4. From your letter, it is clear that you concede that some "Nigerians" may have traveled with the delegation "unofficially." Does this technical admission not defeat your initial insistence that there was only "one delegation"?
Ogbeni Abati the liar just borrowed the same lie he used during the AU summit last year, he basically repackaged the same lie, but in effect, admitting that his oponushuku master took many other waste and worthless baggage with him to the AU summit and now to NY.

ssii: Abati has indirectly confirmed SR story.
What i understand from the denial:
GEJ's official delegation is 30
There are other ministers and essential aides who are there on GEJ's approval. (maybe about 200)
"There are other businessmen, Ngo members and tourists.
Certainly every other person who travelled with them will be lumped under the last group because they actually have no business in the UNGA but sight seeing.
You noticed the double and the triple talk in the same denial too? The clown effectively confirmed SR's report. See, SR caught abati lying over similar issue during the AU summit.

“Culture of Waste and Insensitivity” And The 18th AU Summit-SaharaReporters Responds To Reuben Abati

http://saharareporters.com/press-release/%E2%80%9Cculture-waste-and-insensitivity%E2%80%9D-and-18th-au-summit-saharareporters-responds-reuben-a

By Omoyele Sowore

Dear Reuben Abati: I read your cleverly written letter to me regarding our latest report on President Goodluck Jonathan's junket to Ethiopia. In writing what purports to be a rejoinder, you deliberately left out details of our sms exchanges on the same issue. That omission, I suggest, was an attempt to evade the central issue raised in our report. Instead of confronting that issue – the list of delegates invited and sponsored by the Jonathan administration and his wife to Ethiopia – you chose to play a semantic game over what is a straight forward issue. I'll respond to your rejoinder pointedly.

1. You sent me a text message on Friday claiming that our report on the Ethiopia trip was false and malicious because, according to you, there was a "mix up" somewhere. I quickly responded, telling you that a truthful report could never be malicious. Thereafter, you sent another text saying you didn't mean to criticize the report, but wanted to put matters straight. You proceeded to explain that there was only "one delegation" led by the president to Addis Ababa and that the number of people on the list was far lower than we reported. I quickly requested for the list. You responded by claiming that it was in your bag at your hotel room. However, you curiously sent another text claiming you couldn't reach some people involved in getting the list as it was "past midnight" in Addis Ababa. My last text to you was a reminder that I would be waiting for your response regarding the list and size of the delegation. That response never came; instead, you released this letter that pretends to be a refutation, but is rather an attempt at obfuscation.

grin grin

2. You claimed that there was a single list of delegates to Ethiopia. That claim amounts to a puerile effort to conceal the fact that Mrs. Patience Jonathan was attending a program of African First Ladies which was different from the AU summit being attended by President Jonathan. This meant that the "First Lady" was traveling with a retinue of staff, associates and hangers-on to aid or support her “official” activities at a separate event from that of President Jonathan.

3. As the president’s chief spokesman, you ought to have the delegate list. I challenge you then to provide the public with a breakdown of Mr. Jonathan's "one delegation entourage" to Addis Ababa, categorized in order of designation of officials, their date of travel, mode of travel, and explanation of whether they were part of the advance party or arrived in Addis Ababa in the same aircraft as the President – or in an extra aircraft that was deployed.

grin grin

4. From your letter, it is clear that you concede that some "Nigerians" may have traveled with the delegation "unofficially." Does this technical admission not defeat your initial insistence that there was only "one delegation"?

5. SaharaReporters has a history of documenting the culture of waste occasioned by the profligate junkets by the Presidency. We are glad that your principal appears to have realized that wasteful trips need to be eliminated and the size of delegations cut – especially after the president’s scandalous outing in Perth, Australia where an out-of-control delegation engaged in waste, corruption and even broke Australian laws.

