abdouacly: Running is the best exercise to increase well good result of weight loss proceed. Reduce fast foods and junk foods are most important. Take a glass of juice in breakfast and eat only one time of day is most effective.

To eat once a day is to starve and sure it does not help and whenever it leads to weight loss, it is not sustainable except one is anorexic.

There is restriction on how many times one can access the result. After 3 times, I told that I have exceeded the access limit and should purchase 'whatever'. The only way around that is to use mother one computer as it appears they capture the mac address of any computer that has been used.

So I just wanna know if there is any way to bypass that restriction. I want to check more of the result as I have some time in my hand now.

besides what advanced stage are u talking about? they are still working on the same old dual lane which basically comprise of patching up and asphalt laying. their is no new expansion yet!
