*PLANT TODAY FOR FOOD AND FINANCIAL SECURITY*

Greetings my people. I hope we are doing great today.

Kindly read this piece of information and see how it benefits us, especially during this uncertainty period of Covid-19, we need food security as we don't know when this pandemic will end. I plead with members and admin(s) to allow me post this here to enlighten our people on food security, financial security and empowerment, especially to our youths and retiring parents.

This is for businessmen and women, for farmers, for politicians, for the rich in the society, individuals and for private and government/public institutions. We need to ensure we have plans for our future in forms of food, finance, clean and beautiful environment and gainful employment/engagement of our youths and retiring parents.

Another planting season is here and I want to introduce to you, our exotic hybrid plants, especially the IPB9 variety of hybrid dwarf pawpaw with origin from Indonesia. It takes about seven to eight months from the day of planting to the day it will ripe but starts fruiting from four months. You can make a plantation of it on that your empty plot of land. That space in your compound and any space at all.

It can fetch you easy money and at the same time serve as food to both human being and animals for those of us that have animal farms. The IPB9 is very tasty, sweet and delicious with high nutritional value. The fruit is deep red inside. It is oblong in shape and it is the most acceptable variety in the whole world, especially for export. We import our seeds directly from Indonesia and we deal only with first generational (F1) seeds, thereby assuring our clients/customers of excellent results. The IPB9 variety does perfectly well here in Nigeria and other West African countries because our weather and climate are exactly with that of Indonesia where we import the seeds from. Some of the pictures here are pictures of the IPB9 planted here in Nigeria.

One tree of the pawpaw gives you seventy (70) balls during the pawpaw season and forty four (44) off season; this makes it a total of one hundred and fourteen (114) balls a year. Even if you sell a ball for N100, it means that a tree will give you a total of N11,400 in a year. Meanwhile we know that the least you will sell a ball of pawpaw during season is N250 and up to N350 during the off season. So you should do the calculations by yourself and see what free, easy and serious money you will make if you have a free and empty land and make a plantation of about 200 or 300 trees. And a tree has a five years lifetime before it drops in the rate of production before you replant new trees.

Our politicians, the wealthy and government at all levels can empower some of our youths/constituents by helping them set up plantation.
The rich in our society can set up plantation and employ some of our unemployed youths.
Farmers can plant it around their pigs pens, snails pens, poultry, fish ponds, etc, and it will serve as shed, food for human being, food for animals like pigs, snails chickens, as pawpaw is a very good source of calcium and vitamin for humans and animals. It can also fetch reasonable amount of money if sold.
Individuals, schools, churches, hospitals and other institutions can equally plant some around their compounds for food and as cash crops.

We also have hybrid seeds, seedlings and suckers of plants such as: coconut, Israeli guava, sweet orange, grape orange, Shaddock, tangerine, lime, lemon, soursop, thick buttered avocado, Juli mango, local pear (ube), tenera oil palm, giant elephant plantain suckers, bread fruit (ukwa), Brazilian jumbo cashew, apple, strawberry, grapevine, etc.

This picture is for none igbos especailly ignorant untravelled Afon, who assumes that igbos show pictures of only rich areas and not where the ordinary man lives.

Now, look through the picture, what do you see? A forest right? Yes! That’s what it is. Those are the ordinary citizens. They buy land, build their taste, and before you know it, they whole place organically forms a collection of beautiful looking residential buildings. This is not a GRA, it’s just different individuals Who bought the land years back, probably when it was cheaper and now ready to build their homes.

Some of these areas don’t even have good roads, but trust that the neighbor and buildings are dope. It is after a long time government remembers them, to build their road and drainage. In some places, the landlord contribute to build their roads...

This is why igbos are called developers. Changing the landscape of every where they find themselves, with real estate development.

If you come back here in 5yrs time to snap pictures, when most of this place would have been developed, you will think it’s an estate or Gra, naaaa! It isn’t. It’s just a good.

I'm not a fan of Kanu as I feel he can be a rabble-rouser sometimes, but something that he posted got me seriously thinking...until I came to the resignative conclusion that Nigerians are just a hypocritical bunch, or maybe the reality of history is lost on them.

How come Igbos paid the price in blood for a coup masterminded by Nzeogwu - a man from my hometown though no less an Igbo man(yet few would argue he wasn't Igbo)... But the other coups which were ethnically motivated didn't result in the massacres of the people from the ethnic groups whose officers and men carried out the coups.

Note that of all the coups carried out in Nigeria, only the Nzeogwu coup and to some extent the Orkar coup included men and officers from different ethnic groups... There were Yorubas, Middle belt, Northern and South South/SE Igbos in Nzeogwu's coup, yet Igbos had to be singled out somehow.

We provide Nigerians with Rice, beans, corn, onions, tomatoes, pepper, and many others...

We provide Nigerians with cow, goats, rams and cow milk!

Igbos should tell me one thing they produce which Nigerians consume...

The only Igbos do is assembling and packaging chines products in Aba and calling it Aba made

Some said that Benue produce all the food going down the south... Now listen

Benue only produce yam... Niger, Nasarawa and Taraba are even doing well than Benue in farming yam...

The north is productive and blessed with fertile land!!

