I'm enjoying this series to the max catching up episodes 1-8 so couldn't really read through the posts because of spoilers. But I'm loving all the MEMEs an .gifs. Happy to see people are interested in this show. Cookie is the ish and of course I've ALWAYS been a fan of Taraji as well as Puppyeyes aka Terrence Howard since I first saw him in Ashanti's "Foolish" video Episodes 1-3 have been awesome...I'll keep watching. At last some black TV I can enjoy. |

Atk01:I thought it was too weird for me so I stopped at ep. 2 especially when I saw the female lead. She doesn't exactly inspire any interest but I liked the visuals of the drama. It was the first modern drama I tried to watch but had to lay it aside and watched You Who Came from the Stars instead. That was months ago...but after seeing a certain review/rating on dramabeans I decided I'd try to watch it again. I just liked the bodyguard guy and then the whole futuristic kind of filming quality that looked so crisp. It wasn't that long ago that I used to watch ONLY period dramas and historical pieces I'm happy I changed my mind and started watching other themes and not just sageuks. |

hilda90:I've read up on the Taiwanese version of the drama and it won Best Actor, Best Actress and Best TV series in 2011. The storyline is a good one, something close to a 'romcom' and I know Ha Ji Won is good at comedy esp. from watching 100 Days with Mr. Arrogant and when she played Empress Ki, she did some funny scenes while disguised as a guy. It will be tough choosing a suitable co-star for her because she's grown bigger in the industry. Needs a confident, strong male that she can look up to in the drama. Atk01:The character of this new drama suits Ha Ji Won to a 'T'. In the role she'll play a grown, proud, confident and ambitious female with a a very strong personality.. Her co-star is described as kind-hearted, who understands her and loves her. Truly her soulmate. Hmmm, I wonder who can play this character perfectly?? Someone handsome yet charming and genuine. A guy we can root for to get the girl, one who can be masculine yet not ashamed to show his sensitive side... Hoping and hoping she goes for the role this year. The bigger you get as an actress, the harder to choose simple dramas and you just stick to movies, like Gianna Jun (You Who Came from the Stars). She hardly ever does dramas, just movies. She's lucky to pick one good drama every 5 years or so lol but that's it. |

Hello guys hope the weekend is going great  Decided to enjoy a period piece and chose Hwang Jin Yi starring my gurl Ha Ji Won. I'm at episode 4 and it's quite engaging. Then I happened to stumble on some fab news about my fave K-drama girl! Ha Ji Won may star a new drama soon! SBS is doing a remake of a popular 2011 Taiwanese drama called "In Time with You". Ha Ji Won will headline the Korean version titled "The Time I Loved You, 7000 Days" (these Koreans and their long titles sef )I'm hoping she accepts this role. Fingers crossed she gets a delish male co-star that will make our TV screens sizzle when they're together! The story is about two best friends, a woman and man who make a bet to see who'll get married first before they're 35. Only to discover they may have been in love with each other all along... I just can't figure out which male actor I would pick, that she hasn't acted with yet. So many to choose from but then it takes that special combination when it comes to Ha Ji Won. So who'll be the lucky dude?? lol

hilda90:People with fair skin naturally have lighter or pinker lips. I've seen Zo In Sung look like he had red lips/makeup on in It's OK that's Love. And in Blood, the lead male Ahn Jae-hyeon has lips that are on and off red. |

I'm sure I don't see any make up on Zo In Sung, So Ji Sub, Ji Chang Wook, Lee Joon Gi, Le Seung Gi, Lee Min Ho, Kim Woo Bin, Yoo Chun, Joo Won etc Maybe some color on their lips sometimes, but not so obvious...I'm not sure. But the K-pop male bands are guilty of supplementing their 'beauty' with fun makeup. Not that they need it to look hot. They just are. |
