They had years. They did not.
They relied on the same bunkers that saved their asses in 2006 and did not keep up with ordinance improvements since then.

As long as no residents are returning, Israel can continue the raids.
They have been as effective in stopping attacks as a fart in the wind.
It's a war. Officers and soldiers die in war. Belligerents with ineffectual defenses die in war in greater numbers.

Hezbollah leaders who want to leave could have gone to Turkey, Qatar, Iran, or Russia.
Anyone still present in Lebanon knows the risk of death is above 90% and chose to stay.
They've done more to prevent more Palestinian children from dying with their lives than months of finger wagging by Western capitals.
At the end of the day, their determination and defiance in the face of almost certain death is a testament to the grit of the human spirit.

I do not condone their dark terrorist acts but I appreciate their sacrifice in halting the carnage in Gaza and bringing us ever closer to the inevitable State of Palestine.

I read the history of Hezbollah over the outgone week and I was surprised to learn that even the Sunnis inside Lebanon Don really 4ck with them, it's just the Shia Iran arming them that really made them larger than life.

It was more surprising to find out that same Shia Iran is funding Hamas a Sunni political organization despite the age-long beef between Sunnis and Shia.

It's kinda funny Amoto 4cks with Sunni Hamas but not with Shia Hezbollah when both seek the destruction of Israel as their ultimate goal courtesy of Iran being the adhesive that binds them together.

I have a friend who has been driving for over 15 years now and doesn’t have a driver’s license . He doesn’t drop more than 5k for police anytime he’s accosted for driving without license . Sometimes he pays lesser sef.
