Don't make conclusions yet, how are we even sure he is a Yoruba man? More like making up stories to inch toward southwest. Thats the PDP for you.
Would you have believed if it was not about yoruba or the southwest? |
mukina2: https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/05/02/article-0-12A49F47000005DC-944_468x451.jpgFirst, the FA sent him to do the hatchet job in Mancity vs Newcastle game and he didn't and now he has been sent out with a stern warning to make sure the trophy remains at OT. Ojoro dey there oo |
Pls don't mind him o, when I run to the opposite side, he has his way of jamming me on that same route. I don't even like him sef, lol. sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_articles.asp?id=1003 ^^^ A help for a perfect pushup.
That one na crime? Nope! Don't worry I won't tell Mody that you already planned to say that to her when next she disturbs you |
modath: @HG&Agaba,Yea she sure does that ![]() |
hehehehehehehe, why did I not read your mind? Anyways, the next time we catch you will be surprised, the way I will handle you. Am all strength now
You could not read my mind because you've been detached for a while. I can't wait for you to handle me and vice versa. Are there kids in the house? close your ears abeg ![]() |
which is? I need to know
Attention where it matters most ![]() I have not seen you in my house for over a week. |
Hi all, its good to see everyone on their toes including me. Started proper strength training today, as I said earlier the least weight that is challenging is 5kg. So lots and lots of pressings and bends and liftings + my 36 push ups this morning. I should lift the barbell tomorrow and see how it goes. My usual stuff is my running plan (today 32mins) + 20 minutes on elliptical trainer. I was feeling really high by the time I was done today and I was truly happy with myself. Tomorrow is another day etc...
I guess you are doing very well but still lacking in some department |
who said you got it?
Me! |
Good, and you? Anyone with me on this pushup challenge. I was able to log 25 pushups this morning (too tired to do it yesterday). Week 5 of my run was done yesterday and week 6 starts today. I also started with some strength moves yesterday, the least weight I saw was 5kg, it was worth it. Have a nice and stay healthy. Well done burntcoal and babsy? ML hw'r u doin nw? aronky pls show your face o, 123 where you dey?
Went awol to draw you attention. Now I got it ![]() |
I thought Ghanains were not bad people! |
mukina2: my husband helped us todayDo you have a husband in AVL? Please tell him to reduce totoham to size |
Bring it on. |
naijaking1: When these HO were hired, what was in the contract or employment paper? If it provided for teaching allowance, please pay them and stop beating about the bush. If it didn't, then that a different story. Then senior medical students should be paid for the tutorials they give to junior ones. |
texazzpete: poorly educated people like you are the bane of our nation. Imagine a half-wit calling house officers 'trainees'.What's wrong with the term? Read this: " Doctors in training Doctors in training earn a basic salary and will be paid a supplement if they work more than 40 hours and/or work outside the hours of 7am-7pm Monday to Friday. In the most junior hospital trainee post (Foundation Year 1) the basic starting salary is £22,412. This increases in Foundation Year 2 to £27,798. For a doctor in specialist training the basic starting salary is £29,705. If the doctor is contracted to work more than 40 hours and/or to work outside 7am-7pm Monday to Friday, they will receive an additional supplement which will normally be between 20% and 50% of basic salary. This supplement is based on the extra hours worked above a 40 hour standard working week and the intensity of the work. |
ziga: Well. . .Get over that your valuing human life argument and answer the question. The obvious answer is no. You cannot pay teaching allowance to someone who does not teach. Teaching allowance is ok for residents but for house officers, it is an aberration. |
Tell us the story @op |
Gbawe: Absolutely. Guilty of wanton looting? Just bow and go oga GEJ ain't buvvered. Kabiru Sokoto arrested in your official Governor lodge? Abeg don't sweat it. Abetting the killing of ordinary Nigerians is no biggie under the 'laid back' President with no passionate belief in anything.Which other govt has since 1999? Apart from Bode who was prosecuted, who else? BTW is it the presidents duty to prosecute criminals? Did you not read report about the high level of corruption in the Judiciary? Most of the time, useless technicalities are used to throw away reasonable cases when money has exchanged hands and yet you blame Jonathan for the inadequacy of the judiciary. Let your hatred not becloud your sense of judgement. |
