It explicitly states the "Federal court in Oyo has granted an ex-parte order" an order is not a final judgement, no one goes to court to seek an order and then operates based on the order, you go to court to get a substantive judgement.

You also ignored the part where it stated "pending the determination of the motion on notice"

It's the reckless granting of ex-parte orders that is the problem with the judiciary.
