I am abt to put in my application, buh I have a challenge I need advise on.
1. I am been sponsored by my elder bro. He has a company. His company SOA inflow is more Dan 100m with a closing bal of around 50 to 60m, buh for his personal acct I cant really tell buh mayb around 10 to 15m, he is married with 2 lil kids. (Kids are American citizens) buh based in 9ja.

2. My own case, I served 2013 nd I hav been working sinc 2014 till date in d same company. My appointment letter states contract, my salary den 75k, I got a confirmation letter thou buh salary didnt change, in 2015 it was 76k, 2017 it was 100k, den presently I am earning 110k. I hav a land in my state of origin, I also hav a 2006 Toyota car I am using personally, I hav savings in various accts of around 1.2m in 4 diff accts which do not have inflows at all. Most times I jst open dem because i wanna help one of 2 bank marketing staffs. Buh the inflow in my salary acct for d last 6mnths is around 7.6m with a closing balance 408k.

I intend to move d whole money in my other savings acct to my salary acct that has a gud inflow, and explain in my SOP how d money came abt nd also state d acct details of those accts. I also intend to get a letter of introduction frm my office, letter of recommendation from my Boss, letter of leave approval for 2yrs, since d program I am gng for is 2yrs, Company ID card.

My challenge now is my appointment letter nd my salary, I wanted to stylish remove my appointment letter nd current salary increment because I feel it's too small.

Pls note that I started servicing a loan in d office since may dis yr, so my take home now is 79k and also my compnay pays salary twice in a mnth, 70% nd 30%. 70% is the only amount that reflects on the payslip the other 30% doesnt show on d payslip.

Kindly advise on how to package my application

Hummmmm people sha get lever, when they are asking and pleading for favour ,the sound like Angels but immediately it get sorted ,there real colour surfaces .One guy came on this platform asking for HP for sienna to Ghana, he got someone who gave him 05 sienna for it but not for this thread.Fortunately this particular driver that came here asking for this was my former driver partner for 4months before asking me for sienna,as I cldnt provide the car, he came on the thread to sweet talk people with his proposal.Now the new person that gave him a sienna is a my friend that is into uber biz . He asked me to come see the driver for the sienna ,I was there and coincidentally it happens to be my old driver ,I approved the deal cos I never really had a any issue with him but he has already started telling this man about me with usual driver story against their partner. I ignored it cos I know he felt the best way to get his new prey is to condemn someone. Now he started off the HP ,dropped 200k for initial deposit to continue paying 50k weekly. Now 1month gone no remittance . Car was recovered yesterday with gear issue, unserviced and bashed car Upandan with lots of stories to follow up .
Let's be careful cos people can change to something else within a short time cos of stress and challenge of life ,always be u and never allow situations to change u rather change the situation .

From experince my brother, whether you give them 30k or 35k or even 25k . That your car will never be the same, by the time they are finish with your car , the weekly rental will not be enough to cover the cost... regardless how low the rental you give them, they will still over stress the car ...now coz you have two cars on uber/ taxify now, it might be easy to manage. Once you start having more cars ,you need to maximise your profit..
Those that know, they know what am talking about.. Just because you go the extra mile for them , it does not meant they will return the favour.. If you are leaving the driver to do oil change for you or the basic stuff ..Base on the fact that you pity them.. My brother they will not have pity on you ...maximise your profit .. Am talking from experience.. They should be fairness in business, not sentiment...
And aslo unless you want deceive yourself, there are some weeks that all profit will go to repairs " quote me if am wrong". And if you have not experience that yet ,don't worry it will surely come ...am not saying you should a jerk to the drivers o, but you need to also face facts ... it is good to pity people, but use your brains along with it ...

I believe the red flag started showing when he start giving stories after the 2nd week.

Depending on the form you gave the Guarantors to sign, you can actually hold them responsible for all damages done to the car.

Do you call them to confirm they actually signed the documents and understand what they signed. Do you have a copy of their work ID?

Kindly put a call across to them to produce the driver within (stated hours, days or weeks) to come face the music. If they don’t, get FSAR or any other respected force aside police to their office address and demand full payment for repairs of your damaged vehicle.

Or you can simply tell the guarantors they have some days, weeks to repair your damaged vehicle or they will not only find themselves in the Labour market, they will also be behind bars.

Have a good mechanic inspect the car, get a quote of necessary OEM spare parts needed to fixed the car plus workmanship fee. Send the bill to the Guarantors and give them deadline which failure to comply you can have them reported to their company Human Resources as a debtor and you could have your money deducted at source (Before they pay their monthly salary) or the company pay you upfront whereas they deduct it from the guarantors monthly salary.

That’s one of the essence of having a good and verifiable guarantor before giving your car key to the driver.

sure i have their work id and address and i have put a call tru to them and also given them 5days to produce him. i will mak arrest on monday and charge them to court immediately, sure its a bailable offense but tuesday is public holiday so they will have to remain there till wednesday.. i am ready to go to any length and spend even more that wat i will use to fix the car jst to teach them d lesson of their lives..

Bayo is not his monika, i gave him my 06 tokumbo camry on HP (N35k) weekly without any deposit. after 2 week he came up with stories of hw he can be paying 30k because of family issues, i told him to continue with 30k for 3mnths in other for him to to sort wat ever family issues he has and then go back to the agreed 35k after 3mnth. but wen it was time to strt 35k payment, he came with more family issues and i got tired and called for a meeting with him and my lawyer (meanwhile he carried forward 3weeks payment within that 3mnths he was paying 30k). after the meeting, we agreed 30k but he must make sure he doesnt not skip any week payment.

Before we left he told me he wanted to travel for 1week and he doesnt have somebody to secure the car with and as such he will like to park the car in my compound, and he explained to me that he will change the 2 damaged frnt tyre, spare tyre and the side mirror when he comes back because he was gng for an installation, only for him to call my lawyer after 2 days that the contract did go as plan and he wants to quite uber.

3 tyres are completely damaged, front shocks are gone, front and back bumper dented, passenger side mirror is damage, i am yet to ascertain other parts of the car because i traveled the following day he dropped the car. I have called my lawyer we are going to gt him arrested and also move against his guarantors because we agreed that his guarantor will be held responsible for any damaged caused by him that can not be taken care of by the insurance coy

Its painful because i knw he will still get a vehicle here on this platform..
