This is my major problem with the scheme, most if not all state govts are not interested in employing the required personnel because they know there is always a batch of Corps members they can use in bridging the gap at a very cheap cost.
You can imagine a situation where a school has just one maths teacher, no physics and chemistry teachers, commerce etc. These are core subjects for the science and commercial students. All these state governors deserve death by hanging
