He wasn’t younger than CR7, R9, Rooney, Fabregas, Giggs and even Foden and so many others. It is all about the character of the player not how many loans they send him on.

As a footballer he didn’t need a loan and he definitely didn’t need to play too long in that Reserve league with its agricultural defenders and blind referees.

Foden’s character is different from Greenwood’s. Your character is the main thing not whether you were sent on 6 month to 12 month loan. Loan of a few months won’t change a person’s character or alter years of defective parenting.

Foden made his debut at around the sane age as Greenwood. Foden did not go on loan too just like Greenwood.
The difference is that they are different people with different upbringing. Not about loans to some small club for a few months.

Still suspended pending the outcome of the police investigations. I have read that his contract stipulates the maximum duration of suspension as 2 weeks but United are going to find a way to extend the suspension until further notice.

Unless he is completely exonerated he is looking at either worst case scenario of jail time or best case scenario of his contract being voided and moving abroad to start afresh.

Either way if he is not completely exonerated he has probably played his last game as a United player. However what he is fighting for right now is his freedom cos jail time is a real possibility.
