iichidodo: It's a simple stuffs, America has complete air supremacy over Iranian airspace, just place boots on the ground, say like 10,000 man expeditionary force around that Strait of Hormuz. This should come with a full complement of their war gear which includes tanks, Bradley fighting vehicles, Apache gunships, A-10 warthogs, FPV drone operators and AC-103s. The strategy is not to take over iran but to draw out those terrorist IRGC for a pitched battle, where the sky and sea in Iran belongs to the Americans.....If the expeditionary force holds their own and manage to smash every IRGC counterattack, their morale will plummet and the people of Iran will rise up against their oppressors the IRGC and take over the government..... Arm chair warrior. They'll be toasted by drones. Seems you've not learnt anything from the Russian Ukrain war. |

However, i later obtained multiple visas from the country in question and have since travelled with it. I stated all this whilst filing the form.
Thank you. Eventhough visa was obtained from the country(s), I think once the system bypasses Can+ based on an answer nothing can be done again. That is the difference between when a human assesses a situation and when a computer program does. Your application will still be treated on its merits though. It will not just enjoy that super rapid processing of Can+. |

Thank you. I suspect that is the issue based on some cases I've observed in the past. People that had active US visas and even many past US visas but was treated through the standard processing because of one refusal or the other they bagged long ago. |

amnotapervert: Very strange
Make sure you carefully review all the questions and how you answered them it works almost like an if/else statement.
You qualify for CAN+ because you travelled to Canada within the last 10 years.
When submitting a standard Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) application online, during the questionnaire section, once you select “Yes” to:
(1) Have you held a Canadian visitor visa in the past 10 years?
or
(2) Do you currently hold a valid U.S. nonimmigrant visa?
The system will then display questions related to CAN+ eligibility. It seems when there's a yes answer to visa refusals in the past. It bypasses Can+ adelforreal did you answer yes to past visa refusals? |

Lekan2348: Like i explained earlier, the white paper being received means that you’re qualified, you’re approved, same thing but what is written on the paper is the fact that they can’t issue you visa because of the ban.
So you have to apply again and interview again when the ban is lifted. And to apply again you have to pay again and schedule interview again from scratch. Thanks for sharing your experience. This is clearer now. |

fastcars0000: I'm in Canada at the moment, I had similar issue when I was refused multiple times , my advice is please make sure you have a genuine reason and have a good stable life before applying otherwise they will auto refuse. You need to submit more then enough documents to proof, possibly use an RCIC registered immigration consultant in Canada ( I had to as well, expensive but worth it) . I never belived in them but he worked magic for me. Then again be prepare at the airport because they will ask you multiple questions, ask for some documents used in your application , so please make it handy and even place a call, make sure you respond correctly , otherwise right there at the airport they won't board you and will get the visa cancelled. Canada is something else now.
Good luck Agent? This subtle advert don cast. You don't need agent to get a visa. |

Canada is not a tourist destination, there's absolutely nothing to see or enjoy in Canada I do not think there's any place on earth without one attraction or the other. What do you mean there's nothing to see? What of Niagara falls close to Toronto? A very popular tourist destination which can be combined with boat cruise. There's Ripley Aquarium also in Toronto, the harbour area is a common place where tourists just stroll around. Even just going around the city and taking in the sights and sounds is tourism. Abikunmi: Good day, I want to apply for visitors visa for my husband and I. We are living in Nigeria but we want to go to Canada for our 6 month or 1 year anniversary doubled as our honeymoon celebration. Our reason for travel is for honeymoon. We are both working in Nigeria. My husband doesn’t have travel history but I have UK travel history. A lot of the agents we have consulted says that it is impossible for us to apply for visitors visa because my husband doesn’t have travel history. My questions are as follows: - Can we still apply? - Do we need an agent? - What are the requirements for application? Since your marriage is young, why not try other countries first, use it to build your travel history. If you guys have high consistent income, you can try UK again but with your husband. You can even combine with a short trip to France. After getting the UK, apply for France and do maybe a 2-day detour. You can get cheap accomodation and cheap flights. The following year, then apply for Canada. That way, your travel history would have enhanced your profile to some extent, reducing the risk of being seen as a potential jaapa. |

