smartmiss:Oh, really? I am the only IT person in my office, the all-in-one IT administrator, network sap administrator, sap administrator, server administrator all things IT, just envy people that are in sales and operations, people tend to think they are the ones really working, bringing in money but IT is all about money, and when they have issues with their computers or other devices that I was not there when the manufacturer produced it, I will be the one to be looked up to to fix the issue , lol. |

Personally, I don't care what the story is, I don't want to know the genesis of the quarrel, no matter what, no matter what she said or where she said it, she isn't your property, no man, I repeat no man should beat his wife or girlfriend, really, why should you beat her in the first place, do you own her, because you are married to her doesn't mean you can treat her like trash. Worst case scenario, walk out of the marriage, walk out of her life, tell her you are no longer interested in the marriage but do not ever beat a woman. Any day I see any man beating a woman, I don't know what will happen sha o 2 Likes |

Being an IT professional hasn't been easy as a lady. The way vendors look at me when they realize it's a lady that is handling the IT department can be so annoying at times and feel so good at times. Some looks says wow, you are a rare gem, Some say, "ma'am, you wear heels as an IT person", common, I do not need flat shoe to telnet or troubleshoot. There is absolutely nothing as a men's profession, I have seen so many ladies in high positions, some companies just need to grow up. 3 Likes 3 Shares |

fabiano09: Oh I do understand you. Really breaking bad just looked so unreal to me and the main character acting was more of a comedy to me, I don't really like comedy. I enjoyed every bit of GOT season 1, I even downloaded it and forced hubby to watch it, but after season 3 or so, I just felt I wasn't getting the story again, so many names (strange names) to memorize (lol), . I can't really say this was what turned me off, I guess I just turned myself off, smiles |

fabiano09: Seems just 2 of you, still feel lonely abi? lol I think movies has to do with individuals. The almighty breaking bad was a no no for me, I stopped watching GOT after season 2 or so, it is not about the writer or the producer, it has to do with what we like as individuals. For me, I like movies that I can actually picture myself as more than one of the major characters, seeing myself in their roles. |

I do that a lot especially when I want to come down with fever or whenever I am pregnant, my kid sister does that too, and my son does that. Just try make the bedroom cool, I don't think it has any negative effect on babies when they sleep on the floor, afterall, it doesn't have any effect on me |

Really, I don't like contract jobs, there are so many limits and what if your contract expires and not renewed? Life is a risk, my dear, it depends on why you are taking the risk and if it is actually worth me. What are the conditions on your contract offer? |

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Advice Needed Urgently by afrobaby(f): 3:48pm On Oct 06, 2015 |
The ideal thing to do when resigning is to give at least 1 month notice based on your offer letter, but then I ask myself, how many employers give notice before sacking staff, over 90% don't. Some will tell you with immediate effect and may even pay you off. Passwords? Funny, they should get someone to hack the systems and remove the password. Forget about the threats, personally , that is what I will do. If a company/school can't add to my career success, why stay with the company. All you need do is try get a better job. NOTE: I always advise getting another job before resigning from one, it is not easy to get jobs again o. BUT WITH GOD, IT IS EASY IN JESUS NAME. I feel your pain sha 3 Likes |
