I have not been able to do any other thing since two days now, I wake up daily limping on that leg but it has really gotten better with massaging and ice. I will likely resume tonight.

It is quite evident that I won't make my 1000 minutes this month (So I feel), but I still have months ahead of me to meet all my goals including my goal-weight.
