Eventhough visa was obtained from the country(s), I think once the system bypasses Can+ based on an answer nothing can be done again.

That is the difference between when a human assesses a situation and when a computer program does. Your application will still be treated on its merits though. It will not just enjoy that super rapid processing of Can+.

I suspect that is the issue based on some cases I've observed in the past. People that had active US visas and even many past US visas but was treated through the standard processing because of one refusal or the other they bagged long ago.

Make sure you carefully review all the questions and how you answered them it works almost like an if/else statement.

You qualify for CAN+ because you travelled to Canada within the last 10 years.

When submitting a standard Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) application online, during the questionnaire section, once you select “Yes” to:

(1) Have you held a Canadian visitor visa in the past 10 years?

or

(2) Do you currently hold a valid U.S. nonimmigrant visa?

The system will then display questions related to CAN+ eligibility.

It seems when there's a yes answer to visa refusals in the past. It bypasses Can+

Like i explained earlier, the white paper being received means that you’re qualified, you’re approved, same thing but what is written on the paper is the fact that they can’t issue you visa because of the ban.

So you have to apply again and interview again when the ban is lifted. And to apply again you have to pay again and schedule interview again from scratch.

That means the details you provided did not cover the requested 10 years period. Check the date properly to ensure its not shy of 10 years by some months or weeks.

For example, you may think 2010 to 2020 is 10 years on face value, but specifics of Dec 2010 to Feb 2020 is not 10 years.

What the US authorities said is that if your visa is approved, you then pay $10,000 or $15,000 refundable bond. Refundable upon return to your country.

I'm in Canada at the moment, I had similar issue when I was refused multiple times , my advice is please make sure you have a genuine reason and have a good stable life before applying otherwise they will auto refuse.
You need to submit more then enough documents to proof, possibly use an RCIC registered immigration consultant in Canada ( I had to as well, expensive but worth it) . I never belived in them but he worked magic for me.
Then again be prepare at the airport because they will ask you multiple questions, ask for some documents used in your application , so please make it handy and even place a call, make sure you respond correctly , otherwise right there at the airport they won't board you and will get the visa cancelled.
Canada is something else now.

I do not think there's any place on earth without one attraction or the other. What do you mean there's nothing to see? What of Niagara falls close to Toronto? A very popular tourist destination which can be combined with boat cruise. There's Ripley Aquarium also in Toronto, the harbour area is a common place where tourists just stroll around. Even just going around the city and taking in the sights and sounds is tourism.

Our reason for travel is for honeymoon. We are both working in Nigeria. My husband doesn’t have travel history but I have UK travel history. Since your marriage is young, why not try other countries first, use it to build your travel history.
If you guys have high consistent income, you can try UK again but with your husband. You can even combine with a short trip to France. After getting the UK, apply for France and do maybe a 2-day detour. You can get cheap accomodation and cheap flights.

The following year, then apply for Canada. That way, your travel history would have enhanced your profile to some extent, reducing the risk of being seen as a potential jaapa.

I'm a passive reader on this thread and thought to just put this out there.
Please, just look for 'sure agent' to secure appointment. Agents are able to get dates for people within the twinkling of an eye, yet people will be stressing for weeks for appointment date. I just tire for this our country and the way no process goes straightforward and fair to all. When I needed to travel to Italy sometimes back, after failing to secure appointment by myself, I reached out to one agent and appointment was gotten for next day. Despite being a frequent traveler, I was still shocked.

Kindly note that I will not respond to any request for referral as that is not the purpose of this post. I will also not privately reach out to anybody. Anyone trying to use my identity to contact you is a fraud. I'm a supporter of DIY, but on this appointment thing, I gave up back then. You can still do everything by yourself and use an agent 'just to secure appointment'. Ciao

It's not true, but only ur wedding certificate that will be legaliized with stamp and it's charge 7k. If you are travel with minor,there birth certificate will also be legaliized with 7k per child.then all documents should be in color copy
