B.fast:8am: 7 tablespoons of beans and maize + Lipton with threecrowns, no sugar

Snack-----12noon : 2 roasted semi ripe plantains

Exercise:1hr 50mins
30mins on the treadmill
15mins cycling
15 mins full body trainer
The remaining was spent on dumbells, sit ups, flexibility

Dinner: 7pm..... 1/2 cup of rice + stew + 1piece boiled chicken.

8.00pm 1 grapefruit + herbal tea.
You are doing great if this is sustainable and I am sure you can if you want to

My exercise routine is 30 to 45 mins brisk walk with mr cc or half an hour on the Wii fit. I try to do something daily but it has been a big struggle since I got back from holiday a few weeks ago.

I really really really shouldn't be in here . . . . .this place is for the professionals grin

food so far today - baked salmon, par boiled and roasted potatoes, mushrooms and peas
1 paxk of weight watchers crisps
2 mugs of coffee
I doubt that I will have anything else to eat tonight . .. maybe another mug of coffee (looks like I am addicted to coffee but I only drink decaff)

Terrible diet, I know . . . . and that is why i didnt want to come in here embarassed

@ML, how body,take it easy and just manage your meals as long as you don't overdo the food,just exercise when you can,the weight will fall off when you put to bed.

In Catholic church, If a marriage is not consumated after 2 weeks it was contracted, it will be dissolved.
Also in your particular case, it was contracted with deception. This is also nullified on the ground of deception.