6. We maintain that “First Lady” Patience Jonathan traveled with a retinue of aides, friends and associates to the tune of 32 people. Their travels and accommodation were arranged and paid for by the Nigerian government. What you owe the public is an obligation to be transparent. In this event, that entails releasing your official delegates’ list as well as names of associates, contractors, friends and "other Nigerians" the government gave a nod to visit along with the president and his wife on this trip to Addis Ababa.

In other words, we await the release of that list that you claimed was in your bag in the hotel room in Addis Ababa.

Thank you

Sincerely,

Omoyele Sowore

taharqa: Bros, plz no fex. Don't call me a 'Dullard' na. Shebi, I was 'intelligently' agreeing with you na. Why d insults again??
I care less about you agreeing with me with that lame and elementary nonsense..

Btw, California is on the US west coast and at leat 5 hours away by plane and days away by road so, how is it nearby NY?

Instead of wasting your time spewing ignorance and elementary crap on the internet, go back to school for some serious geography lesson..

Must you people behave and act like dullards really?

When the dullard and mrs umblerra lied to Nigerians about mrs umblerra's health conditions, where she flew to for treatment and when, Sahara Reporters told us the truth even while our own worthless and crooked president lied to us and denied SR's report, but SR was vindicated eventually and Mrs umblerra herself flew back to the country to state where she went and why.

When the dullard took his huge pose to Australia gave Nigeria bad image with all their gutter behaviour, SR gave us the truth and even Abati couldn't spin his way out of it, same with the AU summit....

Based on past cases, I'll go with Sahara before bothering with Jonathan and his crooked, lying and incompetent crew...

okpara ugo: Sahara reporters, in order to save nigeria's tax payers money, can you please provide president Jonathan with an alternative sleeping arrangement ?

Busybodies.....
You mean the dullard president and his 600 worthless excess baggage and burden on Nigeria tax payers including dummies like abati and okupeh are too lazy and incompetent to figure this out and they need SR to tell them what to do and what's better for Nigeria....?
Politics › Re: President Jonathan Leads 600-man Delegation To UN General Assembly - SaharaRepo by agbameta: 9:28pm On Sep 22, 2013
taharqa: No need for shouting. Nobody is disagreeing with you here. GEJ took 6000, not even 600 reported, delegates to UN General Assembly in New York. We believe you. Even though the 547 Civil Servants that SR just said accompanied him are more than d entire No of people in d Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we still believe you people. They must hv collected more Civil Servants from other Ministeries, like d Ministry of Education whose staff are lazying about doing nothing cos of d ASUU strike, in order to make up d 547 No. They chartered d Entire Aircrafts in Nigeria and many Big ones from d US in order to take these huge No of Delegates to New York. I saw them. I also saw them while they all landed there. Since there is no way 600 persons can possibly get Accomodation in New York on d week of d UN General Assembly, half of them are scattered in other nearby cities, esp California, from where they wud be chartered by those Big planes to New York every day (by d way did I mention that all those Planes that brought them to New York was actuali chartered for d entire week), whilst about 100 of them are currently squatting at d Basement of Nigeria's Embassy House in New York. I am looking at them now as am tying this. I should not forget to add that since these huge Nos of persons cannot fit into d UN General Assembly Hall during Pleniary, arrangements hv been made to provide HUGE Canopies for them just outside d Hall so that they wud be hailing GEJ as he gives his speech tomorrow. An impaccable Source (who I cant name cos he feigned Anonymity) confirms this plan; he also said that d Contract for the Canopies was taken by d lovely wife of d President herself.... I can go on and on; but suffice it to say that on this one we completely believe You and SR. So lets not fight over this. Thnks

homesteady: Agbameta, I know deep within you, you don't believe the figure! That's why you've not invaded this thread with your offensive names calling! grin
It's like asking me if I believe Jonathan is daft or not, it's like asking me if Jonathan is dumb and clueless or not, it's like asking me if Jonathan is corrupt or not, it's like asking me if Joandaft is incompetent or not when in fact it's obvious to the rest of the world tha t he is all the above...