We are abundantly blessed...

Igbos waten una get?? Just tell me single thing you produce that is taken to northern Nigeria?? Just one!

Good. But you are coming in a wrong way cos our now southern saboteurs will turn this into another tribal thread. Just watch out.
And again, you are indirectly attacking the ipobs, more or less accusing them of acting against the wish of the Niger Deltans. I don't think that's the case cos nobody does that, nobody can force any tribe or region against their wish.
Imagine, how can you,say oduduwa or ipob, forcing Asari Dokuboh and his Ijaw nation to be part of them,no sense in it. But they are all wise, the struggle for emancipation is collective and all inclusive for the ipob and Niger Deltans who have existed side by side together for long traditionally and culturally and even Politically.
There ain't need for this kind of divisive bickerings,it won't help us. We are all fighting for same cause. Even the yorubas that are attacking the igbos every day have same agenda and that's sad cos we are all thinking it but only them, the igbos, are more or less saying it.
We should rally round and support each other 1st, liberate ourselves from this common enemy subjecting us to internal colonization and sort out ourselves thereafter.

I am a proud Niger Deltan from Edo and I don't support the ipob or oduduwa am I now saying I am happy with the lopsided ways things are structured in Nigeria where the goose that lays the golden eggs is being fed crumbs?

Lzaa imhotep racoon apcharam bastardmod adaibeku
my brother God bless your understanding.. This is exactly what KANU has been saying..let's get the self determination first, and we can negotiate our independence latter.
Anyone that wishes to go her way can go,cos its not in the culture of the Igbo to force unity with anyone no matter how influential the individual is..but many tend to misinterprets this in there own way..
let it be said that,no minority group in there region at this present circumstance can get self determination on its own now unless they affiliate with the people agitating for long..and the desire of ipob is to see every nationality free with all minorities included..
so I don't know where the understanding of attachee by force is coming from.we have oil in abundance in Igbo land,we have enough gas ,we have solid minerals, and off course our ingenuity is an assets for us.
so anyone saying we want there oil is the biggest dreamer of all times..so we have to work together cos its now crystal clear that we have no future in the Nigerian state and if we bicjee SBD mid this opportunity now,I wonder when next we will get it again.

I have read several articles and watched videos of people condemning the River State government demolition of property ( Hotel) of Princewill Osaronwa OSAROEJIJI. I appreciate their concerns and worries as Democrats and law abiding citizens cos, I would have screamed louder if I am not an Eleme son. However, knowing Governor Wike well, they ought to ask questions and make further investigations as to know what really happened.

1. Note that the said hotel belongs to Princewill Osaronwa OSAROEJIJI of Alode in Eleme LGA of Rivers State.

2. The demolished hotel has been a hideout for criminal gangs and venue of cult meetings from where they take off for operations.

3. The hotel houses prostitutes ( Asawo)

4. The hotel was operating with the prostitutes hosting customers even during the lockdown despite State orders.

5. The hotel was not only open to customers both full and short time but was hosting parties amidst this covid-19 pandemic, the owner feeling he is above the law and indeed the Youth Leader of PDP.

6. That words was sent across to the hotel owner to close down or face demolition and he sent words back that he dares the State to try it and see if he will not bring down the State.

7. That Members of covid-19 committee monitoring hotels went to enlighten the owner and his guest that what they were doing was against the executive order of the state government and acceptable practices.

8. That he and his boys not only assaulted the Committee Members but pointed guns at them and shot and injured one of the members of the team.

9. That Eleme people who are his people are weighing a little sigh of relief concerning the pulling down of the hotel.

10. That the hotel is not money made from genuine seat as alleged but crime and human blood.

9. Do u know how many lives the boy has wasted in that hotel?

10. That Princewill was the Cause of the crisis in his community Alode in 2017/2018 that led to over 10 deaths including that of Late Isaac obe (Former Eleme Youth President and APC Zonal youth leader) as well as his sister Barrister Mary Obe.

11. That the owner Princewwill is a suspected Gun runner as he has not been convicted.

12. That he was shot on the leg during one of his escapades in the community and thus limps.

13. That he is suspected to be the Blackaxe leader in Alode and that enboldens home to live above the law.

14. That he is an alleged oil thief.

15. God just used Wike to bring some respite to Eleme Community.

16. Ask Eleme people how they feel before you make further comments or condemn the ousting of a criminal.

17. How many hotels are in Rivers State. Several have been sealed and their management arrested and charged to Court for several violations, none was demolished.

18) That the State was not just dealing with a regular hotel but a criminal den. He cup was just full.

19). That Princewill should be arrested to face the music and let Eleme have some respite.

20). We thank God for this intervention through Rivers State cos nobody dare touch Princewill in Eleme.

The new Divisional Police Officer deployed to Iwo Police Divisional Headquarters paid a courtesy visit to the palace of Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi Telu 1.

On arrival at the palace, the DPO greeted the monarch with a salutation.

While the policeman saluted Oba Akanbi, the monarch replied him with a handshake .

The action of the DPO has caused division online with some saying the police officer was wrong for saluting a civilian while others are saying the traditional office is a revered one hence anything is allowed.…

Recall that the monarch has been involved in several fights with religious and traditional leaders.
