I'm wondering if he says he was a manager in SHELL and he only left to join the Rivers State ministry of finance.....as at 2005 or thereabout, people need to truly verify this information.

This is a standard protocol whereby the President has the prerogative to determine what song would usher him on stage. The COAS has more power than the CDS, even though the CDS is higher in rank. this is because the CDS cannot issue a direct order to any of the service branch chiefs.