Same way SR's reporting was questioned the last time and as expected, SR was right so why shouldn't I believe them? What sane and rational behavior of Jonathan should make me believe him?

The man is dumb, clueless and out of touch.
Politics › Re: President Jonathan Leads 600-man Delegation To UN General Assembly - SaharaRepo by agbameta: 7:05pm On Sep 22, 2013
This is pure wastage and out of touch behavior. With so much pain in Nigeria and the same government saying they can not give ASUU folks any money because they don't jhave the money, but more than half a thousand folks are jetting to NY and end up collecting huge estacode payments all on the taxpayers while our students are still out of their classrooms.

What's so special about Nigeria what we need 600 people in NY? What for? What's their job in NY apart from shopping, drinking, eating and having a good time?

Is it not right to call this clownish president a dullard or even kindergaten president...?

SR was right the last time so why shouldn't they be this time around? Even lying abati couldn't dance around it. They obviously have folks inside Aso Rock giving them info.

This thread is about Amaechi, so stay on course and quit your irritating idiocy.

When it's about GEJ, beckon on me . . . . Am a staunch GEJ supporter without apologies .

Now behave . . .
You don't have to tell me you are a dullard apologist, we know this because you are a dullard yourself. Of what use are you as a supporter if you can't defend your dullard oga with anything?

Even your oga didn't help the situation for you and you can not defend him with anything he did as a governor and even as the president of Nigeria because he did not do anything, he's very incompetent and sadly corrupt and you the dullard followers are unfortunately mentally lazy and corrupt too.

See ya life? Ordinary question open ya yansh and exposed your foolishness....

Or you are just mad because Amaechi performed better than the dullards you run after?

Instead of worrying about all that nonsense, why not instead show us what your dullard president did as a gover nor just like Anaechi as a governor?

Its a pity you just admitted what a foolish maniac you are . .

Now excuse us and let sane folks converse . . .
See how I set you up and you failed as expected...

1. You were asked a question and you refused to answer

2. I deleted the question and request and even apologized

3. I then asked a different question of mine with nothing to do with anything previous

4. You are a strong supporter of GEJ and you should be able to defend him with all the facts at your disposal.

5. Either with the previous question or the one I personally asked you, you sill wont answer

Obviously, you are the same worthless, incompetent and question dodging chicken who won't answer simple or any question and hide under all the excuses under the sun to dodge around like a coward.

Really, what are you good for?

You really don't even have to answer because we all know the reason why you won't answer, it's because your dullard otuoke president is grossly incompetent and he didn't build a single dog cage as the governor of his state.

You basically have nothing to defend your dullard president with hence all the dodging and coward excuses and moves..........

Shame on you Oga Jamium Kasali. You are dullard related as defined.

Jamiu, I'm so sorry...Symphony007 didn't ask you any question and I didn't see any question, I goofed and I strongly apologize so don't worry about the question no more.

Now, can you please answer my own question and please show us one single hosipital, clinic or school Jonathan built as a deputy governor, as governor, as vice president and even as the president of Nigeria.

Thanks in advance Oga Jamiu.

All of a sudden, you are now too incompetent to see the question they asked you pages ago in this thread, the same question you've been dodging?

Ok, forget about the question for now.

Now, kindly show us one single hosipital, clinic or school Jonathan built as a deputy governor, as governor, as vice president and even as the president of Nigeria.

That Amaechi doesn't support LG autonomy is undisputed and as such, you can't blame the LG men for alleged incompetence.

LG allocation goes beyond releasing money to LG men for salary payment.

You simply showed how utterly foolish and useless your entire lineage is . . . .
STFU. You usless scumbag. The fact that I while away time fvukkkking with you doesn't mean you are not a worthless dullard so don't get it twisted. To me, you are nothing but another miserabble loser and dullard on NL so learn how to find your shittyyy level.
