I have actually lost 10lbs between August and now, but may just gain it back if I do not get back on track angry

As an aside, do the guys know that losing 35lbs guarantees you an extra one inch of you-know-what? One guy on Oprah lost 104lbs just because of that. Talk about motivation cheesy grin

It is not the active ingredient in thalazole. Thalidomide is a drug used to control vomiting in pregnant women which ended up causing deformation on their babies-short legs etc