hunee: The South African Visa Process has being monetized Allegedly. If you go online, you find many selling and promoting emergency visas. This information is subject to resource gathered online. Yes, Nigerians have corrupted them with money because of our desperation, haste, and lack of patience for due process. Their eyes sef come open pass. Its in our blood to seek ways to undermine/compromise a system or process for personal advantage. All the visa application processing centres have been compromised. Early appointments are being sold now. For some countries, the manipulation and corruption stays only at the Visa application centre, but for SA, it has penetrated into the sacred grounds of their embassy. The UK people put the necessary measures in place to reap from our hasty nature. You want early quick appointment, pay for it officially, despite that it won't influence the outcome of your visa application. Lol |

It is extremely concerning. And it is not about poverty as people are always in haste to say. It is bad attitude. Other African countries that are suffering more poverty than us do not display this irritating attitude. It is just our usual anyhowness and thinking that we can use all means to outsmart other people including emotional/begging blackmail. |

Omox9: Thank you so much for this, I was wondering if they were even releasing at all. Please I have a question: do you know if they are only releasing slots for January? For example do you think I'd have to wait till February to be able to book appointment slots for February days? Also please were they the normal appointment slots or prime time appointment slots?
My apologies for the multiple questions and thank you in advance for your response🫡 I'm a passive reader on this thread and thought to just put this out there. Please, just look for 'sure agent' to secure appointment. Agents are able to get dates for people within the twinkling of an eye, yet people will be stressing for weeks for appointment date. I just tire for this our country and the way no process goes straightforward and fair to all. When I needed to travel to Italy sometimes back, after failing to secure appointment by myself, I reached out to one agent and appointment was gotten for next day. Despite being a frequent traveler, I was still shocked. Kindly note that I will not respond to any request for referral as that is not the purpose of this post. I will also not privately reach out to anybody. Anyone trying to use my identity to contact you is a fraud. I'm a supporter of DIY, but on this appointment thing, I gave up back then. You can still do everything by yourself and use an agent 'just to secure appointment'. Ciao |

Why should you people ascribe tribe to everything. Someone was dragged for chewing gum and looking unserious and afterwards missing a penalty, and the only thing that occurred to you in the whole thing is that it is because of his tribe. If this penalty that this guy misses, is also one of critical importance to victory, they will drag him endlessly. The first guy that missed the penalty in the match against Morocco was not dragged because that was not the decisive kick. If that was the only penalty we missed and lost the match, the guy would have been dragged as well! |

amnotapervert: Once Bill C12 fully comes into effect, the whole idea of entering Canada on a visitor visa, fake conference, or “tourism” and later claiming asylum will be reduce so much.
Bill C12 is designed to stop late asylum claims, especially from: Visitor visa holders, Students who overstay and People advised by Facebook/Telegram agents to “enter first, claim later”
This law changes the system completely. Before, asylum cases were handled by a judge at the IRB. Now, in many cases, an immigration officer not a judge will decide your case.
For years, people have been using lawyers to delay their cases appeal after appeal just to remain in Canada even after rejection. Bill C 12 is meant to end that loophole. even Canadian Immigrations lawyers that use this method to eat are crying out because the game will soon be up. https://ccla.org/privacy/ccla-renews-calls-for-government-to-drop-its-strong-borders-package/
If you’re found ineligible under the new rules which the government are the once that set the rule depending on how things are no more judges
You won’t get an IRB hearing and You will be pushed to PRRA (Pre-Removal Risk Assessment) instead
If you understand PRRA, then you already know that one is very risky as No more “business as usual.”
Your Facebook agent selling you a conference visa package will not tell you this or may not even understand it To them, you are just money.
Bill C 12 is a real game changer it has already passed 3rd reading. https://www.parl.ca/documentviewer/en/45-1/bill/C-12/third-reading?
It introduces new eligibility bars for refugee hearings and the government sets those rules.
And remember even the current Liberal government has said clearly that they want to reduce the number of people with pending or expired status in Canada.
any one thinking of using this method in 2026 Think twice, Do proper research and don’t gamble your future. The interpretation of all laws is still subject to the courts. Anyone that is aggrieved can still approach the courts. |
