank refused to grant us loan to import petrol " it sound funny. A country producing fuel is requesting loan to import fuel. Why can't you build your refinery. I thought they wanted to stop importation of petrol. You have not tired of fraudulent. Why did you stopped the importation of rice. We need change not challengings.
