And if you are not in abuja you can ask someone in Abuja to help you. The reception will give you a paper to write your Name, amount expected, BVN, Account details and phone number. Just write for as many people you can. She will allow you. I have done that for many people on her acceptance.

She will forward it to the appropriate office. Be aware that nothing actually happen at their branch offices nation wide. Everything about covid 19 disbursement is at the head quarter.
