there's a better balance to the team when he's playing on the right compared to team options for last season. I'd have loved to see more of Pellistri but for some reason it didn't happen.
on a personal level, nothing irks me more than a lack of effort.
look at the FA Cup final against Man City, it was a total mess down that flank.
there's some maturity level to attain in his game especially with decision making around the box, but fans make it out like he was dud. he gets into very good positions for a one legged player.

I dont know who's advising him on this particular intervention. Apart from the fact that the 8k is too meager, cash transfer is an avenue for few people to loot.
