ronkebp: I know, i was reading an article and it says for you to loose a pound a week you need to burn 3500 calories weekly, For the exercise experts, i love rice too much How can i eat healthy, incorporating my rice (that i love so much) and still burn 3500 calories weekly.
What i do now, is drink water in the morning, have a fat free yoghurt and maybe boiled potatoes or boiled plantain or beans very small quantities for lunch and rice or pounded yam and other things for dinner but in a very small quantity too and i still do my 30-45 mins daily workout.
My question is, what are the Nigeria food i can eat that has little or small calories at least maybe take 1500 calories daily so that when i burn 3500 a week there would a positive result. See below modath: Sensible eating=WHOLE WHEAT BREAD over WHITE BREAD, SUB ZERO SUGAR and JUNK FOODS AND FRIED FOODS ,WHEAT MEAL over EBA,Just ONE EGG when I'd like to have two,i make my BEANS[always buy oloyin and do it like ewa-agoyin] with lots of onions and crayfish so i wouldn't have to add OIL cos i know the bread has some fat in the baking process,VEGETABLE over EGUSI,always having cucumber and garden egg in the fridge so that when i feel like SNACKING or i still feel like stuffing my face at 10 PM,i reach for it and am good.restricting GROUNDNUT to just about a handful if its a snack and 2 to 3 HANDFULS if its a meal[With GARRI IJEBU] E.T.C I don't necessarily follow this to a T,[when i went to the UK, i had fish and chips, lasagne, pies e.t.c and felt no guilt cause it was what i was given and i was getting unbelievable cardio walking the high street].but trust me girl,80% of the time am on it. Understand that most of food are high carb so the quantity you eat to get your required daily allowance is very small. Also, it is not about how long but how efficient. Someone who worked out intensively for 20 mins may achieve more or even the same as another who was on a 1 hr work out regime if his work out is walking around. The more effort you put in, the more you lose. You build up intensity gradually or you may be injured. Step up every week. |

So 123, even when you never CARED to ask why I dint post, am fine. I should be repeating my week 3 of the bootcamp challenge this week,[/quote]I blamed it all the weekend not knowing you gat injury. Sorry for not asking darling on your cheek Good to know you are getting better. You know i like those heels anyway so anything that will stop you from wearing them. . . back to sender |
