R.I.P Johann Neeskens. Only those who played Classical teams on Konami PES will appreciate. |
Penalty wey e no fit save when e dey play for us for final.

ETH and Ruud were arguing last night. Either one of them or even both of them will be gone soon. |
Roland17:The last time i felt this bad was the last time Arsenal won the Champions League. |
olabode89:They guy sometimes behaves like someone truly battling mental health demons. |
The danger with giving Ruud the interim position is that we might go on a mini run and then fans will start calling for him to get the job on a permanent basis because he has United DNA and all that stuff, and before we know it, we are wasting another 2-3 years like we did with Ole. |

maik99:So, if he wins the next 3 games now or flogs Villa there are people who will believe he has turned over a new leaf. ![]() |
obonujoker:It is like INEOS are smoking something conc. Win or lose they should do the needful. I don’t see how beating Villa 5-0 today would change the overall wretched situation and grand scheme. |
Leyqute:Yeah Lacey came in and scored 2 goals. The coach (who i rate highly) made a big mistake with his starting lineup. He should not have played Plunkett (who has been a woeful defender since joining us) with Munro who is just coming back from several months' injury on the right side of defense. We had conceded just 2 goals in 6 games all season while scoring more than 20, only to concede 4 today. That Plunkett is looking very suspect defensively. I can't wait to see the other new RB James Overy get a chance. Hopefully he is better defensively. |
GloriousGbola: ![]() Propaganda lazzident. |
Spurs are rodding our Under-18s. This Plunkett has been a weak link all season. |
OasisX:Not all Arab countries. Iraq is majority Arab but also majority Shi'a. |
maik99: No. Full backs do not have a special power to stop all crosses just because they are full backs. It depends on positioning and marking assignments. Generally speaking, Fullbacks mark opposition wingers, wingers track opposition fullbacks. For the 1st goal it was the Porto RB that crossed the ball and on paper our LW should be the person marking their RB, and on the pitch Rashes was the nearest person to the RB but was strolling towards him and in poor position. For the 2nd goal it was the same RB that crossed the ball while Rashes was strolling towards the ball, having left Dalot to try to mark both the RB and the Porto No 16. P.S Garnacho is significantly better than Rashes defensively, just based on effort and desire alone. Half of defensive work for an attacking player is done just by putting in a shift. There have been a lot of criminally negligent defensive performances by Rashes in the past few years. |

ChristoBam:Martinez is slow and small sized. He makes up for it with aggression, however his lack of speed makes him a liability in wide areas as he often quickly pushes the panic button. |
maik99:Focusing on stats is part of what led us to this stage. You have to play football the right way first, and over time the stats and wins will come. That is why you see Pep getting mad with anger even when his team is winning 5-0 or you see sadist Flick boning face when his team is winning 5-0. Rashford was very negligent in his duties for those goals and G/A contribution can't cover it. You see how useless Bruno looks when the G/A are not coming? ETH is incompetent but that does not excuse Rashes walking around the pitch like he is a king when his man is about to whip in crosses. Also, comparing the 3rd goal with the 1st 2 is ingenuous. The 3rd goal was in transition against a backpedaling defense. The 1st 2 had our defense set but chairmen like Rashes and co were not closing their men down properly. |
You can't give what you don't have. Just saw the highlights and there were just so many individual errors all over the place. Rashes, Onana and Martinez for the 1st goal, Rashes and De Ligt for the 2nd goal, De Ligt for the 3rd goal. Omorodion who is an omo inu of De Ligt used simple in and out movement to confuse him. ![]() |
izzou:Oshey Mr historian.
|
If we like we can beat Villa and go on 4 match winning streak, water will still find its level. We would just be postponing the inevitable. You can't give what you don't have. |
obainojazz:He refused to bow his head in prayer in a bus and a strange woman bowed the head for him with corrective knock, and he came to lament to us here. I think he was looking for a shoulder to cry on, but we don’t play those incel games here. |
nihilistjnr:Brain cancer. One of the GOAT defenders and ahead of the curve when it came to obtaining consent. |

Leyqute:My friend in the UK was arguing with me that he suffers more because he goes to the stadium to watch the matches and travels 1hr to Manchester and 1hr back. I told him that staying up at night and sleeping only 4-5hrs is worse, but the guy disagreed. Imagine sleeping 4hrs and going to work with hangover-like symptoms on the back of your team chopping 4-0. ![]() |
nihilistjnr:Is it not enough to laugh? Anybody who played street football back in the day would have witnessed all those fights where Player A is beating Player B and is putting grass and sand in his mouth, yet Player B is screaming "dem no born you well to try me". It is what it is. |

obainojazz:Last week Friday was a public holiday and a couple of my older colleagues just take extended break add this Monday join, so enough work dey for me today. The days of me doing night vigil "just because it is Manchester United" are gone. As those useless boys are making their millions, me sef need to have rested mind and body to make my thousands. ![]() |
Leyqute:Lol. You people are not aware of Time Zones abi? Bruno's red card was 2.15am my time. I have work from 9am to 6pm and leave home by 8.30am. Imagine doing night vigil and sleeping 4hrs to watch rubbish. I put off the TV while Bruno was still on the pitch begging/complaining to the ref. ![]() For the past few years, the only Man Utd games i do night vigil for are the ones we are playing well. Once i see the game going sideways i go to bed. That is why i have still not seen the 2nd half of the 7-0 Liverpool game till date. You people can't understand the stress we go through to watch those late-night games. Only Obainojazz can relate. |
patrickmuf:I felt that Nonsense in my bone marrow, even though it was not directed at me. Immediately Bruno got his red card i just went to sleep. It is not me that will do night vigil for nonsense and be groggy at work on Monday morning. |
Ellexy:Until Bruno's red card Dalot was by far the worst player on the pitch. He was playing like someone with Encephalitis or at least severe concussion. |

I was not ready to lose sleep especially seeing Tottenham as our opponent.
