Stop using death as an excuse, Everybody must die. According to statistics you are likely to die soon because of our poor health care and poverty.
Nobody dies without a reason, you were either sick or died out of ignorance or bad luck or combination of all this.
If death is the reason to believe in God, then the Japanease should be at the for front of your God but they are not. The Japanese live till they are 90-110 , funny enough we in Nigeria, who are the most religious people on earth cant even boost of that.
Most of us would die before 50 because of our pooor health care facilities

Religion is bad but the religion we practice in Nigeria is the worst. The pastors know the truth that's why they have dedicated their time to enslaving people and defrauding them of their hard earned money.
I havr heard pastors curing people of ambigious illness like HIv, cancer etc but i have never heard Oyedepo, Oyakhilome, adeboye cure a man without hands or legs. Have you witnessed your fraudulent Nigerian pastor help a man grow back his legs or hands with the power of jesus christ?

The belief that God can be reached through this way or that way have proved to be the biggest tool for mind control. But won't be surprised to be attacked by people who want to defend that their way is the best. Religion is the crudest creation of the people that intends to control people.

Imagine my amazement as a teenager learning the Muslims and Christians both having testimonies about miracles. I began to ask, what if i am worshiping the wrong God, which is the true God.
Now imagine my amazement when i found out, there are other religions out there, christianity and islam are just 2 out of a thousands of religions and the followers of this religion believe there God is the right God and they too can give testimonies of Miracles or supernatural powers.
I just abandoned the whole thing and decided religion is not for me.

The same bible contradicts itself by claiming cain killed abel and God banished cain to a far away land were he met "other people"... Where did the other people come from?.
The bible talks about day and night as creation in the book of genesis but we all know that day and night are arbitrary and they are caused by the earths rotation around the sun.
The same bible talks about Noah ark which we all know is impossible for God to have flooded the earth, and its impossible to have animals like kangaroos, penguins, polar bears to have been inside the ark

If u look closely you will notice that the Big Bang Theory does not disprove the Bible. Newton's third law says for every action there is an opposite and equal reaction. Thus the Bible says God created the world through spoken words but does not say the events that transpired after the words were spoken, only that the things were created. It is very possible that the word was spoken and the particles in space started colliding to cause the Big Bang. You can say that God existed outside creation a being that was not bound by time,matter, space. So if God created time,and space to exist in time and then matter to exist in space the term Creation no longer applies to him.

Do you realize christinity is just one religion out if the over 10,000 religions in the word and each of the followers of this religion sincerely believe their God is the one true God and the other worshipers of other Gods would perish in their own version of hell.
Lets assume the christian God is the true God, would he be so wicked and heartless as to throw innocent beings into hell for not believing in him when its not their fault? Remember you are a christian because your parents are Christians and you were born into the religion, your neighbour is a Muslim because he was born into the religion and he truly believes Allah is the true God. Nobody gave us a choice to choose, we were all born into one religion and forced to worship into that religion.
What gives either Allah, Jesus, Zeus, Amadioha, Oduduwa, Krishna and the thousands of other gods to plunge a human into hell for what is not his/her fault.

On your Question about the earth creation. Do you really believe all that crap about Earth creation written in the bible? And the fact that adam and eve were the first two created, keeping in mind tgat God banished cain to a far land where he met "other people". Seriously dude?

I have noticed a sharp rise in atheism in Nigeria. Some of my friends are full blown atheist, some claim Christianity or Islam not because faith but because of culture and convenience.
